The Danger of Self-Powered Redemption

While the sermon offers emotional encouragement and practical advice for overcoming past trauma, it is theologically compromised by a reliance on human effort for salvation and spiritual growth. The core Gospel message is obscured by a focus on self-identification as a 'curse breaker' and the equating of physical gestures with spiritual regeneration.

❓ What do these grades mean?
🔍 Biblical Discernment: The 7 Church Parallels
The Faithful Parallels Smyrna • Philadelphia
Teaching that parallels the churches that endure suffering with true spiritual riches (Rev 2:9) and keep the Word of Christ without denial despite having "little strength" (Rev 3:8).
The Cold Orthodox Parallel Ephesus
Teaching that upholds doctrinal precision yet parallels the loss of the "first love"—the vital, motivating power of the Gospel (Rev 2:4).
The Compromised Parallel Pergamum
Teaching that parallels churches tolerating the "doctrine of Balaam" through cultural accommodation (Rev 2:14), characterized by weak boundaries, sloppy theology, and worldly compromise.
The Corrupted & Dead Parallels Thyatira • Sardis • Laodicea
Teaching that parallels churches with active heresy, synergism, therapeutic deism, or dead orthodoxy (Rev 2:20, Rev 3:1, Rev 3:17). These represent systemic, fundamental errors that corrupt the Gospel.
Why strictly "Mark & Avoid"?
We do not issue this rating to attack the speaker, but to protect the listener. This ministry's overall teaching trend consistently deviates from sound doctrine. As per Romans 16:17, we identify these patterns so believers can guard their hearts.

🧐 Overview

Theological Verdict & Summary

Sermon Summary: A message centered on personal transformation and breaking generational curses through self-affirmation and physical engagement.

Pastoral Analysis: While the sermon offers emotional encouragement and practical advice for overcoming past trauma, it is theologically compromised by a reliance on human effort for salvation and spiritual growth. The core Gospel message is obscured by a focus on self-identification as a 'curse breaker' and the equating of physical gestures with spiritual regeneration.

Biblical Parallel (Archetype): Sardis — The sermon presents a 'name that it is alive, but is dead' orthodoxy. While it utilizes Christian terminology, it fundamentally relies on synergistic soteriology and decisionism, equating physical human actions with spiritual regeneration. This represents a total omission of the Gospel's monergistic power, replacing the work of Christ with human agency and self-identification.

Big Idea: God is actively rewriting your story through resurrection power, transforming past betrayal, silence, and brokenness into a new season of redemption, purpose, and ascension. [00:04:15 ▶️ 📄]

    > The pastor references the Prodigal Son, noting that the father never chased him but never replaced him, and ran to meet him upon his return. 🧭 Biblical Alignment Dashboard

Overall Verdict: Fundamentally in Error

CategoryStatusReasoning
Gospel Presentation ❌ FAIL The Gospel Engine is broken. The sermon replaces the monergistic work of Christ with synergistic human effort, specifically through decisionism and self-identification.
Soteriology ❌ FAIL The sermon teaches Synergistic Soteriology, where human physical response (raising a hand) is treated as the mechanism for salvation.
Bibliology ❌ FAIL The sermon relies on claims of direct, extra-biblical revelation from the 'throne room,' undermining the sufficiency of Scripture.
Hermeneutic ⚠️ WEAK Scripture is used primarily as a springboard for personal anecdotes and moralistic applications rather than being the primary authority.
Theology Proper ⚠️ WEAK God is portrayed as a responder to human declarations (positive confession) rather than the sovereign initiator of grace.
Sacramentology ⚪ N/A No sacramental errors detected, but no sacraments were observed.
Confessional Depth ❌ SHALLOW The sermon lacks any reference to historic Christian doctrine, focusing instead on subjective experience and self-help.

⚙️ The Core Gospel Framework

What is this? This section checks if the sermon contains the essential building blocks of the Gospel. We look for explicit, substantive mentions of God's holy standard, human inability, and Christ's finished work on the cross.

Why it matters for the final verdict: A complete Gospel framework protects a sermon from becoming man-centered. If a preacher gives commands for good behavior but leaves out the grace and atonement of the Gospel, it often results in a 🔴 Critical or 🟠 Major error for Moralism (teaching human self-improvement rather than reliance on Christ). However, if these Gospel elements are missing simply because the pastor is preaching a highly focused, practical message to mature believers (e.g., instructions on biblical marriage), our system applies a "Safe Harbor" pardon, graciously reducing the omission to a 🟡 Minor error.

The Law And Wrath: Not observed in the sermon.

Total Depravity And Inability: Not observed in the sermon.

Active Obedience Of Christ: Not observed in the sermon.

The Cross And Atonement:

"Your shame nailed to the cross. Your past covered by the blood, your mistakes, no longer your identity. [00:24:51] [Colossians 2](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Colossians+2&version=KJV).14 says he canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing to the cross." [00:24:51 ▶️ 📄]

⚠️ Theological Concerns

🔴 Critical Synergistic Soteriology

Root Cause: Decisionism / Altar Call Error

"if that's you today drop a one online or lift up your hand in the room if that's you in here lift up your hand come on online just drop a one i see you come on lift it up lift it up a little bit higher just so you can let devil know you should have taken me out before i got here" [00:37:46 ▶️ 📄]

The Belief/Behavior: The pastor equates this physical gesture with the decisive moment of accepting Christ and breaking free from the devil.

Why It's Dangerous: This teaches that salvation is a human work dependent on physical action, undermining the biblical truth that salvation is entirely God's gift.

Biblical Correction: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

🔴 Critical Subjective Authority / Direct Revelation

Root Cause: Montanism / Direct Revelation

"I spoke a word straight from the throne room for people that felt like they had messed up, that the story was over, of how today was a day of resurrection." [00:00:10 ▶️ 📄]

The Belief/Behavior: The pastor asserts, 'I spoke a word straight from the throne room,' implying extra-biblical revelation.

Why It's Dangerous: This elevates personal experience above the sufficiency of Scripture, leading the congregation to trust in subjective feelings rather than the written Word.

Biblical Correction: I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

🔴 Critical Montanism / Word of Faith (Positive Confession)

Root Cause: Word of Faith / Positive Confession

"I speak that over you today, that this is going to be a week where God flips things, where He flips the flow in your life, where things that you felt were buried in your life are going to come back." [00:00:10 ▶️ 📄]

The Belief/Behavior: The pastor says, 'I speak that over you today, that this is going to be a week where God flips things,' implying her words control God's actions.

Why It's Dangerous: This teaches that human speech can compel God to act, reducing God to a force that responds to human declarations rather than acting in His sovereign will.

Biblical Correction: And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

🟠 Major Narcigesis & Anthropocentrism

Root Cause: Narcigesis / Self-Powered Growth

"What God has in my life is nothing like anything else in my family. Nobody else can give me the blueprint because I am the generational curse breaker in my family." [00:09:57 ▶️ 📄]

The Belief/Behavior: The pastor states, 'I am the generational curse breaker in my family,' elevating her own achievement as the primary mechanism for overcoming sin.

Why It's Dangerous: This shifts the focus from Christ's redemptive work to human agency and self-identification, fostering pride and a works-based mindset.

Biblical Correction: Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

[00:00:10] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_00]
[00:00:10] Hello, beautiful people. Listen, we just had the greatest services ever here at Limitless. My heart is so full. I'm telling you, today I preached a story on redemption. I spoke a word straight from the throne room for people that felt like they had messed up, that the story was over, of how today was a day of resurrection. And I speak that over you today, that this is going to be a week where God flips things, where He flips the flow in your life, where things that you felt were buried in your life are going to come back.
[00:00:40] back to life, the kind of comeback to life that that flower comes through the concrete. You're coming back stronger. And so thank you for being here. Make sure you share this with your friends.
[00:00:51] This is Real Talk, your YouTube channel. Subscribe, share, get your journal. I'm going to bless you today because God gave me a word and it was straight for you. You thought you were forgotten, but he's letting you know today you matter and it's just getting started. I love you so much.
[00:01:05] and i was thinking about the first service i was thinking about i want you as you're standing i want you to envision something okay i want you to think about that time that you thought it was
[00:01:24] over you got it in your head every single one of you got a moment where you thought man i ain't getting up out of this thing and you made it that had nothing to do with you and everything to do
[00:01:41] as long as you ain't dead, God ain't done, right?
[00:01:44] And so I need you because I think sometimes when we come out of hell, we forget to thank him for what he done all year long for us.
[00:01:54] And so in this room and online, I think you need to give God a thank you.
[00:01:58] Come on, I need you to do it from your toes.
[00:02:04] You baby, in Jesus' name.
[00:02:13] Okay, I need you to look at your neighbors and say, give me some room.
[00:02:17] There ain't no room, is there?
[00:02:18] all of you introverts today you're gonna be healed because we got y'all sitting on top of each other hopefully next year we'll have a bigger building okay look at your neighbor and say plot twist look at each other never say plot twist say oh this is about to be juicy
[00:02:42] this is juicy come on say i made it talk to yourself say i made it come on say i made it You need to let some stuff go right now.
[00:02:54] Come on.
[00:03:02] I need you to get some Holy Ghost discovered.
[00:03:10] It's being pitiful don't do nothing for you.
[00:03:12] Being a victim in your own story don't do nothing for you.
[00:03:15] But rising up from the ashes.
[00:03:18] They left you in hell and you came back.
[00:03:20] They planted you and didn't know you were a seed.
[00:03:27] You may be seeded.
[00:03:29] Y'all got to remember this is my second service.
[00:03:31] So I've already been in one.
[00:03:33] Now I'm in two.
[00:03:35] And I was on 100 the first one.
[00:03:37] I bet them people in eight o'clock service was going dear god I always listen to myself after I preach sometimes and I'm like why you gotta yell I'm like hey I can't help it because I get so
[00:03:50] excited and I want y'all to get it and my kids never got it when I was just saying son I need you to think better it was what the heck were you thinking all right today is plot twist say
[00:04:06] things are about to shift because God is rewriting my story, which means I got to let him rewrite it.
[00:04:15] I'm about to flip the flow for y'all. You ain't going to have one excuse when you walk out of here because the Bible says once you get accountability, you got to sit at it. That
[00:04:27] means you can't blame your daddy no more. You can't blame your mama no more. You can't blame that ex no more. You can't blame your teacher no more. You can't blame that fourth grade teacher
[00:04:36] no more. You can't be mad at people for expecting you from them. We're going to let it go. Say I got 30 minutes and it's about to do more for me than 12 years of therapy. You're welcome. I'm going to
[00:04:54] Matthew 28 and six. I ain't never seen more people fight me online because I say you're healed.
[00:05:01] They're like, I'm going to therapy for that. I'm like, you're healed. It's like people want to stay stuck. And I don't know why, unless it's just, that's all they've ever known. You know, all you've ever known is taking the high road, never having anyone help you. But today I'm going to
[00:05:20] help you with that. I'm going to help you realize that a lot of times when things happen in your life, it's God's grace. He knew you didn't need no level up. He knew you didn't need no hand up
[00:05:30] because you carry the anointing on the inside of you to break chains. And so today on Sunday, I'm going to start with Matthew 28 and six, and it says, he is not here. He has risen just as he
[00:05:45] said, he is not here. Say it with me. Say he is not here. He has risen just as he said. Well, I don't feel like he's risen. I don't feel like he's risen for me. I feel like he's on vacation.
[00:06:00] It's because you quit talking to him because what the enemy does is the enemy makes you feel like you're going to disappoint God. Like you disappointed other people. And that ain't a fact jack with our god he knew before you were ever even a thought in your mother's womb he knew
[00:06:13] that you were going to do exactly what you've done and he said i'm going to use it he has he has i was sitting back in that office while i go talking and i was telling them i said you know what's so
[00:06:22] cool because somebody came in and i said i'm so glad you got fired i said because we wouldn't have got you and sometimes god knows your loyalty is so great that he needs you in another place
[00:06:37] and sometimes your loyalty is what's killing you you're staying there helping someone else gets rich when God gave you the gift to get rich yourself and instead of complaining in seasons in 2026 we're about to get up we're about to go do some things that scare ourselves to death we're
[00:06:56] about to realize that the divorce was God's favor well how was it God's favor because they were cheating on you you didn't know it but how was it God's how was it God's favor that that he that he
[00:07:07] left me and he he I don't know why we want to always look at how good it was and it was good only three days out of 365 but because we'd rather hurt with somebody than be free from somebody
[00:07:19] we don't want to go through anything alone but you ain't never alone you got God and so I need you to rectify that in your spirit right now even if it was your daddy walking out or your mama
[00:07:29] walking out on you it was you going to jail 1200 times sometimes deliverance looks like rehab sometimes deliverance looks like addiction sometimes deliverance looks like being married five times. The sixth got the best of you because you realize what got you divorced. You realize,
[00:07:47] right? So today we're, if God is rewriting his story and he is saying it is not here, he is not here. He has risen just as he said. Then I'm thinking that some of you walked in
[00:08:00] here today, carrying chapters. God never wrote your decisions. Did, did you get that? Do I need to drop it again. I feel like I need to. Some of you walked in here today carrying chapters that
[00:08:13] God never wrote, trying to help people that did not want to be helped. Thinking you were God, taking medicine to people that like to be sick. And then you're going to go your whole life not
[00:08:25] knowing why in the world was I always in these situations. It's because God knew that you were a helper. You always wanted to get people. You wanted to help them come up. And you were wasting
[00:08:34] your time on people that were never going to come up. So some of you walked in here today carrying chapters God never wrote. And it harmed you. It's harming you. Chapters filled with shame.
[00:08:47] Chapters filled with regret. Chapters filled with bad decisions. Chapters filled with broken relationships. Chapters filled with labels that people put on you. But today is Resurrection Sunday. And I came all the way from Buckhead to announce to you today that this is Resurrection
[00:09:10] and Sunday and that your story is not over. It's just beginning. I don't think some of y'all believe me because you like this. No, you got to know it. You got to dig deeper one more time. You got to
[00:09:34] get up and move one more time. You got to learn how to pray over yourself one more time. You got to learn how to forgive one more time. Every time that person comes up in your for you page that did
[00:09:45] you dirty and now they up back to like they saved and holy. You got to forgive one more time. You got to delete one more time. You got to stop allowing them labels to, to, to, to label you
[00:09:57] one more time. You got to learn how to look in that mirror every day and say, he started a good work in me. He is faithful to complete it. What God has in my life is nothing like anything else
[00:10:07] in my family. Nobody else can give me the blueprint because I am the generational curse breaker in my family. One more time. You got to believe it one more time. So if your story is not
[00:10:17] over, and your past is not a permanent address, and God is still holding the pin, then it means this is not the end of your story. So if we walked in today heavy and feeling like the only reason
[00:10:32] I'm here is because it's Easter, and I come Easter and Christmas. I'm glad you come Easter and Christmas. I love having you on Easter and Christmas. But if all I got you for is Easter
[00:10:44] and Christmas, then I'm making sure you get it in your head that your story ain't over. You hear me?
[00:10:52] that every single thing that you went through, what people call rejection, God calls restoration.
[00:10:58] God will let you get fired. God will let them walk out because their ceiling was your floor.
[00:11:06] And when you get to a place, I started thinking about this this morning when I was up and I was talking about how on Friday, remember Friday? Friday is the betrayal. And some of you walked
[00:11:16] in here with Friday. You forgot it's Sunday. It's Friday. Some of y'all walked in here with Friday stank on you. Oh, I'm going to get you right today. Friday was betrayal. Friday was loss.
[00:11:33] Friday was confusion. Friday was, I thought God would have moved by now. And then Saturday came and Saturday was silent, silent. He is betrayed on Friday. He shows us on Friday how he could sit at a table knowing that two of his closest posse's one was gonna sell him for 30
[00:12:02] pieces of silver if you're gonna sell me at least get some money for me the people closest to him and he still washed their feet but yet we will get stuck in a season and allow a season to define
[00:12:21] our lifetime because we don't understand that friday came betrayal came the season came the brokenness came saturday came and it was a quiet season i hate those quiet seasons when god's got you in a press you feel like you're in a slow cooker but you want to be an air fryer we want
[00:12:43] to know zip it god we want it to happen and we want it to happen quick but the problem is whenever we expect god to do things that we ain't ready for if he did them on that season and in that timing
[00:12:57] it would crush you and god is such a good god he ain't gonna give you anything that's gonna crush you, but he is going to give it to you. This is where it teaches us delay is not denial.
[00:13:09] It's in those seasons where the curtain closes. Y'all see them red curtains closing. And all of a sudden you're sitting there, you're embarrassed, you're shameful. You're walking through divorce.
[00:13:20] You never saw it coming. You're walking through your grown kid alienating you now. They ain't talking to you. They keeping the grandkids away from you. You find in this season where all this discomfort. And so when the curtain closes, having to start all over again after that death,
[00:13:37] having to find your way, looking at yourself at 52 years old and thinking, Lord, how did I get here?
[00:13:45] How after 30 years, I'm here. And now I got stuff falling from my arms and my knees got cankles.
[00:13:54] And you're mad because life didn't turn out the way you wanted. It's easy to get stuck there because you can't see a way out, but you weren't meant to see a way out. You were meant to need
[00:14:04] Jesus to see a way out. Well, how do I see when I can't see? You got, that's when we got worship songs. Lace up your boots, put on your backpack. It's time to ride. It's time to ride. The devil
[00:14:19] can't have me or my family. This is an eviction notice to the enemy. A chain breakers in the room.
[00:14:27] I'll walk around my house and say shut up Kim every time that fear jumps on me or that doubt jumps on me or cancel culture comes after me or that lie comes after me or the truth comes after
[00:14:40] me something that happened in 1988 and people believe in it that you thought would never believe it God is saying I'm here you hear me so if Friday was betrayal and Friday was loss and Friday was confusion and Friday was I thought God would come through now then when the curtain
[00:15:00] closes and we are in the quiet season, that's the season where God's doing all the work.
[00:15:07] He can't do it whenever the lights are on. He can't do it while all them nosy people are in your ears. That's why they had to leave. They couldn't go with you in this next season. They
[00:15:18] were already sucking you dry. They were already depleting you, always enabling you in your ear, telling you, oh, you'll never amount to nothing. Baby, I want people in my life that whenever I'm laying in the floor, losing my ever loving mind. They know when to come in and step on my toes
[00:15:42] and say, girl, listen to me. I know you feel like this and I know you feel like that, but I'm going to hold your arms up until you can get strength to get back up again. But see that closed curtain
[00:15:54] makes us do two things. Go into isolation or pivot. I can't walk yet. I can't, I can't find my way yet. I'm having to figure out life again. Life knocked me down, but I'm going to get up.
[00:16:12] and I'm going to crawl. I might fall again and that's okay. It's a beautiful thing going to hell and losing everything because it lets you know that you can rebuild again. It shows you your strength. So if Friday, if Saturday came in the silent season, then Sunday is here. And that
[00:16:34] means that this is a day that God proves what looked dead was only planted. That means today is what looked finished was only paused. That means God has proven today that what looked buried was to break apart. Listen, I remember laying in my bed for a whole year, crying, lost my dignity.
[00:17:03] Everybody was talking about me and I did everything they said I did. I was nae nae and not pray praying.
[00:17:11] I'd smoke all the way to church and come in and put love spell all over me.
[00:17:14] it was a terrible combination because I always would have one foot in and one foot out. And I was a preacher's kid and ain't nobody going to force me into ministry because I can't stand
[00:17:26] ministry. I don't even like his people. I don't like them the most because they're judgmental and they're liars and they're hypocrites. And I had every reason under the sun not to do what God had called me to do. And on an Easter Sunday, I got up and sang because my daddy made me.
[00:17:46] As long as you're in my house, little lady, you're going to get up and lead worship.
[00:17:52] Every day coming to church on Sundays with my cigarette hanging out my window, I'd be like, Lord, don't strike these people.
[00:17:59] Don't strike them dead.
[00:18:01] Don't strike these white people.
[00:18:02] They were all white.
[00:18:03] Don't strike these white people dead.
[00:18:05] Don't you do it, God.
[00:18:06] Don't do it because I'm up there leading.
[00:18:08] I didn't want to lead.
[00:18:08] He making me lead.
[00:18:12] And I'd get up, and I'd start singing.
[00:18:14] I had no rhythm, none.
[00:18:17] I never could start on time And he still made me get up here every sunday and lead worship But every time I got off that platform, I just walked back to the last row And by the time church is out. I already had my escape route
[00:18:32] I don't want to talk to none of y'all because I didn't like none of y'all And I remember Sitting right there And this man had the nerve To walk up to me and put his hand on me. Oh my god
[00:18:52] But when he put his hand on me, something happened.
[00:18:56] The most kindness, like a log cutter.
[00:19:05] I'm trying to build you a picture.
[00:19:09] Furry beard.
[00:19:10] I'll never forget it.
[00:19:12] He laid his hand on me.
[00:19:14] And when he laid his hand on me, all of a sudden, and I got mad.
[00:19:20] I was one of those people that when I got mad, I cried, and they got mad, I was crying.
[00:19:25] You know what I'm saying?
[00:19:26] I ain't crying because I'm hurt.
[00:19:28] I'm crying because I'm mad.
[00:19:30] all I could think to do when he laid his hand on me was fall because it felt like my legs went out and I laid in that floor and I cried so hard the man didn't even say nothing but it was like his
[00:19:48] hand was Jesus laying his hand on me saying what you thought was betrayal was really resurrection what you do coming to church don't matter to me what you did on Saturday night nay nay and then
[00:20:00] not pray praying it does not matter to me you swinging on a pole at cheetah does not matter to me you have an addiction does not matter to me he said i knew that there was a divine appointment
[00:20:11] that was going to happen in your life and that's the same for you he said baby you walk out on me but i never walk out on you because he's a resurrected power see something about going
[00:20:25] to hell and coming out on fire you got something to say but no no no no no no no no no we want to walk through life and just get so holy. I can't stand it when I know something about somebody
[00:20:38] and I know a lot about somebody because I always got receipts. And all of a sudden I know someone struggled with something last year. And then all of a sudden you're going to get holy and start
[00:20:53] judging people. Do you forget 365 days ago allowed me to walk through what I walked through y'all so that I could be a fighter for y'all because the enemy comes after people through religion.
[00:21:13] I ain't never good enough.
[00:21:15] I love when people walk in my church and smell all sorts of weekend.
[00:21:22] Do you hear me?
[00:21:24] It means that you still got up.
[00:21:26] And there's some super safe saints that ain't walked in a building in five years.
[00:21:30] But they can sit and cast stones on a computer.
[00:21:34] But you made it.
[00:21:36] And I'm proud of you for making it.
[00:21:38] And I'm proud of you for getting in church on an Easter Sunday.
[00:21:41] I'm proud of ours.
[00:21:44] I'm proud of you.
[00:21:49] See, redemption, I felt that thing.
[00:21:51] I am proud of you. And nobody's told you before I'm proud of you and I got you and we ride it down. So redemption, rewrite your story. So Jesus didn't just die. He redeemed. So redemption means
[00:22:08] y'all ready for this? Redemption means God took what was broken and brought it back with purpose.
[00:22:20] God took. That means he had to break. I wish I would have brought something so I could break it.
[00:22:34] I wish I had something to break. Because he said, the world's tainted you too. Your daddy left you.
[00:22:50] Your mama left you. You felt forgotten. You felt like nobody ever fought for you. You broke. So all that could get out. Because there ain't nothing like heartbreak, man. There ain't no cancer medicine for it there ain't no there ain't nothing except Prozac and Prozac don't do nothing but make you
[00:23:14] fat because you eat while you're sleeping and it gets us stuck now we're just giving everybody labels you're ADHD you're on the spectrum everything but God so we get these medications and listen I was on medication that's why I can talk about them I also was on the spectrum that's
[00:23:39] why I'm talking about spectrum. So don't come for me. I'm her. So what happens is the enemy comes in and tries to make you feel like you were broken. So you've got to stay broken and then you've got
[00:23:56] to hide it. We can't talk about it. If you hang around with people that make you feel some sort of way because of your past, leave. Because there's 8 billion people out in these streets
[00:24:08] that need to know you walked through something and you needed God. I won't hang out with nobody that ain't got a limp. I need you to limp. I need to know you can pray. I need to know you know how
[00:24:22] to get on your knees and pray. I need to know that you made it through hell. I need to know that you can push me when I'm down. I need to know that I can push you when I'm down. I need to know that
[00:24:30] if you fall, you can get back up again. So the cross wasn't just pain. It was transition. Your shame nailed to the cross. Your past covered by the blood, your mistakes, no longer your identity.
[00:24:51] Colossians 2.14 says he canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing to the cross. The enemy keeps trying to remind you of who you are, but Easter today, God is saying
[00:25:09] that version of you no longer exists. That mugshot might exist, but I'm going to use that for you, Because God never lets something be put in paper without using it for your glory.
[00:25:27] He's using it as a prop.
[00:25:32] Props always are the best because it can show you your 12 DUI pictures.
[00:25:37] And then you can show your glow up.
[00:25:40] This is me with no surgery.
[00:25:43] You remember those nights you fell into your house?
[00:25:48] You remember those nights you made it through that checkpoint?
[00:25:51] You remember those days when they left you with nothing and made you start all over again?
[00:25:55] And when you finally get back up on your feet, cause you will, especially if you are limitless, we won't let you die here, baby. We're going to call that greatness out of you while you're
[00:26:07] screaming and kicking. So you may have left, but God never left you. The prodigal this week, every single morning at 8am, I have prayer call on all my socials and we're reading through the Bible this year. And we were talking about this week in Luke 15 and Luke about the prodigal son
[00:26:29] and how the son walked away listen to this he chose rebellion he wasted everything but here's the part we don't like to admit sometimes we are all the product we knew better we felt god pulling
[00:26:52] us and we still went the other way he never asked god one time is that my person then when y'all got married you had to live with satan you're fastened you this big skinnies all get out and they steal
[00:27:09] the devil because God can't just, there gotta be a connection there. And so if you're in a relationship like this, the best thing for you to do is shut your mouth and beat Jesus with hands
[00:27:24] and feet and pray. Nagging don't do nothing. Jesus never nagged for the miracle. You hear me?
[00:27:36] Prodigal. Knew better. Just like us. We let God pull in us and still went the other way.
[00:27:48] but watch this the father never chased him but he never replaced him either he's a gentleman which means God will let you walk but he'll never stop watching for your return and the moment that
[00:28:11] son turned around the father ran down he didn't walk he didn't wait he ran because heaven doesn't counsel you. Heaven celebrates your coming at any given moment. So Jesus didn't just die. He took your old story with him. And then my favorite scripture today is John 19 and 30. It says,
[00:28:40] it is finished. Let that sit for us. That wasn't just about his suffering. That was about your guilt. It is finished is about your shame. It is finished is about your past. It is finished is for
[00:29:11] your mistakes. When Jesus went to the cross, he took your old story into the grave. Do you believe that? It's hard to believe that when nobody's fought for you. That means every lie. My own
[00:29:42] natural father didn't fight for me. Why would he? He didn't heal my marriage. He didn't save my husband or wife from son or daughter from death. And then we get to a point where we say things
[00:29:56] like this is just who I am. All of it went down with him. So hope walks out of the grave. So the stone wasn't just rolled away so Jesus could get out. Y'all ready for this? Y'all sleeping.
[00:30:22] You sleeping. So listen. So hope walks out of the grave. The stone wasn't just rolled so Jesus could get out. You ready for this? Y'all ready for this? Say, I'm ready, PK. It was rolled away
[00:30:40] so you could see in. That wasn't good. Went over your head. Don't you say it again. Let me say it again. The stone wasn't just rolled away so Jesus could get out. It was rolled away so you could see
[00:30:57] in. So you could see that death didn't win. Death couldn't hold them. Darkness didn't win. Your situation didn't win they might have messed up your character but you came back what Romans 8 and 11 says the spirit of God who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you today today that means
[00:31:24] the same power that got Jesus up is in you the same power that defeated death is in you so why are you still sitting in something god already defeated drop the mic here's your neighbor like
[00:31:50] this say why are you still sitting there why you still got that frown on your face why are you still scared no more crying over it so you're not waiting on victory victory has already happened
[00:32:04] why are you looking among the dead for someone who is alive some people left you for dead but this is your comeback season.
[00:32:14] Ta-da!
[00:32:15] I thought I was too much then.
[00:32:22] You thought that first season was going to take me out.
[00:32:25] I hope you stay and Fat get you some popcorn because the next season is even greater.
[00:32:33] Why are you still entertaining what tried to kill you?
[00:32:37] Why are you still visiting places God delivered you from?
[00:32:41] Why are you still agreeing with lies God already broke?
[00:32:46] You cannot carry resurrection power and still live in dead places.
[00:32:50] You cannot carry resurrection power and still live in dead places because resurrection is a call to go higher. So Jesus didn't just get up. He ascended. This is what Colossians 3, 1 says. It says, since you have been raised to new
[00:33:14] life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven. So Easter is not just about getting out. It's about going up. He got up. Y'all know that song? He got up. No, you don't know. It's
[00:33:29] about going up higher thinking, higher standards, higher faith, higher calling. And some of you are asking God for a new season, but God is saying, I need a new version of you. I need you to stop
[00:33:51] philosophy yourself. I need you to stop hanging out with them trifling people. I need you to go put some resumes in for a better job than making you do some things that are naughty. I need you
[00:34:03] to block and go no contact. Oh, I can't do that. That's Kim. We have a kid together. Oh, I bet I can. You're going to meet with my mama or my daddy to pick up your kid. I'm taking my peace back.
[00:34:25] I'm taking my joy back. That means I'm going to stop hoping on things and giving CPR to dead situations. It didn't work. It ain't going to work. And we know that only Jesus can help somebody get
[00:34:36] up and you don't even pray. I feel this strong, y'all. Listen, some of you have been alive, but living like you're still buried. You're buried in fear. You're buried in regret.
[00:34:53] You're buried in disappointment. You're buried in what didn't work. But today the stone is rolling away. As you stand up on your feet, I need you to see that thing. I need you to see it shifted.
[00:35:05] The stone, say the stone is rolling away.
[00:35:10] The grave is opening.
[00:35:13] My name is being called just like Lazarus.
[00:35:19] What did he say to Lazarus?
[00:35:21] Say to Lazarus.
[00:35:25] What did he say?
[00:35:29] He said, Lazarus.
[00:35:36] Why didn't Jesus just unravel him?
[00:35:41] He left him unraveled but alive.
[00:35:44] And Lazarus shows up in that story.
[00:35:46] And he shows us that he might not have been able to praise and get out because he came out with some stuff still around him.
[00:35:53] But even when you come out and you ain't got all the answers, you still got some.
[00:35:57] I'll do whatever I can to get out of this situation.
[00:36:00] Listen to me.
[00:36:01] So God is calling you.
[00:36:03] Say, mindset is changed.
[00:36:06] Limitation is gone.
[00:36:10] The direction moment will never be the same.
[00:36:15] In Jesus' name.
[00:36:18] If you're in this room today or you're online, and you'd be like, PK, this has been a horrible, season. If that's you, lift up your head. There's been a horrible season. I'm going to tell you
[00:36:38] something. He's not done with you yet. He's not done with you yet. There's so much more to your story. He's not done with you yet. He's not done with me yet. I need you to lay your hand on your
[00:37:04] hard just say that he's not done with you yeah baby you got a story that's coming out of this

[00:37:11] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_01]
[00:37:11] there's so much more to the story you're not done with me if you're in this room today and you said

[00:37:21] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_00]
[00:37:21] i ran away from god yeah i thought he forgot about me i'm gonna come back to him but just not yet listen to me you don't come to jesus when you get it right you come to jesus so he can help you get
[00:37:34] it right he loves these people with the worst past to create the best futures you hear me and if that's you today drop a one online or lift up your hand in the room if that's you in here
[00:37:46] lift up your hand come on online just drop a one i see you come on lift it up lift it up a little bit higher just so you can let devil know you should have taken me out before i got here
[00:37:56] everybody in the room say father forgive me of my sins and i ask you to be my lord and savior To live in my heart.
[00:38:09] To make my heart your home.
[00:38:12] Today, thank you, Lord, that it's all making sense.
[00:38:16] And I'm still here.
[00:38:18] Forgive me, Lord.
[00:38:20] I'm all yours.
[00:38:22] Let me be your favorite employee.
[00:38:24] In Jesus' name.
