❓ What do these grades mean?
We do not issue this rating to attack the speaker, but to protect the listener. This church's overall teaching trend consistently deviates from sound doctrine. As per Romans 16:17, we identify these patterns so believers can guard their hearts.
🧐 Overview
Sermon Summary: This sermon attempts to offer hope by teaching that believers can break 'bloodline curses' of sickness and tragedy by attaching to the 'bloodline blessing of Abraham.' However, it dangerously redefines this biblical blessing, shifting the focus from salvation from sin to the promise of earthly health and financial prosperity, which is a significant distortion of the Gospel.
Big Idea: The power of a bloodline blessing and how it can break generational curses. [00:07:46 ▶️ 📄]
Pastoral Analysis: The sermon presents a syncretic gospel that blends biblical concepts with the core tenets of Word of Faith and Prosperity theology. The offering is a transactional 'seed-faith' appeal. The Abrahamic Covenant is reinterpreted as a guarantee for temporal health and longevity, rather than justification by faith and spiritual inheritance. This is compounded by a flawed, geopolitical hermeneutic regarding the modern state of Israel and a dangerous claim to new, direct prophecy, which undermines the sufficiency of Scripture. The administration of Communion without any fencing or warning is a serious pastoral and theological failure.
Biblical Parallel(Archetype): Thyatira — The sermon actively promotes a seductive form of the prosperity gospel, redefining the blessing of Abraham as temporal health and wealth, and tolerates claims of extra-biblical revelation, akin to the false prophetess Jezebel.
🧭 Biblical Alignment Dashboard
Overall Verdict: Fundamentally in Error
| Category | Status | Reasoning |
|---|---|---|
| Soteriology | ❌ FAIL | The gospel of grace is supplanted by a transactional system. Salvation's benefits are primarily framed as breaking 'genetic curses' to achieve physical health and long life, rather than reconciliation with God and forgiveness of sin. The appeal to give money to 'reap bountifully' functionally adds a financial work to the reception of God's blessing. |
| Bibliology | ❌ FAIL | The pastor claims to have received a direct, predictive prophecy from God for a specific individual, which constitutes a claim to new revelation. This practice functionally denies the sufficiency and finality of the biblical canon. |
| E"hermeneutic | ❌ FAIL | The sermon employs 'Newspaper Exegesis,' creating a direct causal link between modern geopolitics (US policy toward Israel) and specific natural disasters. It fundamentally misunderstands redemptive history, confusing the type (ethnic Israel and the land) with the antitype (Christ and His universal Church). |
| Theology Proper | ⚠️ WEAK | While not explicitly denying orthodox attributes, the sermon functionally presents God as a transactional deity whose blessings (primarily health and wealth) are unlocked by human actions like financial sowing, renouncing curses, and supporting a specific geopolitical entity. |
| Sacramentology | ❌ FAIL | Communion was administered with no stated restriction to believers in good standing (fencing the table) and no warning against partaking in an unworthy manner (1 Cor 11:27-29). This constitutes an open table, which fails to distinguish the church from the world and profanes the sacrament. |

Therefore, whoever resists the authority will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do what is good, and you will have praise for the same. He is God's minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. He is God's minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. Therefore, you must be subject, not only because of wrath, but also for consciousness' sake."

"to the angel of the church of Thyatira write these things says the son of God who has eyes like a flame of fire his feet are like frying breasts I know your works love service faith and your patience and as for your works the last are more than the first nevertheless I have a few things against you because you allow that woman Jezebel who calls herself a prophetess to teach and seduce my servants to commit sexual immorality and to eat things sacrificed to idols I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality and she did not repent indeed I will cast her into a sickbed and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation unless they repent of their deeds. I will kill her children with death and all the churches shall know that I am he who searches the minds and hearts and I will give to each of you according to your works"
-
Matthew 18:32-34
[00:35:32 ▶️ 📄]
"THEN HIS MASTER, AFTER HE HAD CALLED HIM, SAID TO HIM, YOU WICKED SERVANT, I FORGAVE YOU ALL THAT DEBT BECAUSE YOU BEGGED ME. SHOULD YOU NOT HAVE ALSO HAD COMPASSION ON YOUR FELLOW SERVANT, JUST AS I HAD PITY ON YOU? AND HIS MASTER WAS ANGRY AND DELIVERED HIM TO THE TORTURERS UNTIL HE SHOULD PAY ALL THAT WAS DUE TO HIM."

Christological Connection: Thematic: Christ's death is presented as the mechanism that breaks curses and attaches believers to a 'bloodline blessing' for temporal health and long life, rather than as the satisfaction for sin before a holy God.
🧱 Sermon Outline
- Offering & Seed-Faith Teaching [00:00:00 ▶️ 📄] : The pastor frames financial giving not as worship, but as sowing a 'seed' with a guaranteed, dynamic financial return, calling it the 'only 100%' investment.
- Introduction: The Bloodline Blessing of Abraham [00:07:46 ▶️ 📄] : The sermon's thesis is introduced: believers can access the 'bloodline blessing' given to Abraham, which is defined by the material and intellectual success of the Jewish people.
- Point 1: The Problem of Bloodline Curses [00:12:06 ▶️ 📄] : The pastor lists various physical ailments (cancer, dementia, heart disease) as examples of 'bloodline curses' passed down through generations that believers are living under.
- Point 2: The Cross as the Solution [00:19:21 ▶️ 📄] : The purpose of the cross is presented as threefold: paying for sin, breaking the curse of sin, and attaching believers to the Abrahamic blessing for temporal well-being.
- Point 3: Sins that Negate the Blessing [00:20:51 ▶️ 📄] : The pastor lists sins that he claims can block the flow of blessing, focusing heavily on anti-Semitism (defined as lack of support for geopolitical Israel), rebellion, occultism, sexual immorality, and unforgiveness.
- Conclusion & Prayer of Renunciation [00:38:04 ▶️ 📄] : The congregation is led in a prayer to 'formally renounce' their physical bloodline and 'receive the bloodline blessing of Abraham' to break genetic curses and receive health.

✅ Commendations
Pastoral Concern | Desire to Help Hurting People
The pastor clearly demonstrates a desire to minister to people struggling with chronic illness, family tragedy, and fear for their children. This concern for the flock's suffering is a proper pastoral instinct, even if the proposed solution is theologically erroneous.
Doctrinal Foundation | Affirmation of Christ's Atoning Work (Partial)
The sermon correctly identifies that Jesus became a curse for us on the cross (Galatians 3:13) and that His work is the basis for any blessing we receive. While the nature of that blessing is misidentified, the starting point of Christ's substitutionary work is rightly affirmed.
⚠️ Theological Concerns
🔴 Prosperity Gospel (Seed-Faith Doctrine)
Root Cause: Prosperity Gospel / Word of Faith: This error reduces the Atonement and Christian piety to a set of principles for achieving temporal physical and financial guarantees, rather than eternal spiritual redemption from sin.
"What you sow is the only money you have that's dynamically growing. When you sow it, if you sow bountifully, Paul says you're gonna reap." [00:03:47 ▶️ 📄]
Correction: The Apostle Paul warns against those who suppose that 'godliness is a means of gain' (1 Timothy 6:5). The focus of Christian giving is cheerful generosity out of love for God and neighbor, not a calculated investment for personal profit (2 Corinthians 9:7).
🔴 Redefinition of the Abrahamic Covenant
Root Cause: Anthropocentric Hermeneutic (Idolatry of Self): This error fails to see Scripture as testifying of Christ (John 5:39) and instead interprets it through the lens of human wants and needs, making man's temporal well-being the goal of redemption.
"Now, Abraham was old, well advanced in age, and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things. Now, isn't that what you want for your children... you want them to live a long life and a good life and for them to be blessed in all things." [00:10:52 ▶️ 📄]
Correction: Galatians 3:14 states the purpose of Christ's work was 'that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.' The blessing is spiritual and eternal, not primarily physical and temporal.
🟠 Hermeneutical Fragmentation (Newspaper Exegesis)
Root Cause: Hermeneutical Fragmentation (Missed Typology): This error fails to see how Old Testament promises concerning ethnic Israel and the land are fulfilled, expanded, and universalized in Christ and His Church. It keeps the shadow separate from the substance.
"Hurricane Katrina, the United States under George W. Bush forced Israel out of the Gaza Strip... Five days later, Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast... The exact moment that Hurricane Ian hit Florida, President Biden was giving a speech at the United Nations calling for a two-state solution." [00:23:42 ▶️ 📄]
Correction: Ephesians 2:11-22 teaches that in Christ, the dividing wall of hostility between Jew and Gentile is broken down, creating one new man, the Church. The focus of God's covenant plan is the building of this spiritual house, not the preservation of specific geographic borders for a secular nation-state.
🟠 Subjective Authority (Claim to New Revelation)
Root Cause: Neo-Montanism: This is a modern form of the ancient error that claimed ongoing, direct, authoritative revelation from the Holy Spirit that was equal to or superior to Scripture.
"And the Lord said, I want you to walk up and hold her face and say what I tell you to say... And I said, here's what the Lord would say to you, that it will not happen to you and your children." [00:30:53 ▶️ 📄]
Correction: Hebrews 1:1-2 states that God, who spoke in the past through the prophets, has 'in these last days spoken to us by His Son.' The revelation in Christ, recorded in Scripture, is final and sufficient. The canon is closed.
🟠 Sacramental Negligence (Open Communion)
Root Cause: N/A
"(Observation of the entire communion segment from [00:44:02 ▶️ 📄] to [00:45:10 ▶️ 📄])" [00:44:02 ▶️ 📄]
Correction: 1 Corinthians 11:28-29 commands, 'But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.' This requires a clear call to self-examination and a warning from the pastor.
📝 Other Corrections & Notes
- They [the Jews] control Hollywood. [00:09:18 ▶️ 📄] → Correction: This is a broad and unsubstantiated stereotype. While Jewish individuals have been highly influential in the entertainment industry, the idea of monolithic 'control' is a conspiratorial trope, not a verifiable fact. (N/A)

[00:00:00] Good morning, everybody. It's great to see you. Good to be here this morning. All services, all campuses, we're so glad that you're joining us. This is the first weekend of the month, and this is where we pass the buckets, take an offering. There's going to be a video that's going to play here in just a minute, and after the video, we'll pass the buckets. But prepare your offering, if you would, if you're writing a check, TFC, you make it to TFC. If you're going online, tfc.org forward slash give, or using the app, or if you're giving cash, there are envelopes there. I believe in the seat back
[00:00:30] pockets and so prepare an offering if you would now this week this coming Thursday Karen and I celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary that's big that's a big one thank you and so this also is
[00:00:45] the 30th anniversary of XO marriage it was 30 years ago and that was a big deal too and tomorrow tomorrow we move into our new building in Southlake Texas it's a big deal 30 30,000 square
[00:01:01] foot building. We have a new studio. We have a new auditorium. We have new classes or rooms for mediation for marriage counseling. We train marriage counselors for all over the world, everything. So XO Marriage started out of Trinity Fellowship Church. When we started,
[00:01:17] 100% of the funds for that came from here. The number one financial support source that we've had for 30 years has been this church right here. Now today, you make up about 5% of our budget,
[00:01:27] but it's a very important 5%.
[00:01:29] And your giving has helped millions and millions and millions of couples stay together.
[00:01:34] Millions of children are together with their parents because of this church.
[00:01:39] There's, it's the truth.
[00:01:43] We reach five million people a week on social media.
[00:01:46] We have 700,000 downloads a month of our podcast.
[00:01:50] Resources, conferences, all the different things that we do.
[00:01:54] There's never been a church in the history of the world that's done more for marriage than Trinity Fellowship Church.
[00:02:00] Never, this church right here.
[00:02:02] And I'm just saying thank you.
[00:02:06] Thank you for all that you've done for us.
[00:02:08] Thank you for all the lives that you've changed.
[00:02:10] And see, a lot of times when you give to Trinity, you don't realize all that you're doing.
[00:02:14] But I mean, literally, when we travel around the world, people will come up when Pastor Jimmy and Kim and I were in Jerusalem.
[00:02:20] Karen and I were walking down the street with Pastor Jimmy and Kim and a woman walked up to us and said, marriage today, marriage today.
[00:02:25] She started pointing at it like that.
[00:02:27] And so it's amazing.
[00:02:28] people all over the world, their lives are being changed because of this church. Many ministries that you give to when you give to Trinity, all the things that you see on all the different campuses,
[00:02:37] just the many ministries that go on, are because of your giving. Let me read 2 Corinthians chapter 9, and then we'll watch this video. This is Paul. This I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap
[00:02:49] sparingly. He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Let each one give as he purposes in not grudgingly or of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver.
[00:02:58] You know, I was not a cheerful giver when I started giving, but I'm a very cheerful giver today.
[00:03:02] It's because of the way I look at money.
[00:03:04] Now, this is a $100 bill.
[00:03:05] I'm actually gonna give this in just a minute.
[00:03:06] Now, Karen and I have been tithing.
[00:03:08] We still tithe the Trinity.
[00:03:09] We've been tithing here for 43 years, and we love it.
[00:03:11] And so, this is seed.
[00:03:14] The Apostle Paul says, he's taking an offering here, and he says, if you sow this, you're gonna reap something abundantly.
[00:03:21] If the person who sows bountifully will reap bountifully.
[00:03:24] if you sow sparingly, you're gonna reap sparingly.
[00:03:26] See, there's only three things you can do with seed.
[00:03:28] You can store it, put it in savings.
[00:03:30] That's great, you know, it's good to do.
[00:03:32] You can eat it, okay, because we need to do that too.
[00:03:34] We need to eat.
[00:03:35] Or you can sow it.
[00:03:37] You can store it, you can eat it, or you can sow it.
[00:03:40] What you sow or what you store is dormant.
[00:03:42] It's just laying there, it's dormant.
[00:03:44] What you eat is dead.
[00:03:45] I mean, once you eat it, it's gone.
[00:03:47] What you sow is the only money you have that's dynamically growing.
[00:03:51] When you sow it, if you sow bountifully, Paul says you're gonna reap.
[00:03:55] See, if you see this as a dead dollar and you put it in an offering container and it disappears, that's not very motivating.
[00:04:01] But when you see this as, see, this is your future.
[00:04:05] And there's only one investment in the world that's 100%, that's the kingdom of God.
[00:04:10] With all the financial insecurity in the world today, the only thing that's 100% guaranteed is what you give to the Lord.
[00:04:17] And so when we give this to the Lord, we don't lose it, it's our future.
[00:04:21] You're gonna meet it in your future.
[00:04:23] Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, whatever you give is gonna come back to you.
[00:04:27] So what I'm saying this morning is, a cheerful giver is a person who believes that.
[00:04:31] If you really believe that money that you give is dynamic and it dynamically increases, then you give this with joy.
[00:04:38] So I want you to watch this video.
[00:04:39] If you would, prepare your offering, write a check, prepare your cash gift, or go online this morning, but let's watch this video.
[00:04:46] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_03]
[00:04:46] I was crushed.
[00:04:48] Broken doesn't even begin to describe the feeling I had knowing that not only was the cancer back, but it was now terminal.
[00:05:00] In 2016, I found out I had stage three agnoid cystic carcinoma. I went through surgery and 36 rounds of radiation and was declared cancer free in 2017. My family and I contracted COVID, and after that, half of my face started to go numb. So I knew that this was an issue with
[00:05:26] the cancer. So my husband and I visited with a surgeon, and he might be able to extend my life by a few years if I would allow them to remove my entire upper palate, all of my upper teeth,
[00:05:42] part of my nose and possibly in my left eye.
[00:05:45] I refused to believe that that was my story.
[00:05:49] My husband and I have attended Trinity for six years.
[00:05:53] And in that six years, our relationships have grown and our church family has completely rallied around us.
[00:06:04] My husband and I went up for a prophetic word.
[00:06:08] She had no idea the battle that we were facing, But she told me that she saw me in six months jumping for joy.
[00:06:18] And I clung to those words.
[00:06:20] My husband called the elders, and they immediately scheduled a day with their wives to come to our house.
[00:06:29] And they prayed over me.
[00:06:31] One of the wives of the elders, she prophetically knew that I had been begging God for my healing.
[00:06:39] She told me to start thanking Him for my healing.
[00:06:42] My husband and I went for a checkup. At this checkup, they did a PET scan.
[00:06:49] The doctor, before he met with us, he walked by and he gave me two thumbs up and he said, we'll meet in an hour. And I immediately started crying because I knew that I was healed.
[00:06:59] There was no tumor.
[00:07:01] Two tumors, stage four aggressive terminal cancer were gone without chemo, radiation, or surgery.
[00:07:22] It was a complete miracle of God.
[00:07:25] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_00]
[00:07:25] That is wonderful, unbelievable.
[00:07:31] Would you take the bucket at the end of your aisle and put your offering in there, put this in there for me if you would, please, thank you so much.
[00:07:38] Just pass it to the end of the aisle there, all campuses, just pass it to the end of the aisle and put it down on the other end there.
[00:07:44] Thank you so much for all of your faithful giving.
[00:07:46] This message that I'm bringing this morning, if I could only preach three messages, if I could take 40 years of preaching and I had to select three messages, this would be one of the messages.
[00:07:57] It's to me, this is a very, very powerful and meaningful message.
[00:08:01] It's called the power of a bloodline blessing.
[00:08:04] And this goes with a hurt pocket series.
[00:08:06] And we're talking about last week, I talked about generational problems, generational sins, generational problems, and how one generation affects the next.
[00:08:15] That's what I'm talking about in this message.
[00:08:17] In Genesis 17, this is what God said to Abraham.
[00:08:21] I will establish my covenant between me and you and your descendants after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant to be God to you and your descendants after you.
[00:08:30] Also, I give to you and your descendants after you the land in which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan as an everlasting possession, and I will be their God.
[00:08:39] So after Adam and Eve sinned, God cursed them because of their sin.
[00:08:43] So Abraham is the first man now that God shows up to and gives him a generational blessing.
[00:08:48] It's a bloodline blessing to him and all of his descendants after him.
[00:08:52] And it's a genetic blessing.
[00:08:54] And the presence of this blessing on the Jewish people is absolutely undeniable.
[00:08:59] For example, the Jews have more Nobel laureates than anyone else.
[00:09:05] They're a tiny percent of the world's population.
[00:09:08] The science, the tech area of Israel is their number one source of their economy.
[00:09:12] They're the tech leaders of the world.
[00:09:14] They're the leading mathematicians, the leading in finance.
[00:09:16] They control the arts.
[00:09:18] They control Hollywood, military.
[00:09:20] Israel is by far the most powerful country in that region of the world over there, and certainly in the Middle East.
[00:09:26] They're absolutely amazing.
[00:09:28] And it's because of the bloodline blessing.
[00:09:29] And by the way, the reason Hitler and many other people hated the Jews was jealousy.
[00:09:34] You know, the Jews are just smarter people.
[00:09:36] They're just better people in many ways.
[00:09:37] And you can hate it, or you can want some of it.
[00:09:40] I want some of that.
[00:09:41] And that's what I'm talking about in this message this morning.
[00:09:43] Here's the incredible revelation that the apostle Paul had in Galatians chapter three concerning us and the bloodline blessing of Abraham.
[00:09:52] This is Galatians 3.
[00:09:53] Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law having become a curse for us.
[00:09:59] For it is written, cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the non-Jews, the Gentiles, in Christ Jesus that we might receive the promise of the Spirit
[00:10:12] through faith.
[00:10:13] Let me read it again.
[00:10:14] Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law.
[00:10:16] How many of you are glad that Jesus broke the curse for us?
[00:10:19] Anybody glad about it?
[00:10:20] I'm very glad about that.
[00:10:22] So he actually became a curse and took all the punishment for the curse.
[00:10:27] Having become a curse, it is written, cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree, that the blessing of Abraham, this blessing that God gave Abraham back in Genesis 17, that that blessing now could come on the Gentiles
[00:10:39] in Christ Jesus, in Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
[00:10:44] SPIRIT MINISTERS THIS PROMISE TO US. THAT'S WHY WE RECEIVE THE PROMISE OF THE SPIRIT THROUGH FAITH.
[00:10:49] SO WHAT IS THE BLESSING OF ABRAHAM? GENESIS 24, 1. NOW, ABRAHAM WAS OLD, WELL ADVANCED IN AGE, AND THE LORD HAD BLESSED ABRAHAM IN ALL THINGS. NOW, ISN'T THAT WHAT YOU WANT FOR YOUR CHILDREN
[00:10:59] WHEN THEY'RE BORN? YOUR GRANDKIDS WHEN THEY'RE BORN? YOU WANT THEM TO LIVE A LONG LIFE AND A GOOD LIFE AND FOR THEM TO BE BLESSED IN ALL THINGS. AND SO THE BLESSING OF ABRAHAM IS THE
[00:11:08] FULL BLESSING OF GOD. AND THIS IS ISAIAH 53. HE WAS WOUNDED. THIS IS JESUS NOW. JESUS WAS WOUNDED for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities.
[00:11:18] The chastisement for our shalom was upon him and by his stripes were healed.
[00:11:23] Our word peace is the Hebrew word shalom and the word shalom means total well-being.
[00:11:29] If you're 90% blessed, that's no good.
[00:11:32] If you're 70% blessed, that's no good.
[00:11:34] It's like if you hit your thumb, if you break your thumb, your whole body hurts.
[00:11:38] You know, you may be 99% healthy, but that little thumb that's hurting can hurt the whole rest of you.
[00:11:42] And so I wanna be, anybody else wanna be totally blessed?
[00:11:45] I wanna live a life, that's what the blessing of Abraham is, it's the total blessing, and that's the genetic blessing of Abraham.
[00:11:52] But that's the good news.
[00:11:53] The good news is we have available to us the blessing that God put on the Jews, and this still is on the Jews, it's available now to the Gentiles, the non-Jews, in Christ Jesus.
[00:12:05] But here's the bad news.
[00:12:06] The bad news is that many believers are carrying bloodline curses in their bodies that have been passed on for generations, and most people think it's normal there's nothing they can do about it. And I did for many years. These are some examples here.
[00:12:19] Cancer. My mom is a breast cancer survivor. My dad died of six different cancers over 15 years.
[00:12:26] He died with four cancers in his body. Blindness, heart disease, mental problems, deafness, blood diseases, multiple sclerosis, multiple muscular dystrophy, diabetes, birth defects, crippling arthritis, many other things that are transferred in bloodlines from one generation to
[00:12:43] next. And many people, many of some of you listening right now, you have diseases in your family that are passed on generationally, and you don't think there's anything you can do about it.
[00:12:54] And I want to talk about that. David Cassidy, now young people don't know who David Cassidy is, the Partridge family. He was an entertainer. And so he was around 60 years old when he was
[00:13:06] diagnosed with dementia. And he said, I knew it was coming. His father, Jack was an entertainer.
[00:13:12] he had dementia. He said, our family, we just have dementia. So your whole life, you're waiting for the curse. You've got this target on your chest genetically, and you're just, you're waiting for the curse. This is an article from the New York Times in 2017. It's about a family that had
[00:13:29] syndactyly, and it's a disease that causes your fingers to stick together. And let me read you a little bit of this article. They said it was their family curse, a rare congenital deformity called and dactyly, on which the thumb and index finger are fused together on one or both hands.
[00:13:46] Ten members of the extended clan were affected, and with each new birth, they told Stephan Mundlos of the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics. The first question was always, how are the baby's hands? Are they normal? Afflicted relatives described feeling like outcast
[00:14:02] in their village, convinced that their strange fingers repulsed everybody, everybody they knew, including their unaffected kin.
[00:14:09] One woman told me that she never received a hug from her father.
[00:14:12] He avoided her.
[00:14:13] So, you know, that's just a heartbreaking thing.
[00:14:15] But this family, they call it their family curse.
[00:14:17] And when a baby was born, the first question is, is it okay?
[00:14:20] Are the fingers messed up?
[00:14:23] My doctor, my mother and father, and my two brothers, we all went to the same doctor for about 10 years.
[00:14:29] So he knew all my family history.
[00:14:31] Wonderful doctor, great guy.
[00:14:33] But he would lecture me, like cancer is an example of that.
[00:14:37] He would lecture me about, well, you know, Jimmy, you're gonna get this and this and this.
[00:14:42] You're probably gonna get this and this and this because it's in your family bloodline.
[00:14:45] Well, he's a good doctor and I love doctors and I appreciate medicine.
[00:14:49] My life has been blessed because of it.
[00:14:51] But when my doctor was saying that, what I was thinking was, doc, I'm not of the Evans bloodline.
[00:14:59] I have a new bloodline.
[00:15:01] I'm of the Abraham bloodline.
[00:15:04] And the way I say, so, DID ABRAHAM HAVE IT?
[00:15:07] NO, THEN I'M NOT GONNA HAVE IT.
[00:15:09] BECAUSE I'M, NOW BECAUSE OF JESUS, THE CURSE HAS BEEN REMOVED.
[00:15:14] I'M NOT GONNA LIVE MY LIFE WAITING ON A CURSE.
[00:15:15] I'M NOT SAYING BE CAVALIER.
[00:15:17] I'M NOT SAYING IGNORE WHAT DOCTORS ARE SAYING.
[00:15:19] I'M JUST SAYING I BELIEVE JESUS REMOVED THE CURSE.
[00:15:23] AND I BELIEVE THAT HE HAS NOW ATTACHED US TO THE BLOODLINE BLESSING OF ABRAHAM.
[00:15:28] AND THE BLOODLINE BLESSING OF ABRAHAM HAS NOW, ABRAHAM WAS WELL ADVANCED IN AGE AND THE LORD HAD BLESSED HIM IN ALL THINGS.
[00:15:33] I believe that's the blessing of Abraham.
[00:15:35] And I believe that that's what we can expect.
[00:15:37] There's a woman on TV one day and she was being interviewed and if you would have had the volume off on the TV, very attractive woman, probably in her 40s or so, and if you'd had the volume turned off,
[00:15:48] you'd have thought, well, that's a pretty lady, I wonder what she's talking about.
[00:15:51] If you'd have turned the volume up, she said, my grandmother and all her sisters died of breast cancer.
[00:15:57] My mother and all her sisters died of breast cancer.
[00:16:00] Both my sisters are dead from breast cancer.
[00:16:04] and I have two daughters. She said, in our family, we don't call them breasts. We call them bombs because we're waiting for them to go off and kill us. Just waiting for the curse, the unbelievable pain. Angelina Jolie, the actress, she had a preemptive double mastectomy
[00:16:19] for that reason, because it runs our family. I stood right down there about 20 years ago, right down there on the floor. A man came up to me, church member, and very distinguished man.
[00:16:30] He carried himself like a senator, like a very distinguished kind of person.
[00:16:35] and he came up to me and he said, Jimmy, I don't know if you know this, but insanity runs in my family.
[00:16:43] I said, seriously?
[00:16:45] Because, you know, I mean, looking at him, I mean, I would have never thought that.
[00:16:49] And he said, yeah, and he just went through all of his family history of all the people in his family had been insane.
[00:16:57] And when he said insanity runs in my family, what I thought was the reason he carries himself the way he does is to prove to himself he's okay.
[00:17:06] That's why he's so stately in the way he carries himself.
[00:17:09] And he said, I'm worried about my sons.
[00:17:12] I'm worried about my boys.
[00:17:15] You can understand that.
[00:17:16] Anybody can understand.
[00:17:18] And again, it was a genetic thing that he was talking about.
[00:17:21] There was a marriage expert I had on my show one time, really great guy, and he was in his 50s, and had heart disease.
[00:17:31] And he said to me, he said, no man in my family has ever lived past his 50s because of our hearts.
[00:17:38] This is just a genetic issue.
[00:17:40] He had two sons.
[00:17:42] Some couples choose not to have children for this very reason, because there's something genetic that they just don't want to pass on.
[00:17:48] They want to stop it.
[00:17:50] There's a book called The Kennedy Curse, talking about the Kennedy family.
[00:17:54] And the subtitle of the book is why tragedy has haunted America's first family for 150 years.
[00:18:01] It's mathematically impossible for any family to be as unlucky as the Kennedys.
[00:18:05] And there's a portion in the book where they just go into all the tragedies that have happened to the Kennedys. They know they're cursed. They say they're cursed. And I'll talk in just a minute about one of the reasons that their family has been cursed. And so you say,
[00:18:18] well, Jimmy, what's the answer? I mean, you're sitting here talking about all this stuff and it's in my family. I know some of you listening right now, it's in your family. By the way, the last time I preached this message, a girl came up to me and she said, my mother was sick
[00:18:31] all of her life and she's sick right now. She said, I've been sick all my life and I'm sick right now. And she said, my son has been sick all of his life. He's sick right now. And she said,
[00:18:41] she said to me, my husband just got laid off. The only reason we're in church right now is my husband just got laid off. I'm so glad he got laid off because we wouldn't be in this service
[00:18:48] because this has changed my life. Because I'm not willing to live with this any longer.
[00:18:53] A family, a family, I've been sick all my life and I'm sick right now. Is that why Jesus died?
[00:18:59] Is it? You can't convince me of that. To just live sick and to wait on the curse, you just can't convince me of that. This is Galatians 3 again. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law. That means buy back. Jesus has bought us back from the curse. Having become
[00:19:12] a curse for us, for it is written, curse is everyone who hangs on a tree, that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the
[00:19:21] spirit through faith. That's the answer. That's the answer right there. So how do you break a bloodline curse and attach to the blessing of Abraham? Because that's what this message is about. How do you break the bloodline curse and attach to this blessing? Number one is understand
[00:19:34] the full purpose of the cross, okay?
[00:19:36] So why did Jesus die on the cross?
[00:19:38] And some people would say, he died on the cross to pay for our sins.
[00:19:41] That is an accurate but incomplete answer.
[00:19:45] Here's another way you could say it.
[00:19:46] He died to pay for our sins and to break the curse of sin.
[00:19:49] That's also accurate, that's also incomplete.
[00:19:52] Jesus died on the cross to pay for our sins, to break the curse of sin, and to attach us to the bloodline blessing of Abraham.
[00:20:00] That's the answer.
[00:20:04] And so if we live our lives just believing that Jesus paid for our sins, that's good, but you're leaving a lot on the table.
[00:20:10] Because the blessing of Abraham is now available to all of us who are non-Jews.
[00:20:16] The second thing that we do is we surrender to the Lordship of Jesus.
[00:20:19] Remember, it says that in Christ Jesus that we have this blessing of Abraham, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit and faith in Christ Jesus.
[00:20:27] Well, let me take you back to the history of Israel.
[00:20:29] So God put this bloodline blessing on Abraham, and of course there's Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and all the descendants, but you remember they had a rocky history.
[00:20:38] AND EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD THIS BLOODLINE BLESSING ON THEM THE THE HISTORY OF ISRAEL IS LIKE THIS YOU READ THE OLD TESTAMENT YOU READ ABOUT ALL THE KINGS OF ISRAEL JUST DRIVES YOU CRAZY AND THIS ONE THIS ONE OBEYED GOD AND HE WAS BLESSED THIS GUY REBELLED AND GOD YOU KNOW
[00:20:51] JUDGED HIM AND TOOK HIM INTO BABYLON ALL THAT KIND OF STUFF EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE THE BLOODLINE BLESSING AVAILABLE THERE ARE SINS THAT NEGATE IT NOW WE'RE SAVED BY GRACE AND WE'RE FORGIVEN BY GRACE WE DON'T HAVE TO BE PERFECT PEOPLE TO BE BLESSED NONE OF US ARE PERFECT BUT THERE ARE SOME
[00:21:05] SINS, I'M GONNA TALK ABOUT ISRAEL'S HISTORY, THERE ARE SOME SINS THAT WE HAVE TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT BECAUSE THEY IN ISRAEL'S HISTORY THOSE SINS NEGATED THE BLESSING. OKAY SO LET ME LET ME TALK ABOUT
[00:21:15] THIS THIS IS LET ME TALK FIRST OF ALL ABOUT ANTISEMITISM AND YOU SAY WELL JIMMY HOW CAN JEWS HAVE ANTISEMITISM? ISAIAH 58 NAMUS 2 ARE BOTH TEXTS WHERE GOD IS JUDGING ISRAEL FOR BEING MISTREATING THE JEWS AND SO ANTISEMITISM GENERALLY ISN'T DONE BY JEWS IT'S DONE BY NON-JEWS BUT
[00:21:34] but anti-Semitism is a very, very, very serious sin.
[00:21:37] So let me go back to the Kennedys for just a minute.
[00:21:39] Why are the Kennedys so cursed?
[00:21:40] Well, Joe Kennedy, Patrick Kennedy was the patriarch in Ireland, a very, very corrupt man, very corrupt man.
[00:21:47] And they moved to America, then Joe Kennedy, John F. Kennedy was the president when I was, he was assassinated when I was 10 years old.
[00:21:56] And Joe was his father.
[00:21:57] And Joe was a very, very corrupt man.
[00:21:59] So Joe, I believe he was the ambassador to England during World War II.
[00:22:03] And they were trying to, England was trying to get us to join them and be allied with them against Germany. Joe Kennedy said, no, let's don't fight Hitler. Let's do business with him and make money off of him. In spite of 6 million Jews being killed, part of the Kennedy curse is
[00:22:19] because of anti-Semitism. And that, by the way, ruined him politically. He knew he could never be president, so he just used his money. A lot of his money he got selling liquor during prohibition and things like that. Very corrupt individual. But anti-Semitism is a sin. There's
[00:22:33] never been a nation in the history of the world that remained great that mistreated the Jews.
[00:22:38] Look at Egypt, look at Rome, look at Germany. When you mistreat the Jews, God said, I'll bless those who bless you. Genesis 12, three, I'll curse those who curse you. And it's still true today.
[00:22:48] There's a book. If you've ever watched my tipping point podcast, there's a book I talk about called eye to eye by a guy named William Koenig. And he was a white house correspondent for 20
[00:22:57] he's a journalist, and the subtitle of his book is The Consequences of Dividing Israel.
[00:23:03] In Joel chapter three, God says, I'm gonna bring you down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat, this is Armageddon, I'm gonna take the nations because of the way you treated my people, Israel, and you've divided up my land,
[00:23:13] I'm gonna bring you into judgment.
[00:23:15] This is Armageddon, this is gonna happen very soon, I believe, and so I'm gonna bring you down because you've divided up my land.
[00:23:21] Well, the book Eye to Eye documents 124 times IN AMERICA'S HISTORY WHERE WE HAVE FORCED THE JEWS TO GIVE UP LAND IN A HISTORIC NATURAL DISASTER THAT HAPPENED AT THE SAME TIME.
[00:23:33] A HUNDRED, THIS IS BY A JOURNALIST THAT WROTE THIS BOOK, 120, THE CONSEQUENCES OF DIVIDING ISRAEL, THE SUBTITLE OF THE BOOK.
[00:23:41] AND SO, LET ME GIVE YOU SOME EXAMPLES.
[00:23:42] HURRICANE KATRINA, THE UNITED STATES UNDER GEORGE W. BUSH FORCED ISRAEL OUT OF THE GAZA STRIP, THAT WAS THEIR LAND.
[00:23:50] A TINY LITTLE NATION, WE FORCED THEM OUT OF THE GAZA STRIP.
[00:23:52] trip. Five days later, Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast, the costliest natural disaster in the history of America to that period of time. Immediately, the Jews in Israel said, that is God punishing you for making us give up our land. Hurricane Ian that hit Florida last year. The exact
[00:24:07] moment that Hurricane Ian hit Florida, President Biden was giving a speech at the United Nations calling for a two-state solution. A two-state solution means Israel has to give up East Jerusalem. 200,000 Jews lose their home. They have to give up their settlements in the West Bank.
[00:24:20] 400,000 Jews lose their home and they have to give the Golan Heights back to the Syrians and every time the Syrians have had it, they've used it to bomb Israel.
[00:24:28] The exact instant he was making that speech, Hurricane Ian was hitting the Gulf Coast of Florida.
[00:24:33] There was a tornado that hit four states that ended up in Kentucky.
[00:24:38] It was a 230 mile long tornado, the longest and deadliest tornado in America's history.
[00:24:44] At the exact moment that that tornado hit, we were trying to force Israel to stop building 900 homes for Jews in East Jerusalem.
[00:24:52] And so God says, you've divided up my land, I'm bringing you down into judgment.
[00:24:55] Every time, when you touch Israel, anti-Semitism is rampant in the church.
[00:25:00] Martin Luther was anti-Semitic.
[00:25:02] Hitler got a lot of his inspiration from Martin Luther.
[00:25:05] And so many churches today believe in replacement theology, which means, Israel means nothing, and the church has replaced Israel.
[00:25:11] They're very anti-Semitic.
[00:25:12] I'm telling you this, bless the Jews.
[00:25:15] Bless Israel.
[00:25:17] Anti-Semitism is a deadly sin.
[00:25:20] And so it's something that God still judges.
[00:25:22] Even for believers on our way to heaven, this will negate, and anti-Semitism is a sin that can negate the blessing that God wants to put on your life.
[00:25:29] Number two sin is rebellion to authority.
[00:25:31] This is Israel's history.
[00:25:33] Constantly rebelling against God.
[00:25:34] Constantly rebelling against authority.
[00:25:36] This is Romans 13.
[00:25:38] Let every soul be subject to governing authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God.
[00:25:46] Therefore, whoever resists the authority will bring judgment on themselves.
[00:25:51] For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil.
[00:25:54] Do you want to be unafraid of the authority?
[00:25:55] Do what is good.
[00:25:57] You will have praise for the same.
[00:25:58] He is God's minister to you for good.
[00:26:00] But if you do evil, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain.
[00:26:03] He is God's minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil.
[00:26:08] Therefore, you must be subject, not only because of wrath, but also for consciousness' sake.
[00:26:12] So you can see authority in two ways.
[00:26:16] You can see it as cramping your style, or you can see it as covering your life.
[00:26:20] Authority protects us.
[00:26:22] When you're under covering, when you're under authority, you're under covering.
[00:26:25] God says in James 4, therefore submit to God, then resist the devil and he'll flee from you.
[00:26:30] You can't resist the devil till you're under God's authority.
[00:26:33] In God's kingdom, you only have as much authority as you're under.
[00:26:36] So when you're out from under authority, you're in danger.
[00:26:39] You're not protected.
[00:26:39] See, the double whammy of rebellion is, God says, God resists the proud, but he gives grace to the humble, therefore submit to God.
[00:26:47] And so when you're out from under authority, God is resisting you and the devil's attacking you, there's nothing you can do about it.
[00:26:51] You don't feel very blessed is what I'm trying to say.
[00:26:54] And so what Romans 13 says, it says here, and whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God and those who resist bring judgment on themselves.
[00:27:03] And so what I'm saying is rebellion is a sin.
[00:27:05] This is what happened in Israel's history over and over and over, the rebellion against God and God's judgment against it.
[00:27:12] So as God's people, our authority begins with the Lord Jesus Christ.
[00:27:17] We come under Jesus' authority.
[00:27:18] When Karen and I got married at 19 years old, we didn't know anything about anything.
[00:27:23] And we were cursed.
[00:27:24] We were saved.
[00:27:26] Our marriage was cursed and our finances were cursed.
[00:27:29] We almost divorced and we lived on the edge of broke all the time.
[00:27:34] And what we didn't know is we were in rebellion.
[00:27:36] We didn't know it.
[00:27:37] We were in rebellion to God's will for our marriage and God's will for our finances.
[00:27:42] And by God's grace, we learned about God's will for our marriage and God's will for our finances and today we are blessed people because we're under the covering of the word of God.
[00:27:51] And what I'm saying to you is, when you look at the world, the world is in rebellion.
[00:27:55] We live in a world in rebellion.
[00:27:56] We should not be in that rebellion.
[00:27:58] Let me say something else.
[00:27:58] We're in a world under judgment.
[00:28:01] The world is under judgment for this rebellion.
[00:28:03] Israel's history was, when they submitted to God, God blessed them, when they rebelled, there was a judgment that came.
[00:28:09] Number three, sin, is involvement in the occult.
[00:28:13] This was Israel's history.
[00:28:15] Israel was constantly going to other gods.
[00:28:17] the Baals, the Ashtoreth.
[00:28:19] You remember Solomon built an altar to Malak.
[00:28:23] This is where they offered up children to Malak.
[00:28:26] Solomon, the wisest man in the history of the world except for Jesus, because he married foreign wives, they turned his heart away.
[00:28:32] Occultism, I became pastor here 40 years ago in 1982.
[00:28:41] And my assistant, this is when we're over on Bottom Street, my assistant walked into my office one day and said, Pastor Jimmy, there's some people and they have something evil in their home and they want you to come get it out.
[00:28:53] I said, well, really?
[00:28:55] And she said, yeah, they live about three miles from right over here.
[00:28:59] So it wasn't the smartest thing I ever did, but I drove out to their house by myself.
[00:29:02] But you know, I wouldn't have done that again.
[00:29:04] And I walked up to the house, knocked on the door and this real nice couple came to the door.
[00:29:08] And I said, you have something evil in your home?
[00:29:10] And they said, yeah, we do.
[00:29:12] And we want you to get it out.
[00:29:13] They had little kids.
[00:29:15] And so I said, well, you mind if I walk to your house?
[00:29:16] They said, no, that's fine.
[00:29:17] So I walked one side, nothing.
[00:29:18] and walked the other side and I got to the last bedroom and the hair on the back of my neck stood up.
[00:29:24] There was just something evil in this room and there was these posters on the wall.
[00:29:26] I think one of them was like a kiss poster, but there was real occultic kind of posters.
[00:29:31] And I turned around and said, whose room is this?
[00:29:32] And this like a 14 year old girl said, this is my room.
[00:29:35] And I said, honey, how long have you had these posters on your wall?
[00:29:37] And she said, well, two weeks.
[00:29:38] She said, my friend gave them to me.
[00:29:39] And I turned to the couple and I said, how long has something evil been in your home?
[00:29:42] They said, two weeks.
[00:29:44] And I said, it came with these posters.
[00:29:46] And so I said, do you mind, honey, mind if we take these down and get rid of them? She said, no, no, that's fine. So we took the posters down, took them outside and tore them up and burned them. We came back inside. The whole
[00:29:55] family got saved. None of them knew Jesus. Let me tell you, but they were terrified because of that evil spirit, but they received Jesus. Demons attach to objects. You can bring things into your home. And our world is fascinated with the occult. They just had Satan con in Boston,
[00:30:14] worshiping Satan.
[00:30:15] They openly tore up Bibles, things like that.
[00:30:18] The world is into occultism and entertainment is into occultism in a big way.
[00:30:23] I'm saying stay away from it, it's deadly.
[00:30:25] It's a false God, God hates it.
[00:30:28] So we were doing a presbytery back in the building here, the Student Ministry Center, I think it was seven or eight years ago, Pastor Jimmy, myself and some other, there were some other presbyters.
[00:30:38] And there was a couple being prayed over and as they were being prayed over, I saw Jesus walk up and grab this woman's face and Jesus had her face like this. And Jesus was talking to her like this. And the Lord said, I want you to walk up and hold her face and say
[00:30:53] what I tell you to say. So I walked up a little bit later and I gave the couple a word. And then I said, is it okay if I touch your face? And she said, yeah. So I held her face. I said,
[00:31:06] there's a lot of spirituality in your family, but it's not all good. But what I was seeing in my spirit was, there was a lot of darkness in her family. And I said, but it's not all good. You
[00:31:14] fought and you're free. You got out of it. And I said, here's what the Lord would say to you, that it will not happen to you and your children. And I emphasized it twice. I said, this will not
[00:31:25] happen to you and your children. Well, I didn't know what I was saying. I just said what the Lord told me to say. So afterwards they found me, this couple found me and they, she said, you mean to
[00:31:34] tell you what you said? And I said, would you please? I said, I have no idea what I said. And She said, well, we come out on my side of the family as a cult.
[00:31:43] There was, you know, generations of occultism.
[00:31:46] And she said, there's never been a firstborn male child in my family that has lived past 18 years old.
[00:31:56] And my son just turned 17.
[00:31:59] And since the day he was born, I have feared for him.
[00:32:04] And I was walking last week at the park.
[00:32:06] And this fear came over me and the devil said, I'm going to take him this year.
[00:32:11] And I said, it will not happen to you and your children.
[00:32:19] That boy is 25 years old right now.
[00:32:27] There's a reason that family curses come.
[00:32:30] And sometimes, you don't know all your relatives, but I'm saying sometimes there is bad stuff back there.
[00:32:36] And there's a consequence to that stuff.
[00:32:38] Occultism is deadly.
[00:32:39] It's deadly.
[00:32:40] It introduces death into our families.
[00:32:43] Let me read two more scriptures here and I wanna pray for you.
[00:32:45] Number four is a lifestyle of sexual immorality.
[00:32:48] This doesn't mean you make a mistake.
[00:32:49] This doesn't mean you commit a sin.
[00:32:51] This is a lifestyle.
[00:32:52] This is Revelation 2.
[00:32:53] to the angel of the church of Thyatira write these things says the son of God who has eyes like a flame of fire his feet are like frying breasts I know your works love service faith and your patience
[00:33:03] and as for your works the last are more than the first nevertheless I have a few things against you because you allow that woman Jezebel who calls herself a prophetess to teach and seduce my servants
[00:33:13] to commit sexual immorality and to eat things sacrificed to idols I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality and she did not repent indeed I will cast her into a sickbed and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation unless
[00:33:26] they repent of their deeds. I will kill her children with death and all the churches shall know that I am he who searches the minds and hearts and I will give to each of you according
[00:33:35] to your works. That's sweet Jesus. That's sweet. That's sweet. New Testament, gracious Jesus.
[00:33:39] And he's coming to his church. He's not talking about sexual immorality and we commit sexual immorality and we repent and God forgives. He's talking about a lifestyle of sexual immorality.
[00:33:48] He's talking about importing it into the church, which is happening all across America right now.
[00:33:52] And he's saying, you wanna import that?
[00:33:54] You want that lifestyle?
[00:33:56] He said, I gave her time to repent and she didn't.
[00:33:58] I'm gonna throw her under a sickbed and I'm gonna kill her kids.
[00:34:00] And everyone who's following her teaching, they're gonna go through great tribulation.
[00:34:04] This is the New Testament.
[00:34:06] And I'm saying that we live in an immoral world.
[00:34:09] Israel's history was full of immorality.
[00:34:11] And when they rebelled and became immoral, judgment came on them.
[00:34:14] And I'm saying, you can't do this stuff.
[00:34:15] We commit sins, none of us are perfect and Jesus forgives us.
[00:34:19] But it's different to commit a sin than to practice a sin.
[00:34:22] And when you practice, it means I'm doing this, I have no intention of stopping.
[00:34:25] And what you're saying is, Jesus, you're not gonna tell me what to do.
[00:34:28] I'm gonna do whatever I want to.
[00:34:29] And I'm just saying, there's a consequence, this is what it is.
[00:34:32] One more sin, and I'll pray for you.
[00:34:33] Hate and unforgiveness.
[00:34:34] Now Jesus, in Matthew 18, Peter came up to Jesus, I'm gonna tell you this story, and then we'll read the end of it.
[00:34:39] Peter came up to Jesus and said, Lord, how many times do I forgive my brother?
[00:34:41] I'm sure, he said, how many times do I forgive my brother?
[00:34:44] I'm sure the other disciples were on his nerves or something.
[00:34:47] And he said seven times, Jesus said 70 times seven.
[00:34:49] Then Jesus told a totally ridiculous story.
[00:34:51] Totally ridiculous story.
[00:34:53] And Jesus said there was a man who owed his master a billion dollars, a billion dollars.
[00:34:58] And he couldn't repay it and his master was turning him over to the debt to the collectors to get his money back.
[00:35:06] And the man begged for his master's forgiveness and the master forgave him a billion dollars.
[00:35:12] And then after being forgiven this debt of a billion dollars this man who had been forgiven went and found one of his fellow servant who owed him $10,000 and started beating him and demanding his money.
[00:35:22] AND A SERVANT, ANOTHER SERVANT SAW WHAT WAS HAPPENING, WENT BACK AND TOLD THE MASTER, MASTER, THIS GUY THAT YOU JUST FORGAVE THE BILLION DOLLARS FROM, HE'S BEATING A SERVANT OVER $10,000.
[00:35:30] HERE WAS THE MASTER'S RESPONSE.
[00:35:32] THIS IS MATTHEW 18, 32.
[00:35:34] THEN HIS MASTER, AFTER HE HAD CALLED HIM, SAID TO HIM, YOU WICKED SERVANT, I FORGAVE YOU ALL THAT DEBT BECAUSE YOU BEGGED ME.
[00:35:40] SHOULD YOU NOT HAVE ALSO HAD COMPASSION ON YOUR FELLOW SERVANT, JUST AS I HAD PITY ON YOU?
[00:35:44] AND HIS MASTER WAS ANGRY AND DELIVERED HIM TO THE TORTURERS UNTIL HE SHOULD PAY ALL THAT WAS DUE TO HIM.
[00:35:52] So my heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you from his heart does not forgive his mother his trespasses.
[00:35:59] Well, I say this is a ridiculous story.
[00:36:01] See, I know someone's done something bad to you, but let me tell you what you did bad.
[00:36:06] You killed Jesus.
[00:36:08] The Jews didn't kill him.
[00:36:09] The Romans didn't kill him.
[00:36:10] Your sins killed him and my sins killed him.
[00:36:12] The most righteous man in the history of the world, I killed him.
[00:36:16] I put him on the cross.
[00:36:17] I owe God a billion dollars for everything I've done, but he has so graciously forgiven me and there are people that have done me wrong and for me to go to the people who have done me wrong
[00:36:30] and demand that I get justice when I have been forgiven so much it is that ridiculous in God's sight if each of you from his heart does not forgive his brother his trespasses unforgiveness is torment
[00:36:45] and unforgiveness opens us up to demonic torment I'm not talking about you're working through issues you're working through forgiveness I'm talking about hate, just hating someone, not being willing to forgive someone, and just nursing a grudge.
[00:36:57] It is torment, it opens us up to physical problems, emotional problems, and spiritual problems.
[00:37:03] And this is what sweet Jesus says.
[00:37:04] Sweet New Testament gracious Jesus.
[00:37:06] There's warnings, what I'm saying.
[00:37:08] And so my message here is to say, the good news is Jesus came to remove the curse and to attach us to the bloodline blessing of Abraham so all of the generational curses can be removed.
[00:37:22] BUT WE HAVE TO BE CAREFUL NOT PERFECT WE JUST CAN'T LIVE A SLOPPY LIFESTYLE BECAUSE THESE SINS INTRODUCE CONSEQUENCES INTO OUR LIVES THAT CAN NEGATE THE BLESSING AND HERE'S MY PRAYER FOR YOU I WANT YOU TO BE TOTALLY BLESSED AND I DON'T WANT ANYTHING INTERFERING WITH IT I DON'T WANT
[00:37:38] ANYTHING MESSING WITH YOUR BLESSING AND ISRAEL'S HISTORY WAS EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD THE GENETIC BLESSING WHEN THEY GOT REBELLIOUS WHEN THEY GOT SLOPPY WHEN THEY GOT INTO OCCULTISM WHEN THEY GOT into sexual immorality and those types of things,
[00:37:51] judgment came in spite of the blessing.
[00:37:54] And we're on our way to heaven, you don't lose your salvation, I'm not saying that, I'm just saying you lose the blessing when you allow something in your life that shouldn't be there long term.
[00:38:03] And God's a very gracious God.
[00:38:04] So we're gonna renounce the curse, this is the last step.
[00:38:08] By faith, renounce the curse of your bloodline and receive the blessing of the bloodline of Abraham.
[00:38:12] Well, I blessed my family, Evan's family, All of them, the horse thieves, there's a bunch of them.
[00:38:21] My great-grandfather was a bootlegger in Tennessee.
[00:38:24] Somebody said, how'd you get to Texas?
[00:38:25] He had to flee from Tennessee to Texas for keeping getting arrested.
[00:38:28] He was a bootlegger.
[00:38:29] So God knows all the stuff in my family.
[00:38:31] I bless my family.
[00:38:32] I'm not of the Evans bloodline.
[00:38:35] I don't want it.
[00:38:36] All the curses that come with it, it's polluted.
[00:38:39] I don't want it.
[00:38:40] I'm of the Abraham bloodline.
[00:38:43] Jesus became a curse for me so that the curse could be removed, so that I could receive the blessing of Abraham.
[00:38:51] And the blessing of Abraham is Genesis 24, one.
[00:38:54] He was old, well advanced in age and the Lord blessed him in all things.
[00:38:58] Jesus died for our shalom, for our total well-being.
[00:39:01] And I'm saying to you, don't accept so little that you're willing to live waiting on the curse.
[00:39:09] Stand up again, say, if you're a doctor and I love my doctor, I bless my doctor, he's being a good doctor, he wasn't being a bad doctor warning me about genetic issues. All I'm saying is, as he's talking, I'm just thinking to myself,
[00:39:21] I'm sorry, doctor, you think I'm of the evidence bloodline. That's not my bloodline. I bless him.
[00:39:28] I love him. My bloodline is the bloodline of Abraham based on the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. And because of that, and because of that, I'm believing for more. That little girl came to me. She's from her forties. I've been sick all my life. I'm sick right now. My mother
[00:39:51] been sick all of her life. She's sick right now. My son's been sick all of his life. He's sick right now. And I prayed with her and she left so happy that night, believing that now she could
[00:40:03] live the rest of her life healthy. I don't know where you came from. I don't know your issues.
[00:40:08] God does. But the good news I have for you is Jesus Christ died for you so that you could live a blessed life according to Abraham and the blessing that God put on Abraham. I want you
[00:40:22] to believe for that.
[00:40:23] So bow your heads with me if you would and let's pray.
[00:40:26] Lord, we thank you for your death and resurrection and all that you have done for us and setting us free.
[00:40:36] And Lord, this morning, we love our families, we bless our families.
[00:40:39] We formally renounce our physical bloodline that we were born with.
[00:40:45] We renounce it, we detach from it.
[00:40:48] And this morning, we receive the bloodline blessing of Abraham.
[00:40:51] We say from this moment forward, we're of the blessing of Abraham, not our physical genetic family, but the spiritual genetic blessing that you put on Abraham. It's ours now because of Jesus. And from this day
[00:41:04] forward, we're believing that we will live a life fully blessed like Abraham and our children and our grandchildren. We break every family curse in Jesus name. We break every genetic curse in Jesus name. We break every illness and disease that has been passed on in our, in our family
[00:41:22] in Jesus' name. And we declare it's over now. And Lord, if we have a physical issue, give us wisdom how to deal with that and how to believe for it. But Lord, we pray right now. We repent of
[00:41:33] anti-Semitism. If we've had any issue with Jews, we repent of that. We repent of rebellion to authority. And we make a decision to submit our lives to authority. Involvement of the occult, Lord, we renounce it as a sin. We'll get rid of anything that is in our home or in our possession
[00:41:51] that is occultic, a lifestyle of sexual immorality.
[00:41:55] Lord, if anyone here, anyone listening to my voice right now, if that's them, I just pray that you would give them the grace to repent and hate and unforgiveness.
[00:42:04] Lord, we bless our enemies, just like you told us, Jesus.
[00:42:08] We bless our enemies, we bless those, we pray for those who spitefully used us, and we make a decision right now not to let that keep lingering in our hearts.
[00:42:18] We pray for forgiveness.
[00:42:20] Forgive us of our sins in Jesus' name.
[00:42:22] Thank you for being so gracious, Jesus.
[00:42:24] Thank you for being so loving.
[00:42:26] Forgive us of our sins.
[00:42:27] But today, this morning, we make a decision from this moment forward, we're going to live in the bloodline blessing of Abraham.
[00:42:35] And we thank you for that in Jesus' name.
[00:42:37] Amen.
[00:42:45] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_02]
[00:42:45] Would you bow your heads one more time?
[00:42:46] We wanna pray for those of you who are ready to, as Pastor Jimmy was talking about, to surrender to the Lordship of Jesus for the first time.
[00:42:53] And the Bible says, if that's you, that if you publicly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
[00:43:01] And you can make that public declaration right now by saying a simple prayer that says, Jesus, I believe that you are the son of God who died and rose for me to pay for my sin,
[00:43:16] to break the curse of sin in my life and to connect me to the bloodline blessing of Abraham.
[00:43:22] I surrender my life to you now, Jesus, and I choose you as you chose me. Amen.
[00:43:32] And if you prayed that prayer, you are saved and you are now attached to that bloodline blessing of Abraham and your church family is going to celebrate with you right now. And if you did that,
[00:43:45] if you made that decision this morning, tell somebody and do one more thing. Get out your phone and text the word decision to 88787. There's someone on the other side of that line who would
[00:43:54] love to pray for you and get some resources in your hand that can help you in your relationship with Jesus. And now church family, we get to take communion together. So if you would go ahead and
[00:44:02] get out those elements and our team is coming down the aisle. If you did not get those, would you raise your hand really high so they can see you? As you have those elements, would you take the
[00:44:12] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_01]
[00:44:12] bread out with me? Once you've got it, would you raise it up? Jesus, we remember you this morning.
[00:44:21] We thank you for bringing us into your family. We thank you for the blessing of Abraham. We thank you for making us whole and new, breaking the curse of sin in our lives, giving us new life,
[00:44:37] eternal life, and a part of your kingdom. We thank you and we honor you. Let's take the bread.
[00:44:50] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_02]
[00:44:50] And would you hold up the cup with us? Jesus, we're so grateful for your blood, for the forgiveness of our sins that comes with your blood, and that you have transferred us into a new bloodline. We thank you for the benefits and the inheritance
[00:45:06] that come along with it.
[00:45:08] We're grateful for you, Jesus.
[00:45:10] Let's take the cup.
[00:45:16] And let's give our Jesus one more round of applause this morning.
[00:45:19] We thank you, Jesus.
[00:45:20] We honor your name.
[00:45:23] It's a pleasure to worship with you this morning.
[00:45:25] We wanna make sure you know about a couple of things.
