The Danger of Experiential Faith: A Theological Audit

While the sermon attempts to encourage believers through personal anecdotes and emotional appeals, it fundamentally fails to present the Gospel. It substitutes the sufficiency of Scripture with ongoing revelation, confuses spiritual blessing with financial prosperity, and conflates the Church with national political structures. This teaching poses a severe risk to the congregation's doctrinal health and spiritual maturity.

🔍 Biblical Discernment: The 7 Church Parallels
The Faithful Parallels Smyrna • Philadelphia
Teaching that parallels the churches that endure suffering with true spiritual riches (Rev 2:9) and keep the Word of Christ without denial despite having "little strength" (Rev 3:8).
The Cold Orthodox Parallel Ephesus
Teaching that upholds doctrinal precision yet parallels the loss of the "first love"—the vital, motivating power of the Gospel (Rev 2:4).
The Compromised Parallel Pergamum
Teaching that parallels churches tolerating the "doctrine of Balaam" through cultural accommodation (Rev 2:14), characterized by weak boundaries, sloppy theology, and worldly compromise.
The Corrupted & Dead Parallels Thyatira • Sardis • Laodicea
Teaching that parallels churches with active heresy, synergism, therapeutic deism, or dead orthodoxy (Rev 2:20, Rev 3:1, Rev 3:17). These represent systemic, fundamental errors that corrupt the Gospel.
Why strictly "Mark & Avoid"?
We do not issue this rating to attack the speaker, but to protect the listener. This ministry's overall teaching trend consistently deviates from sound doctrine. As per Romans 16:17, we identify these patterns so believers can guard their hearts.

Theological Verdict & Summary

Sermon Summary: A critical examination of a sermon that replaces the finished work of Christ with subjective visions, material promises, and political idolatry.

Pastoral Analysis: While the sermon attempts to encourage believers through personal anecdotes and emotional appeals, it fundamentally fails to present the Gospel. It substitutes the sufficiency of Scripture with ongoing revelation, confuses spiritual blessing with financial prosperity, and conflates the Church with national political structures. This teaching poses a severe risk to the congregation's doctrinal health and spiritual maturity.

Biblical Parallel (Archetype): Thyatira — The sermon exhibits active heresy through the integration of New Apostarian revelation claims, Prosperity Gospel theology, and Christian Nationalism. It elevates subjective visionary experiences and material promises above the sufficiency of Scripture, fundamentally distorting the Gospel message.

Big Idea: Experiencing the goodness and presence of God provides the foundation for a spiritual 'relaunch,' transforming believers from a state of lack or spiritual stagnation into one of abundance and celebration, mirroring the Father's heart in the Parable of the Prodigal Son. [01:18:16 ▶️ 📄]

  • Psalm 34:1-8 [01:32:18 ▶️ 📄]
"I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the Lord. The humble shall hear of it and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt his name together. I sought the Lord and he heard me. That's a promise that God hears us and delivers us. He delivered me from all my fears. They looked to him and were radiant and their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried out and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all of his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear him. That's a great promise right there. I'm glad for the angels of God. Look at verse 8. We sang it. I don't know who the girl was up here, but taste and see that the Lord is good."
  • Luke 15:11-32 [01:39:03 ▶️ 📄]
"He said, how many know Jesus is the best storyteller? Right? I think I love reading his stories now there's a reason and a purpose behind his stories but this one is a certain man had two sons and the younger of them said to his father father give me the portion of goods that falls to me can you imagine that and give me okay going to the father now in that day you got the inheritance after the father was gone he died so you could actually say this son that came and said, I want my portion now. It's as good as saying, I wish you would hurry up and die because I want what's mine. And what does the father do? He just divides a portion, but it says he divided to them his livelihood. So he has two sons. It's the younger that comes and said, I really wish you were gone so that I could go and live life the way I want to live life. And what the father does is he doesn't even get bent out of shape or doesn't say he even got offended. I can tell you what it would do to me. I'd be like, well, you ain't getting nothing. But he divided among the two sons. And not many days after the young son gathered all together, he journeyed to a far country, and there wasted his possessions with prodigal living. He goes to a very far country. I think he probably went far away so that he wasn't recognized anywhere. I remember one time we went into a service. We had a Sunday off, and I was just kind of sitting in the service. And sometimes it's actually nice to go somewhere where nobody knows you and you're just there. and at the end of the service, the worship leader came down to talk to me, and he said, do you think you could stand in the front when we worship? Because you bring something with you. I thought, here I am thinking, I just want to hide. But what are we called to be? Salt and light. And I'd rather be known for being a worshiper than anything else. All right, so he goes away to this far country and he wasted what was given to him with prodigal living but when he had spent all there arose a severe famine in that land and he began to be in want and then he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country and he sent him into his fields to feed swine and he would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swines ate and no one gave him anything. Well, his ending, his way of living life wasn't so good, was it? I mean, no, you can go out in the world and live life, but you're going to end up just like this. It's at the bottom of the pit. There's nothing there. But verse 17, when he came to himself, everybody say he came to himself. Sometimes we need to come to ourselves. I know when Pastor Becky was talking about God healing our emotions. How many of you know if you stay stuck in your past, you're going to become a victim of your past. We have to allow the Holy Spirit to cleanse us of even those emotions that are there. I remember being at a meeting and a well-known leader in the body of Christ kind of cornered me at one point and he said, Kathy, I just want to say I'm so glad that you didn't allow a spirit of grief to have you. So I just, I stood there looking at him and I thought, huh. But I realized something that once you've tasted the goodness of God, even when things don't turn out the way you want them to turn out, I can fall back on God's been good to me. He's been so good that I know I don't like the way that I'm feeling right now, but he's still good. all the time. He is good because he's a good, good father. I remember one of those times when we were doing, during COVID days, so that was 2020, we were doing live shows on, I don't know, Facebook. And someone at that time, which we didn't know, we ministered to people all over the world. But someone was working in the White House and watching. And so we get this email afterwards. And that one night, I felt that we needed to pray for President Trump. We're supposed to pray for our leaders, right? Not pray on them, but pray for them. And so they sent an email and thanked us for praying for our president. And they said, we would like your address so that we could send you a box of Trump chocolates. And sure enough, I didn't know, you know, are these people for real? Are we really going to? We did. We got a box filled with Trump chocolates. Those kind of things that God does for us will carry us through the hard times. It's like you have to go back and reflect on how good he's been to us. And though I remember feeling like, I mean, we were married 37 years, and it was a shock when he was gone. It was a shock to everybody. But along the way, God did things for me that brought me back to, yes, you are good. It might be painful right now, but I know I have a track record with you. and I know that you are my redeemer. I know that you know how to restore even my soul, but it comes down to, I can't focus on the pain of the past. I have to keep moving. All right. So he comes to himself in verse 17 and he says, how many of my father's hired servants have bread enough to spare, and I perish with hunger. He's downright hungry. He says, I will arise and go to my father and will say to him, Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants. And he arose and came to his father, but when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. And the son said to him, father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight and am no longer worthy to be called your son. And you know what the father said? You're right. You're not worthy to be called my son. And I'm going to put you in the bunkhouse with all the other servants. That's not what the father did. But the father said to his servants, bring out the best robe and put it on him and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet and bring the fatted calf here and kill it and let us eat and be merry for this my son was dead and is alive again he was lost and is found and they began to be merry I don't know about you but I think about the son coming and rehearsing okay I got I got to get this down because I just I burned a bridge with my dad. And I just have to come to the place where I'm not worthy even to be called your son. Let me be a servant. But the father, a great distance off, sees him. And what does the father do? He runs to him. Now, if you were the son, you might see your father running towards you after what you've done? I might, I think he probably froze. Like, uh-oh, my father is going to have a few choice words for me. Or maybe he's going to kick me off his property. I don't know. But I know that I didn't do right. And I'm sure the son was very anxious inside, not knowing the response of the father and even when the son says I'm not worthy to be called your son I've sinned against heaven against you the father never even talks about that he doesn't rehearse with him listen yeah let's look at what did you do let's talk about it and now what you're going to have to do is you're going to have to prove to me that you know how to be a servant. That's not what the father did. He throws him a party. And I have a sense that we're about to see the greatest harvest we've ever seen in the nations of the earth. And when the prodigals come in, we're going to have to watch our own minds because he's a good, good father. He's better than what we thought he was. He loves people. He's not going to hold things against us. He's not going to make you prove now that you can do what you've been called to do, but he embraces you and he throws a party. How many of you know that's a good, good father? I mean, I'm a mother and a grandmother too, but I'll tell you, my grandkids, they can do about anything, and I love him. I mean, when my kids were younger, that was a different story. Now, verse 25, his older son was in the field, and as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing. So he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant, and he said to him, your brother has come, and because he has received him safe and sound, your father has killed the fatted calf. But, verse 28, he was angry and would not go in. Therefore, his father came out and pleaded with him. The father went to both sons. The older son was behaving like a servant and not a son. We need to understand that this is actually a good picture of a, uh what would i say a spiritual pharisee we're about to hear something that you think oh uh have i ever looked at people that way well i'll probably expose some things on myself but verse 29 he answered the father comes out to him and he answered and said to his father Lo, these many years I have been serving you. I never transgressed your commandment at any time. That's a spiritual Pharisee, if you've ever seen one. And yet you never gave me a young goat that I make merry with my friends. But as soon as this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with harlots, you killed the fatted calf for him. it's interesting that and I'm sure we've probably all been there maybe you know we've been leading worship you wouldn't want me to lead worship but I do love worship but maybe we've been leading worship and somebody comes in that has an anointing and we could say no wait a minute why is all the attention going to that one I've been here working for how many years I mean, you know, we can take on the same attitude. And God, and I remember saying things to the Lord when my husband passed and a year later, my son was incarcerated. He said, God, I have served you my whole life. I mean, at the age of 15, I came to know the Lord. And from that moment, my life was changed forever. I never wanted the things in the world. I wanted his presence with me. And so when everything that, it was like life was so good and then hard thing after hard thing after hard thing. And I found myself just like the son saying, God, I've served you. I've done everything you said. I remember years ago, it would have been 1995, a prophet was at our house, our church speaking. And he had me stand up and I can still hear his words today. and he said if you embrace the call of a prophet I give you a promise this day I will go after every enemy that goes after your children that's a promise and then here I have all this stuff happening I said but God you promised me you said you would go after every enemy you've taken my husband and now my son and I realized as I read this chapter or this portion of scripture again that we can be at any time one or the other of the sons we can say just give me my gift and that's all I want God just give me a gift I see this person flowing in that gift I need something and we can take that gift and just run out the door with that gift but that's all we'll have but if we'll wait for him to mold us in who he wants us to be he will anoint that gift how many of you know that sometimes it's called a process or a journey that God takes us on and then you have this son who's just angry why was he angry where was he when the son came home the prodigal, he was out in the field. He was behaving more like a slave. See, one son went away. He left, ran away, but the other son stayed away. He could have had a relationship with the father, but he didn't know what was his because he didn't know the father. And this is the day that we need to know more about the Father. Jesus said, if you've seen me, you've seen the Father. Remember when they called Jesus a good teacher? And he said, why do you call me good? There's only one, the Father is good. And I believe there is a fresh revelation that's coming to all of us, that the Father is good. And he has good plans for us. And we're all gonna go through difficulties and challenges and loss and betrayals and fears and all of that stuff. But if we can keep track of, and I do this sometimes, I remind myself of what God has done. And what it does is it brings me back to the truth that the Father is good. And I believe that's what the Lord is desiring to do. Okay, so let's keep reading. Verse 31, and he said to him, son, you are always with me and all that I have is yours. it was right that we should make merry and be glad for your brother was dead and is alive again and was lost and is found if we can learn how to celebrate each other it brings celebration to us the older son could have been part of the whole thing but he didn't know the heart of the father the younger son didn't know the heart of the father and even when the older son came and said he wasted everything on prostitutes. You know, that's the first place where we see it. The younger son didn't say it, but the older son did. You know what I think sometimes? I think the older son may have been thinking about what he really wanted to do. He wanted to be out there having fun. But what did the younger son find out? It's not so much fun. And we're in a day where, I don't know about you but it seemed like America was quickly going downhill. It felt like there was no hope. Nothing was happening. I remember talking with a teacher and the teacher telling me that they put a litter box in the classroom because there were children that wanted to identify as a cat. And we were supposed to just accept that as normal. I mean, no, that's not normal. It's not normal. And as you watch the news, I could list probably a number of things. I began to feel like, God, is there hope for this nation? Is there any hope for America? I don't want to be the prodigal son and just walk away and live my life. I don't want to be the older son who has no relationship with you and doesn't value your presence over anything he could ever give me. And I know that when it came to America, I was quickly losing hope. Anybody there where you thought, God, y'all are good. You had hope for all of what we've been through. There's been a darkness over this earth, a darkness over America, and I felt it. Some of you were nodding yes, but I'll tell you something. We went just did a family vacation, got to be with my five grandbabies on the beach, and it was wonderful, and I realized for the first time, I've had great, the Lord has blessed me so many times, but for the first time in 10 years, I was the most relaxed I've ever been. I can't even describe with words what it felt like or why it happened, but I realized I was on vacation right on May 17th. How many of you know what happened on May 17th? It was a rededication of America. And part of the proclamation came from the highest office in the land. Like whether you like Trump or not, I don't care. I'm not trying to get political with you. But there is something that took place on May 17th that I believe that it's beginning to shift some things in our nation. Yes, let it be so. Who said that? Yes, let it be so. And so he proclaims that May 17th is Freedom 250 or Rededication 250. And he actually, President Trump read from Second Chronicles. Like, come on, whether you like him or not. Come on, right out of the highest office in our land, the scripture is being read. And one of those scriptures is [2 Chronicles 7](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2+Chronicles+7&version=KJV) 14. If my people who are called by my name would humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and heal their land. like, woohoo, there is a shift that's occurred. Now, another thing, I'm going to give you what I've seen is kind of three more signs that the shift has occurred, is that our president has been doing some things that I happen to love and think that it's a sign from God for the church. he repaired the reflecting pool. He repaired it. I don't know if you've been up to D.C. before but it was a mess. I've walked it. You've got the Lincoln Memorial on one side and the Washington Monument on the other and it was nothing but a mess. It was dirty, gross, disgusting and now what President Trump has done is he has fixed it. And so I saw these news reporters interviewing people, asking them, what do you think about the reflecting pool? And there were, you know, a couple of people like, it's beautiful. It's better than what I thought it was going to be. It's really beautiful. And there was one woman that said, I hate that I have to say this, but it does look good I mean it looks really good and I'm mad that I even have to say it I thought we've got to come away from this political spirit and learn how to celebrate but I believe like I wrote a couple of scriptures down with the reflecting pool [2 Corinthians 3](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2+Corinthians+3&version=KJV) 18. But we all with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord are transformed into the same image from glory to glory just as by the Spirit of the Lord. I thought it is a picture for the church. The glory's coming back to his house. The glory's coming back to this nation. And we need to understand and wake up to the season that we're in. Celebrate what God is doing. You may not like President Trump. I don't care. I don't even care what my opinion is of him. God doesn't care what my opinion is of him. But he moved upon that man, just like he did Cyrus in the Old Testament. He moved upon his heart and they began to rebuild. What's happening? Our nation is being rebuilt right in front of us. And we have a reflection right there to understand this is about the glory of the Father. He is good. What is it? There's a remnant of people that have been praying rather than there's no hope for this nation. I mean, I'm just going to build a bunker and get locked down and just protect myself, whatever comes. The other thing he did is, I don't know if you, I'm sure you've probably seen the news, but he's building a ballroom. like he's building a ballroom I thought ballrooms those are places of celebration I believe there's celebration that's coming back into our nation I believe things are turning when it looked hopeless God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we could ever ask or think I mean you know in one moment things can change if my people who are called by my name would humble themselves and pray. I mean, just in one night,"

🧭 Biblical Alignment Dashboard

Overall Verdict: Fundamentally in Error

CategoryStatusReasoning
Gospel Presentation ❌ FAIL The Gospel Engine is broken. The sermon completely omits the core message of Penal Substitutionary Atonement, Total Depravity, and Monergistic Regeneration. Instead, it focuses on experiential encounters, emotional healing, and Christian Nationalism, leaving the congregation without a clear understanding of how they are saved by grace through faith in Christ alone.
Soteriology ❌ FAIL Salvation is obscured by a focus on human experience and moral effort rather than God's sovereign grace.
Bibliology ❌ FAIL The sufficiency and finality of Scripture are denied through claims of extra-biblical visionary revelation.
Hermeneutic ❌ FAIL Scripture is allegorized to support political and personal agendas rather than interpreted according to its grammatical-historical context.
Theology Proper ❌ FAIL God is portrayed as a source of material wealth and political favor rather than the sovereign, holy Lord.
Sacramentology ✅ PASS No sacramental errors were detected in the provided reports.
Confessional Depth ❌ SHALLOW The sermon relies entirely on subjective experience and anecdotal evidence, lacking any reference to historic Christian doctrine or confessional standards.

⚙️ The Core Gospel Framework

What is this? This section checks if the sermon contains the essential building blocks of the Gospel. We look for explicit, substantive mentions of God's holy standard, human inability, and Christ's finished work on the cross.

Why it matters for the final verdict: A complete Gospel framework protects a sermon from becoming man-centered. If a preacher gives commands for good behavior but leaves out the grace and atonement of the Gospel, it often results in a 🔴 Critical or 🟠 Major error for Moralism (teaching human self-improvement rather than reliance on Christ). However, if these Gospel elements are missing simply because the pastor is preaching a highly focused, practical message to mature believers (e.g., instructions on biblical marriage), our system applies a "Safe Harbor" pardon, graciously reducing the omission to a 🟡 Minor error.

The Law And Wrath: Not observed in the sermon.

Total Depravity And Inability: Not observed in the sermon.

Active Obedience Of Christ: Not observed in the sermon.

The Cross And Atonement:

"by your sacrifice, shedding over your blood, suffering of your body, Lord." [00:11:41 ▶️ 📄]

⚠️ Theological Concerns

🔴 Critical Gospel Omission

Root Cause: Moralism

The Belief/Behavior: The speaker fails to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ, omitting Penal Substitution, Total Depravity, and Monergistic Regeneration, instead focusing on experiential encounters and emotional healing.

Why It's Dangerous: The congregation is left without the foundational truth of salvation by grace through faith, leading to a reliance on subjective feelings rather than Christ's finished work.

Biblical Correction: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

🔴 Critical NAR/Montanism / Ongoing Revelation

Root Cause: Montanism

""I went into the spirit in a vision, and I was prophesying to you. I don't think I could do what happened in that moment, but it was like the spirit of God came and I knew there is a shift that's about to occur in this house"" [01:26:04 ▶️ 📄]

The Belief/Behavior: The speaker claims to have entered an ecstatic spiritual state to receive direct, extra-biblical revelation regarding a future church shift.

Why It's Dangerous: This elevates personal mystical experience above the sufficiency of Scripture, introducing a dangerous precedent for ongoing revelation that contradicts the closed canon.

Biblical Correction: Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. (Jude 1:3)

🔴 Critical Prosperity Gospel / Word of Faith

Root Cause: Prosperity Gospel

""I see a lot of money around you, great provision coming to you. And then I heard the phrase, there's more than enough for you."" [02:31:34 ▶️ 📄]

The Belief/Behavior: The pastor prophesies specific material wealth and financial abundance to an individual, reducing God's sovereign provision to a formula for earthly prosperity.

Why It's Dangerous: This confuses spiritual blessings with material gain, leading believers to seek God for financial gain rather than for His presence and glory.

Biblical Correction: But godliness with contentment is great gain. (1 Timothy 6:6)

🔴 Critical Christian Nationalism / Political Idolatry

Root Cause: Christian Nationalism

""I believe like I wrote a couple of scriptures down with the reflecting pool 2 Corinthians 3 18. But we all with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord are transformed into the same image from glory to glory just as by the Spirit of the Lord. I thought it is a picture for the church. The glory's coming back to his house. The glory's coming back to this nation."" [02:01:31 ▶️ 📄]

The Belief/Behavior: The speaker conflates the physical restoration of a national political structure with the spiritual glory of the Church, applying New Testament ecclesiology to temporal political entities.

Why It's Dangerous: This idolizes political structures and distracts the church from its true mission, leading to a confusion of the Kingdom of God with earthly nations.

Biblical Correction: While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:18)

🟠 Major Political Conflation & Alarmism

Root Cause: Christian Nationalism

""I believe like I wrote a couple of scriptures down with the reflecting pool 2 Corinthians 3 18. But we all with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord are transformed into the same image from glory to glory just as by the Spirit of the Lord. I thought it is a picture for the church. The glory's coming back to his house. The glory's coming back to this nation."" [02:01:31 ▶️ 📄]

The Belief/Behavior: The pastor treats political events and physical landmarks as primary signs of divine glory, conflating them with the spiritual restoration of the church.

Why It's Dangerous: This leads the congregation to look to political structures for hope rather than to Christ, fostering a worldly perspective on spiritual matters.

Biblical Correction: Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. (John 18:36)

[00:10:07] How about you just wave your hand real quick.
[00:10:09] Oh look at that, that's plenty of people.
[00:10:13] You might need some hearing aids or something.
[00:10:16] Alright, if I'm out in the foyer, make your way in.
[00:10:20] And if you can hear my voice, how about we stand to our feet this morning.
[00:10:37] You know, I feel like this morning there's a brooding of the Holy Spirit that is over us this morning.
[00:10:43] And I know how the Lord just distinctly says, you know, Test and see that I'm good.
[00:10:58] It's an action thing.
[00:11:03] It's not based on our experience.
[00:11:06] It's not based on the past or the present.
[00:11:11] But it's entirely based on the goodness of God.
[00:11:15] So allow yourself this morning to taste and see that the Lord is good.
[00:11:19] It's an invitation for us this morning.
[00:11:23] So Father, we just come to you.
[00:11:25] Just as we are.
[00:11:30] Just knowing that you fully accept us.
[00:11:39] We thank you, Jesus, for making such a wide open door.
[00:11:41] by your sacrifice, shedding over your blood, suffering of your body, Lord.
[00:11:50] And thank you, Holy Spirit, for coming, living in us, and abiding with us.

[00:12:05] Have your way, Holy Spirit.
[00:12:08] Do what only you can do.

[00:42:55] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_05]
[00:42:55] sometimes it's hard, but when we come together in worship and we lift our voices to the Lord, our hearts to the Lord, it's a beautiful thing and freedom comes. So I feel like we should sing
[00:43:13] this bridge together. And whether you're in the mountaintop and all your bills are paid and your car works, or you don't know how it's going to work out tomorrow. You don't know if you're going
[00:43:30] to be breathing in a few days. Let's sing this to God, but also over each other. That's what the

[00:43:41] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_16]
[00:43:41] saints are supposed to do so come your strength your grace is found justice i need justice for you lord there's just so much ministry happening this morning i think the father's angels are in

[00:57:35] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_11]
[00:57:35] the midst of us just ministering this morning and i feel like we just need to take a moment of sailor and just allow the holy spirit to do what he wants to do this morning right now
[00:57:58] as i keep on playing that part just allow the holy spirit just to saturate it right now could be a moment where you're just thankful could be a moment where you're asking the lord for healing could be a moment where you're asking the lord for a breakthrough just whatever it is
[00:58:35] this morning just take a moment right now to give the holy spirit the opportunity just to minister to you this morning father this morning we just lift our voices up to you we just want to say
[00:59:51] we're grateful for you father because he's such a good father and i'm glad that it's not our experience that dictates that but the end of the day you're still a good father and i thank you
[01:00:20] father that your goodness does not depend on us but entirely depends on you and who you are you are a good god you are a good god and jesus we cannot thank you enough lord we cannot say

[01:00:45] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_09]
[01:00:45] thank you enough lord thank you mama becky's got something just feeling this morning we just put our hands on the back of our heads just feel like the lord really wants to touch us our emotions
[01:01:14] this morning as we're drinking from this fountain that we're drinking from right now let's just believe the lord's going to go after damaged emotions trauma all the things that get us. So Lord, right now we just receive healing in our emotions, Lord, where we've burdens, Lord,
[01:01:37] just triggering things that are there, Lord. We just ask you right now to break it, Lord, off of all of us, Lord. We just thank you that you're the healer. We believe, can we say that
[01:01:50] I believe you're my healer? It's mind, body, soul, spirit. Lord, we just receive in that right now as we drink from the fountain of life.
[01:02:02] Lord, we drink of you this morning.
[01:02:04] Thank you, Lord.
[01:02:06] We drink deeply of you this morning, Lord.
[01:02:09] Thank you, Lord.
[01:02:11] Yeah.
[01:02:12] Woo.
[01:02:13] It's good.
[01:02:13] Woo.
[01:02:14] Yeah.
[01:02:15] It's filling that.
[01:02:16] Thank you, Lord.

[01:02:26] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_11]
[01:02:26] Well, there's a whole lot that happened this morning.
[01:02:30] I don't know whether you sense that through the worship and the wars of the worship that the Holy Spirit was on the worship team just releasing his heart towards us amen so who sold us how to transition but it's needed if
[01:02:49] we're gonna have the arches come up and as they come up you know don't forget there's a one-stop shop that we have these days if you look behind you see it there's a QR code scan it and it's got just about everything that you need
[01:03:09] from tithes and offering to volunteer services to whatever so as you're scanning and doing all that stuff i'm going to pray for the offering father we just thank you that we have this moment this time to show our gratitude by what we give and thank you father that you provide for us such
[01:03:31] a good father that you provide for us that we're able to give back to you just a small little gift of saying thank you so bless this offering this morning lord so that is happening but i didn't
[01:04:10] get how the lord just shows up whether it's expected or unexpected all is like the silence of the lord and i don't know whether he sensed what was coming forth to the worship team this
[01:04:25] morning those songs are powerful songs songs of prayer songs of declaration songs of affirmation songs of hope you know so hopefully he got all that and that the lord did minister to you this morning and it looks like we're making good progress so k through fifth grade you may be
[01:04:53] released middle school you're in here with your dogs today you're gonna get a good dose of uh what might be happening even at camp itself so all right dino you ready you know danny's always
[01:05:39] trying to imitate my accent i don't think he has that anointing yet thank you marlin

[01:05:45] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_01]
[01:05:45] that wasn't even good for me um i just wanted to do a plug are we putting the finance thing up on the screen we've announced it a couple of times but i asked if i could announce it this morning
[01:06:00] um so this financing thing that we're doing or financials type thing that we're doing it's going to be from june 29th is the first one and i think the last one's on august 3rd it's going to be
[01:06:11] every Monday. It's going to be like an hour and a half long with time for questions. It's going to be for people that are 18 years old to 30 years old, because hopefully by then you haven't screwed
[01:06:22] up your finances too bad, and they're still fixable. But it's going to be also for elder classmen, people that are high school, you know, I guess juniors and seniors in high school, even if you're not 18. Really want to encourage you to come to it. First of all, there's this best-selling
[01:06:40] book out there. Oh, here it is. I'm 80 pounds lighter on the back, but I wrote this book about a long time ago. And it's all about finances. It is a bestseller because it is the only book I've
[01:06:52] ever written and it has sold best over any other book I've written. So it is a bestseller. I'm no Dave Ramsey, but honestly, I'm just sick of the guy calling me all the time asking for advice.
[01:07:04] That's why I wrote the book. So we're going to be learning from this book. And then there's also a guy, you may have heard of him, Truett Cathy, the guy who founded Chick-fil-A. We're going to be
[01:07:14] talking about from his book too, The Generosity Factor. But this is just going to be basically not just about how to get rich by any means. Otherwise, I would have wrote a different book.
[01:07:26] But it is basically principles. It's going to go through principles about how to handle your finances supernaturally. Because you know, to some people, money is their God. It's what they focus on all the time. How do I grow it? How do I multiply it? Where do I invest it? What do I do
[01:07:44] with it? But for more people, their lack of money is their God. How do I get through? And so on and so forth. So this is going to be more about how to handle your business, how to handle your personal
[01:07:57] finances supernaturally. And there'll be a lot of practical things, a lot of really good practical things that you can set up that you can multiply and repeat and so on and so forth. It'll be good
[01:08:08] for that. But just as important, it's going to be about biblical foundations and teaching. Did you know that Jesus talked, or the scriptures in full, talk way more about finances than they do even about faith or salvation? Very, very, very interesting. So anyway, I'm going to really
[01:08:26] keep this short. This is it, but I really encourage you to sign up. And for coming at no cost, you get one of these books and one of these books if you come five out of the six times. Is that right?
[01:08:38] come five out of six times you get them and i will personally autograph them which means they'll be way worth more um just a quick plug you can buy these on amazon freedom from financial funk on
[01:08:50] amazon in either kindle or paperback so that's it well done dino all right now it's time for the

[01:09:02] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_11]
[01:09:02] campers can we have all the camp leaders and all the cat moley youngsters come up i know this is favorite part standing in front of all the adults then kind of come in the middle over here all the
[01:09:18] way we're gonna fill out the middle a little bit keep going don't be shy and don't don't let Andy intimidate you can't just come right in front right there look at all these lovely faces you
[01:09:53] know they they're about to go on a God adventure that they did not expect and with your love a lot when God does his good surprises and I feel like for this camp there's gonna be some good surprises
[01:10:06] that the Lord is going to do that is going to spring forth and make deposits and also make future plans for each person amen so uh if you can stretch your hands so that we can pray for
[01:10:22] them and bless them you know uh while I'm just praying you can just pray in tongues or whatever it is just but just release the power and the presence of God upon them you know father would
[01:10:34] just thank you for every single individual that is gone i thank you father that you saw these even before the earth was ever the foundations ever laid that you knew you destined and you plan for each one of these youngsters to be at this camp and i thank you that this is a divine
[01:10:55] appointment for each one of them and father ask you that you just release your presence your spirit of adoption the fathers they go and be together in this camp that they'll be saturated by your spirit
[01:11:10] Lord, by your presence Lord in such a powerful way help the leaders and give the leaders wisdom and power to execute that which is in your heart Father Father we just pray for divine protection, may your precious
[01:11:26] blood Jesus cover them no sickness Lord, no injuries Lord, no tick bites Lord, amen to that one you know and just thank you father and i just anoint them lord and anoint the leaders and anoint the place and lord we just also play for kathy lord and her daughter as they go forth
[01:11:55] to minister to these young people lord that you just give them the power the grace the presence lord you know to be able to sleep on those bunk beds i'm just kidding i'm just kidding i just
[01:12:11] thought i should throw that out there you never know the lord has surprises i'm just kidding i'm kidding Kathy but but thank you Lord but I just pray Lord where they are there'll be absolute
[01:12:22] comfort Lord and we all said amen and amen all right Adrian it's like swimming upstream

[01:12:46] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_00]
[01:12:46] hi good morning how is everybody good I've missed you guys nice to see you um so we've got because this is such a cool church we've got so many great things going on throughout the week and there is a
[01:13:01] bulletin that goes out Sunday morning, so I would encourage you to read all about it. You can sign up for that email that you can sign up on our website, and then it goes out. You can read all
[01:13:10] the fun things that we have going on. I am just going to highlight two opportunities that we have, and one of them, the first one, is our My Father's Table. Our Father's Table. Excuse me, let me try
[01:13:23] that again. The Father's Table. And it's a very cool ministry that our very own Miss Barbara runs.
[01:13:28] Is she here? Little wave. Hi. And so this ministry operates to meet the needs of our community, our church community and beyond. And so it's a food pantry. And so people who are in need can
[01:13:41] come and supplement their groceries here. They do have these particular needs this month. So if anyone can pick up donations or pick up groceries as donations while you're out shopping, you can bring them here or you can give monetary donations online as well. And there is a place in the lobby,
[01:13:58] a little box for physical monetary donations, checker or cash. And I know a couple months ago, they were having to turn away people because there wasn't enough to give. And so that's not the heart of River Life, I know. So if we could all just sow into this ministry and be a part of
[01:14:13] what God is doing there, that is such a beautiful thing. Amen? Amen. Okay. Also, this is a tongue twister as well. The other one shouldn't have been, but it was. Okay. Swannanoa School Supply drive. It was the alliteration that was throwing me. Anyway, can you guys believe we're talking
[01:14:29] about school supplies? Erica, I love you, but she's not even here, is she? We're not going to talk about that. Okay, but this is another really cool opportunity, and we're so blessed to get to
[01:14:40] be a part of this, because this is an area that was destroyed by Hurricane Helene. Helen? Helene?
[01:14:47] Helene. I apologize, you guys. It's early. Okay, actually, it's the Spirit of the Lord that fell upon me and I just feel nice and, and just like, well, anyway, so Hurricane Helene sadly destroyed this area. And so we get, our church has been able to partner with ministries there and help to
[01:15:02] support them and all of their needs, um, as they are rebuilding. And this particular need is the next one. And so obviously helping them get ready for school as it starts again in August. So you
[01:15:13] have from now until August 14th, nope, just jokes, uh, August 1st to bring in any kind of school donation, there is a list that is in the email. And so it's your basic things, pencils, backpacks,
[01:15:24] yada, yada. Also, they will take monetary donations because they would like to provide each child with a pair of new shoes for the school year. Right. That was my response too. I thought that was super
[01:15:34] cool. And she's a teacher. So she's been thinking about these things, I'm sure. So we just want to bless that community through this, this drive. And so if you could bring donations, that would be
[01:15:46] lovely. Speaking of lovely, I'm going to invite the wonderful Miss Becky to come up. I'm going to

[01:15:53] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_09]
[01:15:53] pass the mic. I'm going to introduce Charity. Charity, would you stand up? This is Charity Campbell. This is Kathy's daughter. They're here. They're going to be doing ministry. Kathy, if you'd come on up. And this is Kathy Campbell, and we're happy to have her this morning. We have really
[01:16:14] gotten to know these girls. I call them girls. Oh man, we're just loving each other. We haven't seen each other in a long time. Feel that love. I just, you can stay. You're going to speak.
[01:16:27] Go grab your Bible. Okay, sorry. Yeah, there you go. Yeah, come on up. You can put that right there.
[01:16:34] Go ahead and put it up. Yeah, y'all both can. Come on up. Whatever y'all, however y'all do this.
[01:16:41] We've kind of gotten the laughter going in here. Don't y'all think that's what happens?
[01:16:44] and give her a hug too oh we're so grateful to have them this morning we you know have known of the Campbell's for a long time back uh with uh with Morningstar what is it not school of
[01:16:57] ministry I'm um fellowship of ministry okay but we're just we connected had uh them to minister at the women's retreat how many years ago has it been seven eight ten ten so we've had them
[01:17:11] several times. And now they are doing Count Morley. Isn't this great? Will texted me and said, what do you think? And I was just, I don't know. But they're up for it. And I think the more we've
[01:17:25] gone along, I really feel like God's going to really use these ladies. So we're excited. So please be praying this week. But thank you for coming. And they have moved to South Carolina.
[01:17:36] They're closer to us now that we're in New York, so which is wonderful.
[01:17:40] So, Lord, I pray right now just for the ministry that takes place this morning, Lord, that you have your way.
[01:17:47] You do what you want, Lord.
[01:17:48] We just ask you to move in and through them, Lord, and that the word of the Lord would just come forth this morning, Lord, and that hearts will be touched, bodies touched, Lord, minds touched.
[01:18:02] Lord, just even the fragrance of heaven would just disinvade this room even further now, Lord.
[01:18:10] In Jesus' name, amen.

[01:18:16] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_07]
[01:18:16] Well, good morning, everyone.
[01:18:18] So I was actually reflecting, Pastor Becky, it's been 10 years.
[01:18:23] And the reason I know this is because, first of all, thank you for having us.
[01:18:28] It's an honor and a privilege.
[01:18:30] When we went to the retreat with y'all, there was an encounter that I had specifically from the Lord that changed my life forever. It was one of those moments that held me. And I'm just going to give
[01:18:44] you a little snippet because I believe that you are here today on assignment, that God has something specific for you. And while this moment may not be, you know, in your mind so profound, sometimes
[01:18:54] you walk away, and later you're like, wow, this was one of those times. I heard specifically from the Lord that not to panic, that there was something coming, and I was not to panic. And I
[01:19:05] used a scripture, and I'm going to not tell you the long story, but it was really good.
[01:19:10] And fast forward, only a couple months later, my father unexpectedly passed away.
[01:19:16] Those words rang true for me, and that is something that held me for a long time, that don't panic. Don't get worried. Don't be anxious about things. The Lord spoke to me ahead of time
[01:19:27] something that I didn't even know I was about to walk through. So I really believe that God has something for us here today that he may be preparing you for this moment. I'm not predicting
[01:19:37] that you're going to have something horrible happen. That's not it. It's that he gives us a word to hang on to that no matter what challenge we might face, he has called us to overcome.
[01:19:48] and every situation that comes prepares us for something down the road. When I was praying and I'm going to be very short because my mom is sharing this morning but I won't steal all her
[01:19:59] minutes but I was praying for you all and I heard the word re-launch and I was asking the Lord about it and I said what do you want me to tell everyone and he said to me some people are coming in and
[01:20:15] when I say this house, I mean, anyone watching online, this house, anyone that's here today, this may not be your home church, but I still feel like the Lord said it was for this moment.
[01:20:27] And so for this house, I heard that word relaunch. And the Lord said, there are some people coming in here today and they have been working and working and working, and they don't feel like they've made
[01:20:37] that breakthrough. And some have been faithful with what I've been given to them, but they feel as though they are stuck and they're not able to break through a barrier. But he's calling us to
[01:20:49] relaunch. And if you look that up, I'm going to let you look that up in the dictionary. There's some really good things there. But the scripture that he reminded me of is in Luke 5, Peter has
[01:21:01] been fishing all night and he didn't catch anything. Now, if you've stayed up all night, you know that you just want to sleep. That's it. That's all you want to do. But here Jesus uses his
[01:21:10] boat. And what does he tell him to do? Go out to the deeper place and relaunch. And in that moment, there is such abundance that came in that the two ships begin to sink when he calls his friends.
[01:21:24] That's how much abundance there is. Now watch what Peter does. He doesn't say, wow, I've been waiting for abundance all night and it just happened. And I can't believe this. Guys, quick, we got to get this to the market. No. What's his first response? He comes right to Jesus, the
[01:21:39] source. Something changed on the inside of him in the moment because he thought he needed the abundance, but what he really needed was an encounter with the living God. And when he encountered him, he said, don't even look at me. I don't want you to see who I really am. And what
[01:21:55] does Jesus do? And I love this about him. He said, don't be afraid. You're going to be fishers of men.
[01:22:01] He took his natural gift and he said, guess what? I'm going to take you further. I'm going to take this thing right here and I'm relaunching you into a new perspective, into new vision. So everything
[01:22:13] that he was doing was good, but God had another plan, another level to take him. And that's what I see the Lord doing. There's moments and encounters with him that are about to shift everything. And
[01:22:24] in one moment, everything that felt like lack suddenly becomes abundance, but the real deal is meeting with him. And so as you are sitting here today, may the Lord encounter you in a fresh way. May your eyes be open. May your ears be alert to everything that he wants to speak to you this
[01:22:42] morning, because I really believe that there are some specific things that are going to be shared here this morning that are going to trigger within your heart. Write them down, treasure them, and remember that the Lord has things for us, and all of the things that we find ourselves doing, all
[01:22:58] the busy stuff, there's encounters that he's bringing us to. Well, good morning. That was a

[01:23:10] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_10]
[01:23:10] great word, Charity. Well, I am very, very blessed to be here with you this morning.
[01:23:19] And I have fallen in love with your pastors. I really have. I feel so connected in the spirit.
[01:23:29] And sometimes there aren't words to describe what you feel. It's always an honor to stand behind pulpits and minister the word. And I have to say that this morning, I feel doubly honored.
[01:23:43] And from the time that we walked in, the greetings that we had from the folks at the door and inside, I feel loved and treasured. I just had a birthday. Yeah. And I'll tell you,
[01:24:00] I was so blessed. Like somebody had given me a prophetic word that I was stepping into abundance.
[01:24:09] And so I was listening to what you were saying, Charity. And I'll say I had so many gift cards sent to me. I had flowers. This necklace was sent to me. A couple of my favorite kind of shirts
[01:24:23] were sent to me. I was just so deeply blessed. And I felt like it was a sign of what God had spoken.
[01:24:33] Some friends took us out for a steak dinner. It was really good. And then what they did at the end is they ordered one of every dessert in the restaurant. And they said, we want this to be
[01:24:48] assigned to you of the abundance that's coming. And sometimes he does things just because he's good. And it really is true. He does. Now, we didn't eat all of it. But I do feel like I have
[01:25:06] a word for this particular house, but also for those that are watching, I believe it's a word that God has for the whole body of Christ, but if you can receive it, the song selection today was
[01:25:22] perfect with what I'm going to share. You might even hear some of the phrases of the songs that we did. It was so good. How many of you treasure the presence of God when he comes, and if we
[01:25:34] recognize him, sometimes it's like, I just want to throw my arms up and say, I'm here. I'm here to worship you. You are majesty, and he's worthy of everything that I could give him. Every praise,
[01:25:49] every breath, every sound. I think I've been praying just about being here, and then for the week, and one of the days I just sat before the Lord, and Pastor Byron, I went into the spirit
[01:26:04] in a vision, and I was prophesying to you. I don't think I could do what happened in that moment, but it was like the spirit of God came and I knew there is a shift that's about to occur in this
[01:26:18] house and it's not a bad thing it's a really good thing and so I'm going to share what I believe God is speaking how many of you know we'd rather hear what God's speaking than
[01:26:30] yeah it's interesting because there's times that a face will just come before me and I'll think, oh, what church were they at?
[01:26:45] Who are they connected with?
[01:26:46] And so I'll just thank God for them, pray whatever the Lord puts on my heart.
[01:26:51] And I realized this morning, some of the people that I've been seeing are here.
[01:26:56] I thought, oh, this is a church that you're from.
[01:26:59] It's precious how the Lord connects us.
[01:27:03] How many of you know that 2 Corinthians 1.20 says, for all the promises of God, as many as that there are, their yes and amen to the glory of God. He doesn't say some of the promises,
[01:27:18] but all of the promises. You start thinking, well, what are the promises of God?
[01:27:23] One of my favorites is, if we confess our sins, he's faithful and just to forgive us our sins.
[01:27:32] I thought about Psalm 103 that starts out with, bless the Lord, all my soul and all that is within me. Bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, oh my soul, and forget not all his benefits. I mean,
[01:27:47] you know, there's benefits in serving God, and it lists those benefits. I'm not going to do it with you this morning, but I believe there is a relaunching of even our faith in believing God
[01:28:00] for his promises. Now, I've been experiencing some things this week and this morning. I was actually writing a note to your pastors and I said to Charity, the glory keeps coming on me and I'm
[01:28:17] trying to write and everything is squiggly. I was like, I can't even write. I do believe something's ahead that's greater than what we're maybe now experiencing, but I'm somebody that if I'm going to write down a scripture, I have to spell the whole thing out, because I want to know how to
[01:28:40] spell things right. Anybody else like that? So when I'm writing Deuteronomy, which is D-E-U-T-E-R-O-N-M-Y, right? And I'm writing it, and it was all backwards. Like, oh my goodness. And then I went to write Pastor Byron, and I don't even know what was coming out, and it's all scribbled. And I just
[01:29:01] have to say that if I sound funny, there is something happening. How many of you ever remember the old song, I Feel the Earth Move Under My Feet? There's something happening.
[01:29:17] We got in yesterday morning, I think it was one o'clock in the morning, and unpacked, did laundry, packed again, and decided to just drive up here last night. I felt like I needed to be in Mooresville. I didn't even understand why, but I just, I needed to be
[01:29:29] there. And I was looking at some of the history of Mooresville. I realized y'all are a lot closer than I thought. I thought you were like two and a half hours away. You're not. Much closer. So I
[01:29:42] said to her, maybe we could attend here. She said, mom, that drive. Imagine that every week and during the week. Yeah, maybe it wouldn't. But anyways, where was I? I don't know. I was in Mooresville.
[01:29:57] yeah you are a dear sister you really are I was looking at the history of Morrisville and how it's changed through the years you know it started out with the railroad and what was the other thing
[01:30:17] it was known for it went to textiles but and now it's NASCAR is big through here I thought that's why y'all moved here, NASCAR. But the one thing the Lord spoke to me is, how many of you know we
[01:30:32] are changed from glory to glory? We have to adapt even where we're at. And there's something that we can get stuck in our ways and miss what the Lord is doing. So anyways, I'll go back to all
[01:30:49] of his promises in him, they're yes, and they are amen. Now, if you could, in your Bibles, turn to Psalm 34. I have my phone up here. I had Charity send me something, but I want you to know I'm not
[01:31:05] checking email or text. I'm not shopping on Amazon. I've actually seen that in churches, but i wanted something so thanks chair all right did you find psalm 34 how many of you love that psalm it's a great great psalm i will bless the lord at all times uh the guy that was playing
[01:31:35] up here i think it's a bass and i think where are you right there okay you've been through some difficulties and some things that you thought were going to turn out that didn't turn out. And there's been at times a deep disappointment within and knowing that there is more ahead.
[01:31:57] And yet it feels like you're just kind of, you can get stuck in place. And I see the Lord just coming behind you. Relaunch is actually a great word for you. It's like relaunch, go out again
[01:32:10] and watch what God will do for you.
[01:32:14] All right, so Psalm 34.
[01:32:18] I will bless the Lord at all times.
[01:32:21] His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
[01:32:25] How many of you love that?
[01:32:27] How many of you know it's not always easy for continually?
[01:32:30] It's like when you read it, like, yes, it's continually in my mouth.
[01:32:34] And then, you know, I'm coming off this ramp to merge onto the expressway.
[01:32:42] And there's a van that is, I'm waiting for him.
[01:32:46] And all of a sudden, he pulled literally right in front of me.
[01:32:50] I thank God that there were angels protecting us.
[01:32:54] I'm like, whoa, what are you doing?
[01:32:56] His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
[01:33:03] My soul shall make its boast in the Lord.
[01:33:06] The humble shall hear of it and be glad.
[01:33:09] Oh, magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt his name together.
[01:33:13] I sought the Lord and he heard me. That's a promise that God hears us and delivers us. He delivered me from all my fears. They looked to him and were radiant and their faces were not ashamed.
[01:33:28] Do you remember when Moses was climbing or he was up on the mountain and he asked God, can I see your glory? What did God show him? His goodness. He equated his goodness with his glory.
[01:33:40] And so what were we singing about today?
[01:33:42] The goodness of God, right?
[01:33:44] All right.
[01:33:46] This poor man cried out and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all of his troubles.
[01:33:50] The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear him.
[01:33:53] That's a great promise right there.
[01:33:55] I'm glad for the angels of God.
[01:33:56] I have a son that is incarcerated and we were driving one day.
[01:34:03] It wasn't this time with the van, but we were so close to an accident, and my son called me on the phone right afterwards. I said, were you praying for us? He said, no. Well, at least he was honest, right? Sometimes we say we're
[01:34:21] praying, but we're not always praying, and one of the guys in there who we've ministered to over the phone, have no idea what he looks like, but he said he was praying for us, And so I said, you go back and you thank him for praying for us.
[01:34:38] And it ended up being a real thing where you're able to minister to people.
[01:34:43] Anyways, the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him and delivers them.
[01:34:51] Look at verse 8.
[01:34:52] We sang it.
[01:34:53] I don't know who the girl was up here, but taste and see that the Lord is good.
[01:35:00] Now, I know what that means is he wants us to experience him.
[01:35:05] He wants us to enter into these times like we just had this morning, where we're experiencing his presence. How many of you know that when you experience the goodness of God, that will carry you through the rough times? I felt in coming as I prayed throughout the week,
[01:35:25] there's been some hard things that have happened. And I just began to pray for River Life Fellowship, that there would be the comfort of the Spirit of God upon you and a fresh hope deposited within
[01:35:40] you today. Taste and see. I have this one thing that I really like is cinnamon rolls, but just not any cinnamon roll. I've gotten some, and Cher will tell you, I taste it and I don't
[01:35:58] like it. I mean, it has to have a lot of cinnamon in it. It's got to be the right kind of frosting, right if my friend Jill is watching she would say now why do you think you want to eat that thing
[01:36:08] like well it tastes good but I can look at that cinnamon roll and think it looks so good but until I've tasted it I don't experience it how many know those flavors can stay with you
[01:36:26] now I'm you know I know that if I keep eating cinnamon rolls I'm going to look like a cinnamon roll. So it's like, okay, I know I can't do it. Jill's right. Stay away from it. We had some folks
[01:36:39] one time that were well known and they wanted to take us to dinner. And so they take us to this restaurant and it's a kind of restaurant that I've never been in before. You don't know what to do
[01:36:53] when you even sit down. It's like, oh, okay. The table spread was, it was beautiful. And so they said, just order whatever you want. There's no prices on the menu. And I'm always looking for
[01:37:07] the price, especially if somebody's buying me a meal, I'll find the cheapest thing. I thought there's no prices. Well, all right. So we just, we order this food, not knowing the cost. And it looks so good. But I'll tell you what, when we tasted it, I hadn't tasted food like that. It's
[01:37:28] like everything comes alive in your mouth. You're like, wow. So Charity and I decided one day we were passing through, and I said, let's just go back to that restaurant and get lunch. So we go
[01:37:41] for lunch, not knowing anything of what the cost is. And so we just get this lunch, just a small thing. I don't even remember what it was. And then they bring us the bill, and it was $500. I was
[01:37:55] like, wow. But see, we tasted it. And once we tasted it, we wanted more of it. It's the same way when we taste, experience the presence of God, we want more of it. What is it? That's his glory.
[01:38:12] It's his goodness. Yes? Okay, now one more place I'm going to take you to, if you turn to Luke chapter 15, to a very familiar story. I do believe when the presence of the Lord comes, we don't
[01:38:29] have to even announce it. He just comes. But I want to say, I'm really coming unglued this morning.
[01:38:37] And so seriously, if, well, whatever. I'm still shaking. All right. So here we are at Luke chapter 15. And it's verse 11. He said, how many know Jesus is the best storyteller? Right? I think
[01:39:03] I love reading his stories now there's a reason and a purpose behind his stories but this one is a certain man had two sons and the younger of them said to his father father give me the portion of
[01:39:18] goods that falls to me can you imagine that and give me okay going to the father now in that day you got the inheritance after the father was gone he died so you could actually say this son
[01:39:34] that came and said, I want my portion now. It's as good as saying, I wish you would hurry up and die because I want what's mine. And what does the father do? He just divides a portion, but it says
[01:39:51] he divided to them his livelihood. So he has two sons. It's the younger that comes and said, I really wish you were gone so that I could go and live life the way I want to live life.
[01:40:05] And what the father does is he doesn't even get bent out of shape or doesn't say he even got offended.
[01:40:13] I can tell you what it would do to me.
[01:40:16] I'd be like, well, you ain't getting nothing.
[01:40:21] But he divided among the two sons.
[01:40:26] And not many days after the young son gathered all together, he journeyed to a far country, and there wasted his possessions with prodigal living.
[01:40:38] He goes to a very far country.
[01:40:40] I think he probably went far away so that he wasn't recognized anywhere.
[01:40:47] I remember one time we went into a service.
[01:40:50] We had a Sunday off, and I was just kind of sitting in the service.
[01:40:55] And sometimes it's actually nice to go somewhere where nobody knows you and you're just there.
[01:41:01] and at the end of the service, the worship leader came down to talk to me, and he said, do you think you could stand in the front when we worship? Because you bring something with you.
[01:41:17] I thought, here I am thinking, I just want to hide. But what are we called to be? Salt and light.
[01:41:24] And I'd rather be known for being a worshiper than anything else. All right, so he goes away to this far country and he wasted what was given to him with prodigal living but when he had spent all there arose a severe famine in that land and he began to be in want
[01:41:47] and then he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country and he sent him into his fields to feed swine and he would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swines ate and no
[01:41:59] one gave him anything. Well, his ending, his way of living life wasn't so good, was it? I mean, no, you can go out in the world and live life, but you're going to end up just like this. It's
[01:42:13] at the bottom of the pit. There's nothing there. But verse 17, when he came to himself, everybody say he came to himself. Sometimes we need to come to ourselves. I know when Pastor Becky was talking
[01:42:29] about God healing our emotions. How many of you know if you stay stuck in your past, you're going to become a victim of your past. We have to allow the Holy Spirit to cleanse us of even those
[01:42:45] emotions that are there. I remember being at a meeting and a well-known leader in the body of Christ kind of cornered me at one point and he said, Kathy, I just want to say I'm so glad that
[01:42:58] you didn't allow a spirit of grief to have you. So I just, I stood there looking at him and I thought, huh. But I realized something that once you've tasted the goodness of God, even when
[01:43:13] things don't turn out the way you want them to turn out, I can fall back on God's been good to me.
[01:43:20] He's been so good that I know I don't like the way that I'm feeling right now, but he's still good.
[01:43:28] all the time. He is good because he's a good, good father. I remember one of those times when we were doing, during COVID days, so that was 2020, we were doing live shows on, I don't know, Facebook. And someone at that time, which we didn't know, we ministered to people
[01:43:54] all over the world. But someone was working in the White House and watching. And so we get this email afterwards. And that one night, I felt that we needed to pray for President Trump.
[01:44:10] We're supposed to pray for our leaders, right? Not pray on them, but pray for them.
[01:44:17] And so they sent an email and thanked us for praying for our president. And they said, we would like your address so that we could send you a box of Trump chocolates.
[01:44:31] And sure enough, I didn't know, you know, are these people for real?
[01:44:36] Are we really going to? We did. We got a box filled with Trump chocolates.
[01:44:50] Those kind of things that God does for us will carry us through the hard times.
[01:44:57] It's like you have to go back and reflect on how good he's been to us.
[01:45:02] And though I remember feeling like, I mean, we were married 37 years, and it was a shock when he was gone.
[01:45:13] It was a shock to everybody.
[01:45:16] But along the way, God did things for me that brought me back to, yes, you are good.
[01:45:24] It might be painful right now, but I know I have a track record with you.
[01:45:30] and I know that you are my redeemer. I know that you know how to restore even my soul, but it comes down to, I can't focus on the pain of the past. I have to keep moving. All right.
[01:45:47] So he comes to himself in verse 17 and he says, how many of my father's hired servants have bread enough to spare, and I perish with hunger. He's downright hungry. He says, I will arise and go to
[01:46:01] my father and will say to him, Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants. And he arose and came to his
[01:46:15] father, but when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. And the son said to him, father, I have sinned against heaven
[01:46:28] and in your sight and am no longer worthy to be called your son. And you know what the father said? You're right. You're not worthy to be called my son. And I'm going to put you in the bunkhouse
[01:46:41] with all the other servants. That's not what the father did. But the father said to his servants, bring out the best robe and put it on him and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet
[01:46:54] and bring the fatted calf here and kill it and let us eat and be merry for this my son was dead and is alive again he was lost and is found and they began to be merry I don't know about you but
[01:47:10] I think about the son coming and rehearsing okay I got I got to get this down because I just I burned a bridge with my dad. And I just have to come to the place where I'm not worthy even
[01:47:26] to be called your son. Let me be a servant. But the father, a great distance off, sees him. And what does the father do? He runs to him. Now, if you were the son, you might see your father running
[01:47:41] towards you after what you've done? I might, I think he probably froze. Like, uh-oh, my father is going to have a few choice words for me. Or maybe he's going to kick me off his property.
[01:47:56] I don't know. But I know that I didn't do right. And I'm sure the son was very anxious inside, not knowing the response of the father and even when the son says I'm not worthy to be called
[01:48:13] your son I've sinned against heaven against you the father never even talks about that he doesn't rehearse with him listen yeah let's look at what did you do let's talk about it and now what you're going to have to do is you're going to have to prove to me that you know how
[01:48:32] to be a servant. That's not what the father did. He throws him a party. And I have a sense that we're about to see the greatest harvest we've ever seen in the nations of the earth. And when
[01:48:46] the prodigals come in, we're going to have to watch our own minds because he's a good, good father. He's better than what we thought he was. He loves people. He's not going to hold things
[01:49:03] against us. He's not going to make you prove now that you can do what you've been called to do, but he embraces you and he throws a party. How many of you know that's a good, good father?
[01:49:16] I mean, I'm a mother and a grandmother too, but I'll tell you, my grandkids, they can do about anything, and I love him. I mean, when my kids were younger, that was a different story.
[01:49:32] Now, verse 25, his older son was in the field, and as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing. So he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant, and he said to
[01:49:45] him, your brother has come, and because he has received him safe and sound, your father has killed the fatted calf. But, verse 28, he was angry and would not go in. Therefore, his father came out and pleaded with him. The father went to both sons. The older son was behaving like a
[01:50:10] servant and not a son. We need to understand that this is actually a good picture of a, uh what would i say a spiritual pharisee we're about to hear something that you think oh uh have i ever looked at people that way well i'll probably expose some things on myself but
[01:50:36] uh verse 29 he answered the father comes out to him and he answered and said to his father Lo, these many years I have been serving you.
[01:50:48] I never transgressed your commandment at any time.
[01:50:53] That's a spiritual Pharisee, if you've ever seen one.
[01:50:57] And yet you never gave me a young goat that I make merry with my friends.
[01:51:03] But as soon as this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with harlots, you killed the fatted calf for him.
[01:51:11] it's interesting that and I'm sure we've probably all been there maybe you know we've been leading worship you wouldn't want me to lead worship but I do love worship but maybe we've been leading worship and somebody comes in that has an anointing and we could say no wait a minute
[01:51:32] why is all the attention going to that one I've been here working for how many years I mean, you know, we can take on the same attitude.
[01:51:40] And God, and I remember saying things to the Lord when my husband passed and a year later, my son was incarcerated.
[01:51:48] He said, God, I have served you my whole life.
[01:51:53] I mean, at the age of 15, I came to know the Lord.
[01:51:55] And from that moment, my life was changed forever.
[01:51:59] I never wanted the things in the world.
[01:52:01] I wanted his presence with me.
[01:52:03] And so when everything that, it was like life was so good and then hard thing after hard thing after hard thing.
[01:52:10] And I found myself just like the son saying, God, I've served you.
[01:52:15] I've done everything you said.
[01:52:17] I remember years ago, it would have been 1995, a prophet was at our house, our church speaking.
[01:52:25] And he had me stand up and I can still hear his words today.
[01:52:29] and he said if you embrace the call of a prophet I give you a promise this day I will go after every enemy that goes after your children that's a promise and then here I have all this stuff
[01:52:47] happening I said but God you promised me you said you would go after every enemy you've taken my husband and now my son and I realized as I read this chapter or this portion of scripture again
[01:53:02] that we can be at any time one or the other of the sons we can say just give me my gift and that's all I want God just give me a gift I see this person flowing in that gift I need something
[01:53:16] and we can take that gift and just run out the door with that gift but that's all we'll have but if we'll wait for him to mold us in who he wants us to be he will anoint that gift
[01:53:30] how many of you know that sometimes it's called a process or a journey that God takes us on and then you have this son who's just angry why was he angry where was he when the son came home
[01:53:47] the prodigal, he was out in the field. He was behaving more like a slave. See, one son went away. He left, ran away, but the other son stayed away. He could have had a relationship with the
[01:54:06] father, but he didn't know what was his because he didn't know the father. And this is the day that we need to know more about the Father.
[01:54:19] Jesus said, if you've seen me, you've seen the Father.
[01:54:23] Remember when they called Jesus a good teacher?
[01:54:26] And he said, why do you call me good?
[01:54:27] There's only one, the Father is good.
[01:54:31] And I believe there is a fresh revelation that's coming to all of us, that the Father is good.
[01:54:37] And he has good plans for us.
[01:54:40] And we're all gonna go through difficulties and challenges and loss and betrayals and fears and all of that stuff. But if we can keep track of, and I do this sometimes, I remind myself of what God has done. And what it does is it brings me back to the truth that the Father is
[01:55:02] good. And I believe that's what the Lord is desiring to do. Okay, so let's keep reading.
[01:55:09] Verse 31, and he said to him, son, you are always with me and all that I have is yours.
[01:55:14] it was right that we should make merry and be glad for your brother was dead and is alive again and was lost and is found if we can learn how to celebrate each other it brings celebration to us
[01:55:32] the older son could have been part of the whole thing but he didn't know the heart of the father the younger son didn't know the heart of the father and even when the older son came and said
[01:55:45] he wasted everything on prostitutes. You know, that's the first place where we see it.
[01:55:51] The younger son didn't say it, but the older son did. You know what I think sometimes? I think the older son may have been thinking about what he really wanted to do. He wanted to be out there
[01:56:05] having fun. But what did the younger son find out? It's not so much fun. And we're in a day where, I don't know about you but it seemed like America was quickly going downhill. It felt like there was
[01:56:21] no hope. Nothing was happening. I remember talking with a teacher and the teacher telling me that they put a litter box in the classroom because there were children that wanted to identify as a cat. And we were supposed to just accept that as normal. I mean, no, that's not normal. It's not
[01:56:46] normal. And as you watch the news, I could list probably a number of things. I began to feel like, God, is there hope for this nation? Is there any hope for America? I don't want to be the prodigal
[01:57:01] son and just walk away and live my life. I don't want to be the older son who has no relationship with you and doesn't value your presence over anything he could ever give me. And I know that
[01:57:16] when it came to America, I was quickly losing hope. Anybody there where you thought, God, y'all are good. You had hope for all of what we've been through. There's been a darkness over this earth, a darkness over America, and I felt it. Some of you were nodding yes, but I'll tell you
[01:57:38] something. We went just did a family vacation, got to be with my five grandbabies on the beach, and it was wonderful, and I realized for the first time, I've had great, the Lord has blessed me so
[01:57:56] many times, but for the first time in 10 years, I was the most relaxed I've ever been. I can't even describe with words what it felt like or why it happened, but I realized I was on vacation
[01:58:11] right on May 17th. How many of you know what happened on May 17th? It was a rededication of America. And part of the proclamation came from the highest office in the land. Like whether you
[01:58:30] like Trump or not, I don't care. I'm not trying to get political with you. But there is something that took place on May 17th that I believe that it's beginning to shift some things in our nation.
[01:58:43] Yes, let it be so. Who said that? Yes, let it be so. And so he proclaims that May 17th is Freedom 250 or Rededication 250. And he actually, President Trump read from Second Chronicles.
[01:59:04] Like, come on, whether you like him or not. Come on, right out of the highest office in our land, the scripture is being read. And one of those scriptures is 2 Chronicles 7 14. If my people
[01:59:19] who are called by my name would humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and heal their land.
[01:59:34] like, woohoo, there is a shift that's occurred. Now, another thing, I'm going to give you what I've seen is kind of three more signs that the shift has occurred, is that our president has been doing some things that I happen to love and think that it's a sign from God for the church.
[02:00:03] he repaired the reflecting pool. He repaired it. I don't know if you've been up to D.C. before but it was a mess. I've walked it. You've got the Lincoln Memorial on one side and the Washington
[02:00:20] Monument on the other and it was nothing but a mess. It was dirty, gross, disgusting and now what President Trump has done is he has fixed it. And so I saw these news reporters interviewing
[02:00:40] people, asking them, what do you think about the reflecting pool? And there were, you know, a couple of people like, it's beautiful. It's better than what I thought it was going to be.
[02:00:51] It's really beautiful. And there was one woman that said, I hate that I have to say this, but it does look good I mean it looks really good and I'm mad that I even have to say it
[02:01:08] I thought we've got to come away from this political spirit and learn how to celebrate but I believe like I wrote a couple of scriptures down with the reflecting pool 2 Corinthians 3 18. But we all with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord
[02:01:31] are transformed into the same image from glory to glory just as by the Spirit of the Lord. I thought it is a picture for the church. The glory's coming back to his house. The glory's coming back to this
[02:01:46] nation. And we need to understand and wake up to the season that we're in. Celebrate what God is doing. You may not like President Trump. I don't care. I don't even care what my opinion is of
[02:01:58] him. God doesn't care what my opinion is of him. But he moved upon that man, just like he did Cyrus in the Old Testament. He moved upon his heart and they began to rebuild. What's happening? Our nation
[02:02:10] is being rebuilt right in front of us. And we have a reflection right there to understand this is about the glory of the Father. He is good. What is it? There's a remnant of people that have been
[02:02:24] praying rather than there's no hope for this nation. I mean, I'm just going to build a bunker and get locked down and just protect myself, whatever comes. The other thing he did is, I don't know if you, I'm sure you've probably seen the news, but he's building a ballroom.
[02:02:44] like he's building a ballroom I thought ballrooms those are places of celebration I believe there's celebration that's coming back into our nation I believe things are turning when it looked hopeless God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we could ever ask or
[02:03:08] think I mean you know in one moment things can change if my people who are called by my name would humble themselves and pray.
[02:03:17] I mean, just in one night, it can turn.
[02:03:19] We've seen a turning taking place.
[02:03:22] How about the fountains that he's fixed?
[02:03:26] They weren't even working.
[02:03:28] And now it's like, whoa, so listen to this scripture, Deuteronomy 8, 17.
[02:03:33] For the Lord your God is bringing you into a good land.
[02:03:37] Thank God for his mercy over America.
[02:03:39] A land of brooks of water, of fountains and springs that flow out of valleys and hills.
[02:03:47] And then Revelation 7, 17, for the lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of water.
[02:03:57] We've got signs right in front of us.
[02:04:02] And the Bible says we're to pray for our leaders.
[02:04:10] When I came, I felt this word in me and I began to just say to the Lord, I don't want to be the prodigal that just runs, takes what's mine and goes.
[02:04:26] And whatever happens will happen in America.
[02:04:30] But I know as for me, you know, I'm going to serve God.
[02:04:33] I'm going to heaven.
[02:04:34] The rest of it.
[02:04:37] But I also don't want to be the son out in the field that has no relationship with the father and doesn't see when the celebration starts that it's really a good thing.
[02:04:49] And I believe in our own nation, we've got an example.
[02:04:53] It's time to celebrate the good things that God is doing, to reflect on all that he's done in our lives and the mercy that he's just extended to this nation.
[02:05:05] I'm not saying anything else.
[02:05:07] You know, President Trump isn't perfect.
[02:05:12] But I know one thing.
[02:05:16] We had the scriptures read and our nation rededicated.
[02:05:20] on May 17th. I think it would be good as a church that we rededicate our lives to him and his purpose. That we turn back, because see, the prodigal came back with a whole rehearsed
[02:05:37] message, I'm not worthy, right? It wasn't about that. See, rehearsing I'm not worthy is not repentance. Repentance is coming back to the Father. I believe there's going to be an emphasis in the coming days of the glory. And remember, Jesus did say, if you've seen me, you've seen
[02:06:03] the Father. And he is good. He's better than what we thought he was. I know for me, I felt a recharging taking place. I felt it started on vacation, which was right around the time of,
[02:06:19] right at the time of the rededication, I believe it's all connected. Right after we celebrate my birthday, I'm not expecting anything, and I was showered with blessings. My husband used to say to me every year, Kathy, you get better looking every year. I don't know if he really meant it
[02:06:43] or not, but this birthday was the icing on the top, and the Lord began to speak to me, that this nation is turning and my people need to turn. We need to see what the Father's doing
[02:07:01] and turn with him and celebrate all that God is doing in our lives. I remember when my husband first passed, I may have told this story. It was just a little over a month after he had passed
[02:07:17] and I was going into the church to do a meeting. And as I walked into the entryway, grief hit me.
[02:07:24] You know, you can't schedule grief. It just will come. And it hit me and I turned around. I thought I can't do this meeting. I was losing control of my emotions. And at that moment, my phone that was in my pocket buzzed. And I thought, oh, I didn't shut my phone off. But that was the very distraction that I needed to pull me out of grief.
[02:07:51] And so I picked up my phone, and I looked at it, and it was a pastor over in New York City.
[02:07:56] And he said, do you remember, you got to think back, this was 2016.
[02:08:03] He said, do you remember about eight years ago, you did some meetings for a number of pastors in the city?
[02:08:09] And I'm thinking as I'm reading the text, yeah, I do.
[02:08:13] And afterwards, we took you out to a diner, and we sat around the table, and we were talking about a man named Donald Trump.
[02:08:23] And at that time in 2016, Donald Trump was one of, I don't know how many candidates we had.
[02:08:30] There was a lot of candidates.
[02:08:33] And I loved Ben Carson.
[02:08:34] I mean, he's just such a nice man, you know.
[02:08:36] So you're going through, well, that one's good and that one's good.
[02:08:40] Anyways, he said, well, the Spirit of God came on you in the restaurant and you looked at us and you said, I don't really know Donald Trump, but you need to watch that man because there's a higher call on his life for this nation. And I said, yes, I do. And then I'm
[02:08:59] remembering Donald Trump's running for president. And he said, there is a coalition of diversity at Trump Towers, and we would like you to come and represent the woman of the East Coast because you carry integrity and so you can bring your daughter with you and so I thought
[02:09:21] at that moment I'm walking back into the church reading this text and I thought God you just gave me purpose again I have to put my eyes back on him and focus on how good he is and how he gives
[02:09:39] us the strength to keep on going. And he says, wait on the Lord and be of good courage. How many of you have been praying even for this nation, waiting on the Lord? Well, we just had a huge sign.
[02:09:52] How many of you can celebrate that? You know what I think you should do? Can you even just put your hands together and just in thanks to God for what he did May 17th. There's two songs that
[02:10:15] I'm not going to sing them to you. I'm still shaky. But it's Spirit of the Sovereign Lord, come and make your presence known. Reveal the glory of the living God. I mean, we need his presence to be made known among us. We experienced him today. I believe there's a
[02:10:39] day coming where you may actually say, we're not going to transition right now. We're going to just keep worshiping because he is majesty and we have just tasted and seen that he is good he moved
[02:10:53] within our hearts he stirred us this morning and you can't stop singing I remember that happening in the Welsh revival they would just take over the congregation took over the song service and it would just go on for hours I remember a time being in a service where I was supposed to speak
[02:11:14] and the weight of God's presence was on me and the pastor's inviting me up to speak and I couldn't move.
[02:11:22] Have you ever had that happen where you can't move?
[02:11:26] When it first started happening to me in 1994, my father had just been diagnosed with brain cancer.
[02:11:33] It was inoperable.
[02:11:35] And I'm sitting through all these meetings, three weeks of meetings, morning and night, and this weight was on my head.
[02:11:43] it felt like cement blocks on me. That's the only way I could describe it. And I'd be weighted down until I'd be slouched in my chair. People would be going, lining up to get prayer, and somebody
[02:11:55] would come to pull on me. I couldn't move. I literally couldn't move. And I thought at the time, my dad's just been diagnosed with brain cancer. I wonder if I have that. And then somebody brought
[02:12:08] over a scripture that talked about the weight of God's glory, the Hebrew word being kabod, which literally means wait. And I realized that's the presence of God coming close to us.
[02:12:20] And I can tell you what happened in 94 with me totally transformed my life. I never spoke before people. I never prophesied before, but God got a hold of me. He came very close to me.
[02:12:34] And there were many times that I couldn't even get out of the chair. Even when I was invited up to preach, I couldn't move. I had to be wheeled out on an office chair when everybody had left.
[02:12:47] Hours went by. You want to hear something really cool? I love this story. That morning, I had had a dream. We were in a hotel. We were in another nation. I had a dream that a doctor was in the
[02:13:02] service, and the doctor offered to help me. And so I'm telling Bob and Cher the dream when I wake up.
[02:13:09] that's kind of odd. What's that dream about? How many of you believe God speaks through dreams?
[02:13:13] Yes, he does. So anyways, we go to the service. I'm supposed to be preaching that night, and the weight of God's presence just came on me. And Charity's holding my head up because my head
[02:13:25] wouldn't stay. She's holding my head, and it was so heavy. And the pastor is calling for her and her dad to come and just pray for people, waiting for me to pull myself together to get up and
[02:13:37] preach. They don't even understand what's going on. They thought I was tired from going from meeting to meeting. There just happened to be a medical doctor sitting behind me. Remember my dream? And the medical doctor said to Charity, you go ahead. The pastor's calling you. I'll hold her
[02:13:56] head. The medical doctor thought I was just tired. And so the medical doctor is patting my head, trying to console me. I can't even talk. Nothing would come out but grunts. And I was trying to
[02:14:14] say, you need to stop or the anointing's going to transfer onto you. And I knew that it was.
[02:14:21] And all of a sudden, the doctor went flying onto the floor. And the doctor's saying, pastor, what is this? We had a Holy Ghost meeting that day. And the presence of God came into that room. Say, I want that. I want to reflect his glory. I want to walk out of meetings
[02:14:42] where the presence of God is so strong that when I walk past somebody in a store, they fall and say, what is going on? What did you bring in here? See, it happens when we are in his presence and we're
[02:14:54] hungry for his presence again. It's not just living life and going through service or even having a meeting, but it's finding his presence everywhere we go. And the one thing God spoke to me is I'm reigniting a passion for my presence in this day. And you're going to see the glory
[02:15:12] of the father. You're going to know that he is a good, good father and he's better than what we thought he was. And he loves this nation and he's turning the heart of this nation. If he can do it,
[02:15:25] even with the highest office in the land, some people think, well, he just, he needs to get saved. I don't care it was declared. He prophesied out of a donkey. We let God be God. But there are
[02:15:37] signs around us that God is moving in this nation. And as a body of believers, let's get on board and cheer and celebrate what God is doing. It is a whole new day that's rising. And I want to be a
[02:15:52] part of what God's doing. And I can say even what I've experienced today in the midst of worship before I even came in the hotel room last week as I was praying for you all.
[02:16:03] There is a moving.
[02:16:05] Everywhere the river goes, there's healing.
[02:16:08] It's time to get in the river of life and go where he's going.
[02:16:13] I may be preaching to the choir.
[02:16:16] I don't know.
[02:16:21] Spirit of the Sovereign Lord, come and make your presence known.
[02:16:26] Reveal the glory of the living God.
[02:16:30] Let the weight of your glory Let the weight of your glory fall.
[02:16:36] And how about this last song?
[02:16:37] Out of the depths, I cry to you.
[02:16:39] In darkest places, I will cry.
[02:16:42] Incline your ear to me anew and hear my cry for mercy, Lord.
[02:16:46] Were you to count my sinful ways, how could I come before your throne?
[02:16:51] Yet full forgiveness meets my gaze.
[02:16:54] I stand redeemed by grace alone.
[02:16:57] Didn't we sing about that today?
[02:16:59] His grace.
[02:17:00] yea I will wait for you I will wait for you on your word I will rely I know if we don't pick up these words we're going to lose all hope it might be in your family in relationships
[02:17:17] in the church but it's on this word that we rely I know one of the things that I was prophesying over you, Pastor Byron, is you have been a great teacher and it has been so rich what has come in
[02:17:32] past days. But what's coming is going to be so far greater and you're going to stand in the glory and the Lord will speak through you. And there's going to be an outpouring that will, how many
[02:17:43] know we need revelation and understanding? I want to say this. Okay, so I don't have a board, but can you just kind of, maybe you've got a piece of paper, I don't know, but have you ever
[02:17:56] seen, I did this one day, I like words, and I realized if we isolate ourselves, how many know you can be in this room and still isolate yourself, but if we isolate ourselves, we have a word called
[02:18:13] illness. You like words. Yeah. But when we, how many know when we're gathered together, something happens that won't happen if we're isolated. So if you can picture the word illness, like illness and then the I, what are the two words before illness and wellness? We.
[02:18:38] so we can either be isolated today have no hope or we can be of a company of people remnant that have wellness explaining and describing the goodness of our father that he is good and he loves to love on people and he doesn't hold things again did you catch what i said
[02:19:01] You liked it? Oh, good. Good. I don't know you, but there's a fresh wind of the Spirit blowing into you. Remember when God breathed into Adam, life came. And you know Pastor Byron? Okay, so
[02:19:27] there's, I see a string from him to you. And the teachings that come out of this house, you're raising up a new generation that knows how to seek God and love his word and be found in the
[02:19:47] very presence of God see I can memorize scriptures but if I don't know him if I don't experience him they're just words but God is doing something new in this house and he's raised you up for such a
[02:20:03] time is this. Look on the horizon. There is a new day dawning. God is doing a new thing. And it started, I believe, I mean, a long time ago. Didn't you like those words, I was always on his mind?
[02:20:19] Like the prodigal was always on his mind. He was out looking for him. I'm so glad that the Lord looks for me when I get lost or I get stuck in something that's happened. It's kind of like what
[02:20:33] Pastor Becky was saying, we can get stuck in our emotions, but the Lord is looking for us to return to him. There's a good, good anointing flowing out of this house. A good anointing. Yes.
[02:20:57] Well, I don't even have any idea what time you go to, but you can drag me off whenever you want.
[02:21:11] I do feel like the Lord wants to speak to a couple of people and I felt like the whole word today was for all of us. I've been applying it in my own life as I've walked through some of the most difficult things that I never thought I'd have to walk
[02:21:33] through. But you know as you're walking through it and you recount the goodness of God you know that nothing is wasted but God will use it in your life to minister hope to other people
[02:21:50] and he is a good good father now my father was an alcoholic and wasn't around a whole lot but something during the move of God in 94 got a hold of me and I don't have to live
[02:22:13] and what I grew up in. I can live in the presence of the Father, knowing that I'm loved by him, and I am on his mind, and he does care, and he cares for each one of you. All right, the guy here
[02:22:31] in the t-shirt, black t-shirt right here, what's your name, bud? Ryan or Brian? Brian, thank you.
[02:22:40] Brian, you're going to find yourself on the edge of the seat.
[02:22:47] It's like there's a hunger that God is depositing in you.
[02:22:52] Even now, you're going to begin to feel a pull of the unction of the Spirit of God.
[02:22:59] It's like you're not going to be able to get enough.
[02:23:01] You're just going to want more and more and more of what God has for you.
[02:23:06] I learned something when I was a teenager.
[02:23:09] My dad had gotten saved, and we went to church.
[02:23:14] There were probably nine of us at the time.
[02:23:17] My mom had 13 babies.
[02:23:19] But I learned something.
[02:23:21] Yeah, that's a lot of babies.
[02:23:23] I'm not saying you're going to have that many babies.
[02:23:26] No.
[02:23:30] But I learned something, because if you, with my dad, when he came to know the Lord, he still had a bit of a like a temper I'll say that and so when we sat in church you had to
[02:23:47] sit still there was no talking no movement you would get it afterwards and I would sometimes be a little distracted with what was going on so what I learned to do because I didn't want to get
[02:24:03] in trouble with my dad, is I would move to the edge of my seat, and I would take notes when the preacher preached. And you know what happened? I got so hungry for God, like nothing else satisfied
[02:24:19] like his presence. The Lord's going to surprise you, and you're going to know he is good to you, and he will supply and take care of you. Lord, I bless him and thank you for him.
[02:24:33] in Jesus' name. This woman right here next to the smart man. Yeah. Okay. What's your name, hon?
[02:24:42] Christine? Christy. Christy. Okay. Christy, I see you dancing around, kind of like, do you remember when they crossed the Red Sea? And it's kind of, I don't know, one of those stories that I've thought about many times.
[02:25:05] I've talked about it in services.
[02:25:07] Remember what happened to the Egyptians?
[02:25:10] Their wheels came off and they're trying to chase after the Israelites because the Israelites have gone through on dry ground.
[02:25:19] And then here they are.
[02:25:20] Imagine standing on the other side of the Red Sea and you're watching is the people who mistreated you are now drowning in that sea.
[02:25:32] and what does Miriam do? She picks up the tambourine and she begins to dance and to sing.
[02:25:40] What does she sing? I will sing unto the Lord for he has triumphed gloriously and then she says this, the horse and its rider are thrown into the sea. She's celebrating what God just did for them.
[02:25:55] I see you doing the same thing. You're coming into days of great celebration and you're not going to be able to contain it. Remember the song, set a fire down in my soul that I can't contain,
[02:26:06] that I can't control. That's what God is doing. There's a fresh fire coming to you. Lord, I bless her. Thank you for her in Jesus' name. The guy over here next to Charity, what's your name?
[02:26:21] Michael. Okay, Michael. There's a Michael in the Bible. Yeah. He's known as the warring angel, right yeah do you remember when it's in the book of Daniel when God says to Daniel from the first
[02:26:39] day that you set your heart to understand and to humble yourself before your God your words were heard and I have come because of your words but the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me
[02:26:55] 21 days. And behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help. Well, I mean, that says quite a bit about Michael. There's been a struggle for 21 days, but God said from the first day
[02:27:08] that you set your heart to understand. There's a new understanding God's bringing to you.
[02:27:15] And there's going to be times where you just let go of everything you once thought, how you thought things were going to go, and just live in his presence and what he does.
[02:27:28] There were things that God did during Moves of God that I've been in that shook my theology.
[02:27:35] I thought, well, God just, he won't do that.
[02:27:40] And then he did.
[02:27:44] I was like, that is you?
[02:27:46] I think that there's a time coming where you're going to be able to communicate very well.
[02:27:55] You are a good communicator, really good communicator.
[02:28:00] But God is going to open your well more and more in the coming days, and there's going to be a richness of God that comes forth from you.
[02:28:10] And people are going to know.
[02:28:10] You know what they did in Acts?
[02:28:15] They noticed something different on some of them, and they said they knew they had been with Jesus.
[02:28:22] you have leadership on you like leadership and the favor of God has been on your life it's like you can take anything and make it gold not everybody has that but God's about to do a
[02:28:42] new thing in you and there's people that are going to answer to you but you're not a rough taskmaster there's going to be a compassion that comes out of your life for people and where
[02:28:56] they're at. It's like I see so much structure around you. Everything is neat and in order.
[02:29:08] God might mess some of it up. I'm just going to add on because when we came up here during worship,

[02:29:20] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_07]
[02:29:20] I was just praying for y'all that are sitting up here and asking the Lord, is there something that you want me to be praying? I'm praying because I feel it right now. And I felt like the Lord was
[02:29:31] saying that he's doing a new thing on the inside of you. And what was has been good, but what's coming is greater. And, you know, there's a saying that the best is yet to come. Part of that comes
[02:29:41] from Proverbs 4. The path of the just gets brighter and brighter unto the perfect day. And one of the things that I was thinking about is relaunch that word that I heard. And I really did feel as I was
[02:29:53] standing here during worship, God's relaunching something on the inside of you. And, you know, one of the things that took place for Peter is his entire life shifted in one moment. And he suddenly knew that he was seen by a living God who did not just see the work he had done, but he
[02:30:10] sowed into the work that he was doing. And God is sowing something into you, and you are going to see an increase that you haven't seen before. And there's a greater abundance that he's pulling
[02:30:20] forth on the inside of you. And again, the best is yet to come. And you can't hide, right?

[02:30:27] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_10]
[02:30:27] like you could have tried to hide but you're you can't hide God's pulling you up and out it's because there's more in you Michael you've got a good name your name's going to be known
[02:30:50] there's that um I don't know maybe I'm here just for you I don't know I'll come back over here I'm going to just stay here for a minute because I feel something something unique that God is doing
[02:31:13] you're a true son and God has marked you I love when he says before you were in your mother's womb I knew you he ordained even for this day to come I don't know who you do
[02:31:34] or who you are or what you do but there's change ahead I see a lot of money around you, great provision coming to you.
[02:31:53] And then I heard the phrase, there's more than enough for you.
[02:31:58] I'll leave that there.
[02:32:01] You're very nice, like really nice.
[02:32:06] A lot of people like you.
[02:32:17] That's all the favor that God's put on your life.
[02:32:21] We had a guy from Cameroon that lived with us for a while.
[02:32:24] and I would say, well, Daniel, how are you doing today?
[02:32:30] He would come down in the morning.
[02:32:32] He said, I'm blessed and highly favored of the Lord.
[02:32:36] Well, nobody really knew what he was walking through.
[02:32:38] He went through a lot of hard things.
[02:32:41] I remember saying to him one day, there's going to be a problem in your nation and you're going to be called on to fix it.
[02:32:49] I'll never forget the day that he contacted me and he said, it happened.
[02:32:53] There was a problem in the nation.
[02:32:56] and you know who they called? Me. And God gave them the wisdom to know what to do. Wisdom is going to be a gift for you that God gives to you. All right. Well, are you all tired wanting
[02:33:09] to go home and eat? I know we're going to camp. I'm looking forward to it. I've got a surprise for them, which will be fun. I'm glad. All right. I felt something during worship. I'm going to
[02:33:28] leave you this. Someone that had a knee problem, something with the knee, the left knee. That's your right knee. I saw just like wings, and I'm not sure what this is all about, but wings coming
[02:33:49] and just waving over the knees and knees being healed.
[02:33:55] There's the, yeah, put the knees out.
[02:34:04] That's right, and receive, receive the healing.
[02:34:08] I mean, this is called river life, right?
[02:34:11] And if you get going where the river goes, there's healing that flows, yes.
[02:34:18] All right, well, I wish I had more time with you all.
[02:34:23] thank you for being so attentive thank you amen wasn't that good give her a second give these oh

[02:34:33] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_09]
[02:34:33] we love the ministry it's so good okay now that your knees are out get your wallets out because we're going to bless them okay and i fully believe when we bless what the scripture says if you bless the prophets you receive a prophet's reward so um you know this this is
[02:34:53] full-time ministry for her, and I want to bless them. So they're going to be with our kids all week. And so I just say so generously to them, if we can take up an offer. And there is,
[02:35:07] if you put the button up, if you scan this, you will come up on our giving place. And when you scroll down, there's a place for guest speaker. So we just encourage you to really just, you know,
[02:35:20] just give. Don't hold back. And we also have prophetic ministry today, right? Is that correct?
[02:35:29] So as soon as these kids, when they move, and they will quickly as soon as I say amen, we're going to have prophetic ministry. The teams will be over here. And we're so grateful today.
[02:35:43] What a great day in the Lord. His presence. I love drinking from the fountain, don't you?
[02:35:48] that never runs dry. Can you say that? Never runs dry. Oh, everything else will run dry, but his presence, the fountain will never run dry. Thank you, Lord. So, Lord, we just, as we pass, are we going to pass around to, come on up. Lord, bless this offering.
[02:36:07] We just pray you will multiply it, Lord, that it's good seed. Lord, we're so grateful, Lord, for, um you know when the word of the lord goes forth it's it's it's powerful there's supernatural things going on and we want to give back so or we ask you bless this offering in jesus name
[02:36:28] we just stay still a minute don't don't run so byron why don't you come say something

[02:36:33] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_08]
[02:36:33] while the offering's going around oh she just wanted me to occupy you so you'll stay here and give and not get up and leave so well we we want to thank the lord the lord's good isn't he yeah
[02:36:51] amen amen yeah yeah i do want us to keep praying for our country because we really need it and we want to pray for uh the nations of the world actually because i believe they're god's god's
[02:37:05] got his eyes on lots of nations right now so let's just make sure we're being intercessors especially that we would see the end of the conflict with Iran so the beautiful people of Iran can emerge and be what they're supposed to be.
[02:37:25] I have a really heart for Iranian people because I've met some and they're all really lovely, lovely people.
[02:37:31] So I want to see that come to an end and that nation become a blessing in the earth that it's meant to be.
[02:37:38] Amen.
[02:37:39] Yeah, and there's a lot of other great nations.
[02:37:42] We prayed for Columbia.
[02:37:48] Columbia, not South Carolina, but Columbia the nation.
[02:37:52] I don't know how all that turned out, but I hope it turned out well, their elections.
[02:37:57] And we need to pray for the elections.
[02:37:59] You know, there's lots of conflict about elections in our country, but I'd just love to see the Lord just give us really right elections.
[02:38:07] And whoever the people vote for would get in.
[02:38:11] And whoever, you know, if the people vote for a certain person, that person, there would be no cheating and all that.
[02:38:17] Those are just important things we should all be praying.
[02:38:20] So, Father, thank you for today.
[02:38:21] Thank you for the Holy Spirit.
[02:38:23] Thank you for the anointing, the prophetic anointing that you're just pouring out, that you're going to speak in this world.
[02:38:30] You're looking for voices that you want to speak.
[02:38:32] You're also looking for ears that can hear.
[02:38:35] and I just feel like God gave us eyes with eyelids but he didn't give us ears with ear lids he wants our ears open always to him amen so open your ears say Lord my ears open
[02:38:51] my ears open even to hear things I don't want to hear but I want to hear from you Lord whatever you're saying in Jesus name amen so they got the offering done I kept it going

[02:39:02] [SPEAKER SPEAKER_09]
[02:39:02] you did good okay y'all are dismissed prophetic teens um please get prayer there's such a prophetic anointing in the room i bet it's going to be good so if you want prayer for prophetic words over here prayer is
