❓ What do these grades mean?
We do not issue this rating to attack the speaker, but to protect the listener. This ministry's overall teaching trend consistently deviates from sound doctrine. As per Romans 16:17, we identify these patterns so believers can guard their hearts.
🧐 Overview
Theological Verdict & Summary
Sermon Summary: A call to action for spiritual transformation that inadvertently undermines the very Gospel it seeks to promote by making salvation contingent on human performance.
Pastoral Analysis: The sermon attempts to motivate the congregation toward obedience and 'shifting' into a new spiritual state. However, the theological foundation is critically compromised. By teaching that salvation and spiritual advancement are earned through human action ('shifting', 'obedience', 'implementation'), the sermon replaces the monergistic work of the Holy Spirit with synergistic human effort. This is a fundamental error that distorts the nature of the Gospel, turning grace into a transactional system of works.
Biblical Parallel (Archetype): Sardis — The sermon exhibits a 'name that it is alive, but is dead' condition. While it maintains a veneer of orthodoxy through biblical references, the core soteriological engine is broken by Synergism. The teaching posits that salvation and spiritual advancement are contingent upon human action ('shifting', 'obedience', 'implementation') rather than the sovereign, monergistic work of God. This represents a fundamental error in the Gospel, aligning with the Sardian church's warning against dead orthodoxy and decisionism.
Big Idea: God is more concerned with what you are shifting into than what you are shifting out of; therefore, believers must actively implement God's instructions to move from spiritual paralysis into obedience and purpose. [00:11:28 ▶️ 📄]
📖 How they Handle Scripture & Jesus
- Primary Text: Joshua 1:1-2
- Usage Classification: Thematic
- Text-to-Talk Ratio: Moderate
- Pulpit Decorum: ⚠️ CAUTION - The pastor uses personal anecdotes and commands that border on coercive, such as instructing the congregation to 'physically stand by faith' and 'take a photo of their confession.' This creates a high-pressure environment that can lead to false assurance.
✝️ Christological Focus: Moralistic/Imitative
"The sermon focuses on human imitation of biblical figures (Rahab) and behavioral 'shifting' rather than pointing to Christ's finished work as the sole basis for salvation and transformation."

🧭 Biblical Alignment Dashboard
Overall Verdict: Fundamentally in Error
| Category | Status | Reasoning |
|---|---|---|
| Gospel Presentation | ❌ FAIL | The Gospel Engine is broken. The sermon explicitly teaches that salvation is contingent upon human action ('shifting', 'obedience', 'implementation'), violating the biblical doctrine of monergistic regeneration. The pastor states that 'God's intention for the believer is contingent upon their implementation and obedience,' which is a synergistic error. |
| Soteriology | ❌ FAIL | The sermon teaches Synergistic Soteriology, asserting that salvation is achieved through human action ('shifting', 'obedience', 'implementation') rather than by God's sovereign grace alone. |
| Bibliology | ⚠️ WEAK | While scripture is read, the hermeneutic is flawed. The pastor misapplies the story of Rahab to support a works-based salvation model, ignoring the broader biblical context of grace. |
| Hermeneutic | ❌ FAIL | The hermeneutic is driven by a 'shift' paradigm that prioritizes human action over divine sovereignty. The pastor uses biblical narratives to support a synergistic framework rather than allowing the text to correct the error. |
| Theology Proper | ❌ FAIL | The sermon implies a conditional view of God's sovereignty, suggesting that God's plan is contingent on human obedience. This contradicts the biblical teaching of God's unconditional election and sovereign grace. |
| Sacramentology | ✅ PASS | No specific sacramental errors were detected in the auditor reports. |
| Confessional Depth | ❌ SHALLOW | The sermon lacks depth in explaining the mechanics of salvation, focusing instead on behavioral modification and 'shifting' rather than the theological reality of regeneration. |
⚙️ The Core Gospel Framework
Why it matters for the final verdict: A complete Gospel framework protects a sermon from becoming man-centered. If a preacher gives commands for good behavior but leaves out the grace and atonement of the Gospel, it often results in a 🔴 Critical or 🟠 Major error for Moralism (teaching human self-improvement rather than reliance on Christ). However, if these Gospel elements are missing simply because the pastor is preaching a highly focused, practical message to mature believers (e.g., instructions on biblical marriage), our system applies a "Safe Harbor" pardon, graciously reducing the omission to a 🟡 Minor error.
❌ The Law And Wrath: Not observed in the sermon.
❌ Total Depravity And Inability: Not observed in the sermon.
❌ Active Obedience Of Christ: Not observed in the sermon.
✅ The Cross And Atonement:
"Salvation is defined as being connected by the blood of Jesus, implying a corporate or familial aspect to salvation." [01:20:18 ▶️ 📄]
⚠️ Theological Concerns
🔴 Critical Synergistic Soteriology
Root Cause: Synergism
"I want you to understand that she saves her whole family because she did three things. She looked, she listened, and then she took a leap." [01:05:55 ▶️ 📄]
The Belief/Behavior: The pastor states, 'I want you to understand that she saves her whole family because she did three things. She looked, she listened, and then she took a leap.'
Why It's Dangerous: This teaching implies that salvation is earned through human action ('looking', 'listening', 'leaping'), which is a synergistic error. It contradicts the biblical truth that salvation is by grace alone, not of works.
Biblical Correction: Ephesians 2:8-9 states, 'For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.'
✅ Commendations
Pastoral Engagement | Use of Personal Testimony
The pastor uses personal anecdotes (e.g., his own transformation, his daughters' first steps) to create relatability and emotional connection with the congregation.
Illustrative Clarity | Vivid Analogies
The use of analogies like 'food marinating' and 'Tesla charging' helps illustrate complex spiritual concepts in accessible, everyday language.

[00:00:00] what's going on family it is another wonderful day here on youtube and if you're watching this we believe this is a divine appointment that god literally stopped everything for some reason you saw a thumbnail or you made an intention to come here and god's about to speak to you um this
[00:00:17] is a place where we meet every week like literally every week to hear what god is saying at transformation church but honestly it's not about our church it's about you him speaking to you and
[00:00:28] at TC right now, it is time to shift. I am in a series that I'm so excited about and this is week two. So if you haven't heard week one, you need to go back and listen to it because I promise you
[00:00:39] it's going to set you up. But today I'm talking about what can change your entire bloodline.
[00:00:46] And I'm telling you this message right here is going to transform everything. And as a matter of fact, as I'm speaking about bloodline, I need to invite you to conference that's coming up and literally less than 30 days, October 7th through the 9th, right here at Transformation Church. I
[00:01:03] need you to get in to this house. We have less than 300 tickets left to be sold out, literally.
[00:01:10] And maybe you're one of those people that said, I want to be a part of this moment, this shift that changes everything. And you may be a bloodline interrupter, somebody who's called to change everything in your family. And I want to let you know, I want you to be a part of this.
[00:01:26] I feel it so deep in my soul. So if that's you, I want you to text V5 to 828282 and get your tickets right now. I can't wait to see you. We have 30 countries already signed up. People are
[00:01:39] coming from over the pond, from Europe and Africa, and it's just going to be crazy. And we want you to be there because more than anything, God's going to be there and he meets us every time.
[00:01:48] Y'all ready? It's time to shift into this next message that's going to change your life. I'll see you on the other side i gotta speak into your future today i'm about to try with everything in
[00:02:01] me to push you out of complacency some of y'all have been in the same place for so long you think that's where god wants you god has sent me to give you a prophetic push you have started to put
[00:02:14] permanent fixtures where god had just had you for a season you thought it's always gonna be like that God said, who told you that? I'm going to be your anointed agitator today. Joshua chapter one,
[00:02:26] it says, Moses, my servant is dead. Now get up, shift, move. Don't be here no more. Joshua is sitting here. God does not give him even a verse to process. It's a comma because the shift that
[00:02:41] God wanted to happen was not something that he was going to negotiate with Joshua. And I know your opinion is so precious to you, but let me tell you what your opinion means to God. No thing.
[00:02:53] Like, well, God, I'm not ready to do this. I didn't ask, were you ready to do this? But before you were formed in your mother's womb, I knew you. I put something on the inside of you that
[00:03:02] you haven't even tapped into. It's time for you to somebody say shift. I've spoken a word over your life, and you might as well start praising right now, because if he speaks a word over your
[00:03:15] life the shift can happen just like transformation church if you know it's time to shift why don't you give god one more big shout of praise in this place oh come on let's shift the atmosphere one
[00:03:30] more time father god we invite your presence into this place oh hallelujah by faith if you're in the room or watching online just look at your neighbor and say it's time to shift no you didn't say it
[00:03:49] with no faith. Come on. I need you to look at your neighbor and say, it's time to shift.
[00:03:55] Something is changing. Something is moving. Something is going. All right. If this is your first time here in this series, sorry for our energy, but people know that last week something changed in us, for us, with us. And the transformation according to the word starts
[00:04:22] in our mind before we see it in our hand be transformed by the renewing of your the reason we come to church and we believe God is because we know that one word can change what has been a
[00:04:34] stronghold in our mind the stronghold that you're fighting against the things that have been built up for years that maybe God can't use me maybe this is not my season maybe I'm not qualified and God's saying to you today it's time to everybody say shift y'all didn't say it with
[00:04:52] no faith. Where the church at? It's time to shift. And I'm telling you, I'm on a rampage every week this series. We're not wasting a Sunday. I feel the presence of God in this place right now.
[00:05:08] Somebody say, we're not wasting a Sunday. Every time we get up here and God gives us breath to come into this room, we are going to hear his word and then we're going to apply it.
[00:05:21] It's time to shift. You messed up and came to the wrong service this morning.
[00:05:27] Sit down. I got to get into this word. Today I'm excited to bring what God has been cooking in my heart for almost three weeks now. Sometimes God speaks to you and then tells you to wait
[00:05:42] so that it can marinate. Anybody remember food that was cooked over days? Y'all don't know nothing about this. I know everything's instant. You door dashing, but the best food is food that gets to sit in something for a little bit you know you can you can you can taste the food by just tasting
[00:06:00] the juice y'all y'all okay y'all food that's real good you take the juice and make other food y'all don't know nothing y'all have no and today this word has been marinating in me and I believe it's
[00:06:17] going to shift something on the inside of you amen just one more time if you're watching online you're watching on the pando app can we say what's up to all of our brothers and sisters who are in
[00:06:27] the facility right now. Oh, come on. Y'all can do better than that. To all my brothers and sisters on the Pando app, I love you. A lot of people are like, why are you spending so much time talking
[00:06:40] about people on jail? Because you're free out here, but you're still bound here. And what I'm trying to do is get everybody free, all right? Because whom the sun sets free is what? Free indeed. And so today, I believe the word is going to bring freedom to you. But as we move in this,
[00:06:57] I just got to tell you, I'm so excited because last week, for those of us who got the prophetic word that it's time to shift, things started moving. I got a testimony on Tuesday as I was
[00:07:08] dropping my children off to school that one of the members of our church, they literally put in a bid to get a contract to build some condos in North Tulsa. And they said that all of the big
[00:07:20] players in the world were a part of this bid because Tulsa had to award the contract. And they were in this service last week, a husband and a wife, and they said something shifted in them.
[00:07:32] and they started believing well they told me on Wednesday out of everybody that was in the bidding for this they got awarded a 70 condo development worth over 20 million dollars and guess what he
[00:07:47] said it shifted just like y'all don't hear what I'm saying if you know our God can move things around 24 hours he can take you from the bottom to the top y'all don't hear me somebody say it's
[00:08:04] time to shift all right let me just give you a couple more shifting testimonies because what i'm trying to do is encourage your faith i'm trying to make you believe two weeks ago we had
[00:08:17] 135 people make a shift into being literally public with their faith in connection to jesus christ through baptism can we thank god for 135 people but watch this today 57 more people have signed up to get baptized after church. I'm talking about people who are living different
[00:08:42] kind of lives. The reason I tell you that is because some of you are in here and maybe you didn't know, but maybe the shift you need is to get baptized. Right after service on the line,
[00:08:53] we're about to go out there with our voices cheerleading, pom-poms, and we are about to shout to God for every soul. Do y'all know who God is that he would take us from the backward situations that we were in. I just needed somebody to remember today and bring us into a
[00:09:12] place of salvation. So there's going to be a shift for more of you. And I wanted to tell you at the top of the service, because some of y'all are making them, oh, I just got my hair done. Oh my
[00:09:20] God. God, are you really telling me? And I'm telling you right now, there's a shift coming when you identify with Christ publicly. And some of you are going to make that decision. And so I just want everybody to know, I keep saying it, but the rest of this year is going to be the best
[00:09:35] of this year because you will not be in the same place you are right now. 14 people caught it by faith. That's good. Somebody say it's time to shift. Dad, it's time. This is your prophetic
[00:09:56] word. You don't need nobody else to say nothing else. Somebody say it's time. Who are you waiting on? Not God. It's time. As I was praying and thinking through this and asking God, where do
[00:10:11] we go next on this journey? Because we're on this journey all the way till conference. And some of you heard the word that you were supposed to be at conference by the end of this many of you
[00:10:20] watching online and in this room you're going to take days off you're going to say you know what I'm setting aside time watch this for my own transformation some of y'all want God to transform you driving by but would you ever get heart surgery driving by would you ever sign up
[00:10:38] for the fast version of open heart no you would take your time and it's worth you marking on your calendar, October 7th through the night, I'm going to go to Tulsa, Oklahoma. We have people coming
[00:10:50] from over 30 countries, and there's less than 300 tickets left for this arena to be full, but I feel like I'm supposed to tell somebody that the shift has to happen in you before everybody else recognizes it, and maybe there's a time for you to come. As I was praying about this
[00:11:09] shift in our bloodline, in our family, where God's taking us, get your notes out because I'm preaching already. Here we go. Y'all ready? Most people, when we hear and shout shift, we think about what I'm shifting out of. I'm shifting out of this. I'm shifting out of this.
[00:11:28] I'm shifting out of this. But something that God told me this week, he said, Michael, I'm more concerned about what they're shifting into as opposed to what they're shifting out of.
[00:11:40] somebody say I'm shifting into something you've been so to get out of Egypt that you've never counted up the cost to actually being in the promised land oh god we lose a whole generation 40 years because they was just excited to get out I'm shifting out I'm shifting out of this
[00:12:09] friend group I'm shifting out of this city bye-bye I'm headed away come on y'all I'm shifting out of this job, God got better things for me. But what are you shifting? What we end up doing out of the
[00:12:25] church is we come out of things and we want God to automatically move us into something else, but we never ask him what it is. And we're not willing to do what it takes to get into it.
[00:12:38] Because what if what you're going into comes with giants? What if there's opposition in the place you're going into. And what ends up happening is many times we never shift into what God is saying
[00:12:55] because we're just so happy to be out of what we used to be in. And today I need you to know God's concern. Write it down as a point. God is always more concerned with what you are shifting
[00:13:09] into. What kind of father are you shifting into? What kind of employee are you shifting into?
[00:13:18] what type of church member are you shifting into I found transformation church such a great church everybody loves me here and I'm so glad to be out of that old church okay good and we don't know the
[00:13:29] full context of where you came from so you did become brand new when you got here but just let me say this if you don't shift into everything God called you to be here what's shifting out of
[00:13:40] that even worth it you shifted out of your last marriage into a worse one okay oh come on y'all you're on your third marriage. You never learned the lessons in the wilderness. You shifted into
[00:13:57] something that was less than what God shifted you out of. And today I want us to methodically and slowly consider where God is taking us as opposed to just where we came from.
[00:14:12] Okay. Somebody say, I'm shifting into something. Can you put it on the back LED screen real big?
[00:14:18] You already had it up there. I'm shifting into something. I'm shifting into something y'all ain't never seen. Let me just give you something as your pastor. You don't know me. God did a work on the inside of me on this sabbatical that changed the way that I do everything that I do,
[00:14:37] the way that I pastor, the way that I father, the way that I lead, the way that I'm a friend.
[00:14:40] He has transformed me from the inside. I'm shifting into something. I might have to reintroduce myself to y'all every month the rest of this year. Hello, my name is Michael. I'm your pastor but I'm shifting in to do not get comfortable at the version you know about me
[00:15:00] y'all some of y'all need to grab that by faith do not get comfortable you don't you don't know me because I'm different than I was yesterday you don't know me because I'm gonna respond differently than I responded last week look at your neighbor and say you don't know me
[00:15:18] why because I'm shifting I'm shifting into something husbands and wives approach each other with with curiosity because you're shifting into something different okay somebody say it's time say it with faith it's time I'm shifting this is what I'm gonna ask
[00:15:41] everybody to do I'm gonna list a couple of things that I believe God told me prophetically to say out loud over you and if any of these apply to you I just want you to stand by faith okay
[00:15:52] If they don't apply to you, just stay seated.
[00:15:54] But if they apply to you, you just stand by faith and you start grabbing this.
[00:15:58] Somebody say, it's time.
[00:15:59] I'm shifting into discipline and out of chaos.
[00:16:04] Okay, I love my church because we real often here.
[00:16:08] Somebody say, it's time.
[00:16:10] I'm shifting into stewardship and out of waste.
[00:16:14] Somebody say, it's time.
[00:16:16] I'm shifting into prayer and out of worry.
[00:16:20] Somebody say, it's time.
[00:16:22] I'm shifting into collaboration and out of isolation somebody say it's time I'm shifting into trust and shifting out of control somebody say it's time I feel like preaching in here I'm shifting into standards and I'm shifting out of emotional despair you don't get to play with
[00:16:47] my emotions no more I got a standard baby you can't take me on a date oh you don't got a job You don't love God, and you don't know how to pray. Somebody say, it's time. I'm shifting
[00:17:07] into expectation and out of cynicism. I know what the world says, but my God says something different. This Word is giving me life in a crazy, dark world. Somebody say, it's time.
[00:17:22] I'm shifting into abundance and out of lack. I will have abundance of wisdom. Oh, you thought I was just talking about money. I will have abundance of peace. I will have an abundance of words of knowledge. I will have abundance of understanding. Everybody else might not get it,
[00:17:41] but baby, I got the mind of Christ. Somebody shout at me, it's time. I'm shifting into purpose and out of procrastination. By faith, I'm telling you something's about to shift. Somebody say, it's time. I'm shifting into confidence and out of insecurity. If you know it's your time to shift,
[00:18:05] give God one more big shout of praise before you take your seat. Yes, it's time. Take your seats.
[00:18:13] I'm shifting into something. The reason I have to talk to you like this is because I'm trying to be your coach right now, to bring you out of spiritual paralysis. Some of y'all have been stuck
[00:18:25] in the quicksand of your faith, and God's like, come on, baby. It's time. It's time to move.
[00:18:31] Me and my daughters were talking about it. I have a daughter who's about to turn 13. I don't want to talk about it because I'm emotional, but we were talking about their first steps the other
[00:18:40] day, and we were going to back, and I'm that dad. I'm that dad that records everything. I'm that dad that has all the footage, and we were talking about their first step. They don't remember it,
[00:18:51] but me and Natalie were telling them, it's time. I know your muscles are big enough.
[00:18:59] I know you probably are a little wobbly, but we were encouraging to take steps. If you've ever seen your kids walk you're standing in front of them and you're saying come on baby come on baby
[00:19:09] it's time and i just see god saying to you like this come on baby it's time it's time for you to stop falling into sin like that anymore it's time for you to have a standard and stand up and what
[00:19:21] i called you to do it's time for you to speak the word and it actually come to pass in your life somebody say it's time it's time because when god shifts you i want you to write this down
[00:19:37] the shift into whatever you're shifting into reveals god's intention for you but it requires our implementation let me say it one more time whatever you're shifting into reveals that god intends for you to do more he intends to put you in the game he intends that you actually play
[00:20:02] people be um you know if you're not in sports that and you're just spectating like and watching a coach get on its players a lot of times you'll find that the coach is harder on a couple of
[00:20:15] players and the reason that the coach continues to point out all of their flaws is because they intend for them to be in the game when the coach don't say nothing to you be very worried because
[00:20:32] you are not an intricate part of the plan. But when God tells you, hey, it's time to change this.
[00:20:38] It's time to up your language. It's time for you to forgive. It's because he has an intention for you. But anytime God, our great coach has an intention for you, he does not do what you have
[00:20:53] to do. So his intention is stopped at your implementation. Okay. I got to slow down because some of y'all just hear the alliterations like that's an I word and that's an I word and that's
[00:21:06] an I word. That was good, Pastor Mike. Listen to the words I'm saying. Whatever you're shifting into, it means God has an intention for you, but his intention for you is stop if you don't
[00:21:18] implement or obey his instructions. So God can say shift and you can say stay. God can say shift and you can be like, not yet. God can say shift and you can be like, but God, I really don't want
[00:21:36] people to look at me that way and he's saying hey I want to play you I want to count on you I want you to actually be a part of the next move I'm about to do this is Joshua's whole thing he
[00:21:50] said Moses is dead get up lead the people they don't know I'm the leader I told you you were though I have intention for you to lead them into the promised land I didn't get to tell you this
[00:22:00] last week and maybe I'll preach a sermon on it at the end of it but one of the reasons I believe that God chose Joshua to lead the people is because a few chapters earlier, Moses sent out
[00:22:11] people to go spy out the land. Do y'all remember this? One of the two people that came back with a positive report, his name was Joshua. Joshua was the one that God called to lead these people
[00:22:25] into the promised land because he had been there before. He didn't go as the leader. He went as a servant. Many times, y'all don't hear what I'm saying. You think God got you in that place
[00:22:37] because you're a lowly servant. He's trying to get you used to walking on ground that you'll own one day. He's trying to get you in a place to get familiar while you're around those people.
[00:22:47] I got to stop yelling, y'all. I'm so sorry, but I'm happy because I believe that God used Joshua because he had the faith to look at a place that was filled with milk and honey and had giants in
[00:23:03] it. His confession was, we are well able. Some of y'all have to get a different confession.
[00:23:12] How much is the house? It's a lot, but we are well. Y'all don't hear me. How are we going to start that business? I'm not sure, but we are well. If God be for us… Y'all don't believe the
[00:23:25] word. It's God before me, Charles. Who's going to stand against me? Okay, maybe the Bible is not helping you. Let me give you a live example. When God intends to use you, he's going to give
[00:23:43] you instructions, and you have to obey them right now before you understand it. God was trying to shift me personally into health about five years ago, because God said, I have intention for you to represent me to the entire world for a long time, but your body can't take it. You are carrying
[00:24:06] around weight that is unnecessary. I'm not talking about you. If you feel convicted, take that up with God, but this is me. And people close to me know that God told me your body, physical health,
[00:24:19] mental health, emotional health, the ministry can go only to the level your body can take it.
[00:24:24] I said, Lord, that ain't fair. Cause I know a lot of fat preachers that are doing really well.
[00:24:30] and i just feel like that's not okay he said i have intentions for you so after the intention he gave me instructions to implement stop eating fast food every day meal prep hire a trainer
[00:24:47] workout five days a week you drink mostly water god this feels like hell this does not feel like heaven what he was trying to do is tell me i have something for you i plan to use you
[00:25:04] but you stop it if you don't watch this prophetic word execute I had to interrupt the message real quick I'm about to go right back to preaching but I need you to hear me say this you need to be a
[00:25:17] conference I literally don't ever do this but I am interrupting the service because you're hearing something right now that's like maybe it could be me maybe I could be the one to change my whole
[00:25:28] family and the conference theme this year is bloodline there is somebody that has to interrupt the bloodline it may have not started with you but it ends with you those generational patterns those habits all of those things are being cut off and something new is about to happen a season
[00:25:45] of generational blessing I'm so committed to this that I asked the team could there be a way for us to get a code a discount or something to let them know it don't matter about the money we need you
[00:25:56] to be here and this is what they said you can text v5 to 828282 right now from your phone like do it right now and then in the promo code type shift and it's going to give you a discount that's going
[00:26:08] to help you prayerfully make it to conference there's less than 300 tickets left and i believe one of those tickets has your name on it and god wants you to be a part of this moment because you
[00:26:18] are going to change your bloodline now back to the message and i think there are so many people in the body of christ that if god went silent right now and never said another thing you would
[00:26:28] have enough to do for two lifetimes. If you just obeyed what he already told you to do. Okay.
[00:26:35] Don't be mad at me. All I'm telling you is your implementation is low. Your obedience is low.
[00:26:46] You're following instructions. You would get an F on a test. Well, maybe you do know you're failing because understanding is not obedience. Most people can explain to me what they're supposed to do and still never do it. Y'all don't hear what I'm saying in here. God is desiring for you to
[00:27:09] become something and you can know what you need to do, but that doesn't mean you did it today.
[00:27:14] I'm trying to move you from just understanding it to obedience because God has an intention for you.
[00:27:21] This is why James chapter one, verse 22 says, but don't just be a hearer or listen to God's word.
[00:27:28] you must everybody say do what it says if you don't do what it says it says otherwise you are only fooling yourself uh-oh you fooling yourself when you don't obey God for if you listen to the
[00:27:46] word and don't obey it it's like glancing at your face in a mirror and then forgetting what you look like hear me when I say it if you're going to shift into this next level you have to obey the
[00:28:02] instructions that come with the shift okay I'm gonna walk you slowly into this let me give you another another example because the children of Israel may not be enough for you that we lost 40 years and over 2 million people because God delivered them from slavery but they never
[00:28:19] went into the promised land now their kids have an opportunity to do this and God said maybe you're gonna have to do something your parents never did maybe you're gonna have to do something that big
[00:28:33] mama never was able to do. Maybe you're going to have to do something. Watch this. That's uncomfortable and unfamiliar. This is what happened to me. God told me, he said, Michael, I'm shifting you into vulnerability. And if anybody knows me personally, that's a hard one for me
[00:28:49] because I'm a, I'm an eight on the Enneagram. I feel like emotions are by the way, extra things like let's get it done. This, all this, this ain't going to help nothing. So handle that and let's
[00:29:01] go and God said yeah guess what I'm shifting you from your natural to the supernatural I need you to be more vulnerable for what God I need to be a strong man of God he said because that wife I gave
[00:29:11] you to be vulnerable is going to make you close with her so you're going to have to share when you're hurting you're going to have to share when you're scared you're going to have to share and I
[00:29:23] was like that feels a little too oh vulnerable and God told me he said because I want to use your relationship as an example of what I can do with two people who are surrendered. You're going to
[00:29:35] have to get more vulnerable. Okay, God, so I need to shift in the vulnerability. So what does that mean? He said, the intention is I want to use you, so now you got to have some implementation. Tell
[00:29:45] me what to do, God. Go to counseling by yourself and do an intensive for five days and meet with this man and tell him all your business and then ask him what should I do and pray about it and
[00:29:58] cry on the floor and get in touch with little Michael and read the scriptures and do all this ridiculous vulnerable stuff and then come back and have enough energy to share with your wife what you've been going through because it's not enough to be like it was good oh y'all know how
[00:30:15] me and we will sum it all up how was it good do you feel better yup and what I'm telling you why are you telling me this is because the shift into something always leads to a promise God desires
[00:30:36] for you more than you desire for yourself. His promise for you outweigh the greatest days of your life. You've never seen the man you're going to be or the woman you're going to be until you tap into the promises of God. But you cannot do that without obeying what he tells you
[00:30:55] to do. James 2.26, this is one of the most famous scriptures in the world. And even if you didn't know this was the reference, you probably heard this. Faith without works. Say it again. Faith
[00:31:06] without works is dead. I read that scripture because I've said it, put it on t-shirts. One of the greatest messages I ever spoke in my youth ministry was about this. And what ended up happening was I didn't realize the context of where God put this and who he was talking about
[00:31:25] when he said it. My friend Travis Green says, you can't just read the Bible. You got to read the Bible. And so I was looking at this this week to tell you, man, obey God, have faith and put your
[00:31:37] faith with actions, and it's going to do great things for you, brother. That's what I wanted to say. But then I started reading up and then reading down. In verse 25, he's talking specifically about somebody's crazy faith. Can y'all guess who God was talking about in James chapter 2,
[00:32:00] verse 25? Now, let me give you a cheat sheet to the test. At the first part of James chapter 2, he was talking about Abraham, the father of our faith, the one that God is going to use. We got
[00:32:11] Abraham. Abraham, he probably had faith. Do you know the only other example they used in this story was a woman named Rahab. Now, if you don't read your Bible, you won't understand how revolutionary this is because Rahab never shows up in the Bible without her profession being right
[00:32:31] after her name. Oh, y'all don't know what I'm talking about. In my Bible, it says Rahab the prostitute. God dog. Now, you could have just said Ray. You could have just said Ray Ray. You could
[00:32:45] have just said Rahab in her last name, but you got to put in, watch this, the thing that people would judge about her as a part of her identity, but the thing about the Bible is everything is
[00:33:01] put their own purpose for purpose so that somebody else could learn from it. So they call her in the entire Bible, Rahab, the prostitute. Now, this is an example, the Bible says, of faith, great faith
[00:33:19] with action. Abraham, Rahab, the prostitute. We don't get Abraham the drunk. Nobody else in this thing gets defined by their worst moment. But Rahab, the prostitute, and I begin to say, why is that? Well, when I was studying my Bible, I went from James chapter two, verse 26, and I found out
[00:33:49] that Rahab's story is found in Joshua number two. Last week was Joshua number one, and this week is Joshua number two. God tells Joshua, shift, take these people into the promised land. The next chapter he says before we take over and walk around the walls of Jericho and get this big
[00:34:10] victory I want to tell you about a woman whose faith was so great that she shifted her whole family okay because some of y'all think that your whole family has to get it for them to actually be
[00:34:26] saved but my bible says if I got one believing person one believing family member one person that says, as for me and my house, I know they in the streets right now. I know they doing stuff
[00:34:40] that has nothing to do with God. We will serve the Lord. Okay. This is a woman with great faith.
[00:34:48] The Bible says, because she was about to shift for her entire family. She was about to change her family's bloodline. Okay. Some of y'all, this is hitting your soul because this is the shift that's about to be made you thought it was just a shift to be able to be happier no no no no he's
[00:35:12] called you to change the bloodline of your family and I'm telling you this because as I was reading the word of God he said Michael don't skip over this and just talk about the people getting to
[00:35:26] walk into the promised land because there's some people right now who are believing that feel like they have to believe timidly because of where they've been what they've been doing how they are seeing how people are categorizing them. And I know you don't know nothing about this,
[00:35:46] but it feels bad when people are lying about you or telling the truth about you. And the thing is not in a good light. Rahab, the prostitute has to decide to shift. Somebody say shift.
[00:36:00] And this is what I want to give you. I want to give everybody a confession for the next seven days. I want to give you a confession to say every morning so you can shift. I am a very
[00:36:10] spiritual person that wants everything to be practical. I don't want you to talk about the seventh heaven if I don't know how to use it on Monday. A lot of the church is about impressing
[00:36:22] people with no application, but I need you to execute. Somebody's like, what do I do after church? I want you to say this confession. Look at it. I wrote this out specifically for every person in this room that knows it's time to shift. It says, I'm shifting into something new.
[00:36:37] say it after me. I'm shifting into something new. Okay. We're going to try that again. I didn't give quite good enough instructions because that was very bad. Okay. So, so I'm going to say it. And
[00:36:50] then you're going to say it. Somebody say I'm shifting into something new because God has good intentions for me. I will be found faithful. Now I will implement the instructions that may or may not make sense to me. With full trust and devotion, I will not just hear the word. Say it with faith.
[00:37:22] I will not just hear the word. I will do the work. I will trust fully, obey boldly, and move faithfully.
[00:37:36] I'm done standing still. It's time to shift. If you believe that, give God a shout of praise in this place. I want you to take a picture of that. We're going to put it online. I want you to say
[00:37:52] it every day because some of you, the transformation has to happen here first. You're not stuck in that job. You're not stuck at that house. You're not stuck in that rut. God is shifting you,
[00:38:03] but you have to be willing to have great faith no matter what your situation looks like right now.
[00:38:11] This is where we find Rahab, the prostitute. Some of y'all are offended because I keep saying it.
[00:38:18] The Bible says it. I want you to understand there's a reason why they keep saying this to let you know, no matter where you are, you are not too far from God using you to shift your life
[00:38:38] and your family's life. Watch this while you still getting clean from what you in.
[00:38:44] Oh yeah. Okay. I felt the religious get really, I felt you. Okay. Joshua chapter two, verse one.
[00:38:55] I'm gonna read I'm gonna skip through this story so you can see that pastor Mike not just making this up I'm gonna give you three points and we're gonna go home because somebody's shift is about to
[00:39:03] happen right now it says then Joshua secretly sent out two spies from the Israelite camp this is just funny last time Moses sent out 12 Joshua's like I ain't doing that no more only two came back with a positive report I'm only sending two this time I need a positive report
[00:39:20] just wisdom wisdom okay applied knowledge just funny to me he instructed them scout out the land on the other side of the Jordan river river especially around Jericho this was a fortified city and he said so the two men set out and came to the house of the prostitute named Rahab and
[00:39:38] stayed there that night I got a lot of questions I just you know I got a lot of questions that out of every place to stay these two men of God end up at the brothel but God's working on everybody
[00:39:54] that's a religion watch this watch this watch this watch this I did that because I wanted you to see how religion looks at something immediately to judge it for the wrong reason but as they were
[00:40:10] spies they were undercover and so the thing that you need to know is that they were trying to go to the most inconspicuous place that all kinds of people would be at and Rahab's brothel was on the
[00:40:26] wall that means that men would come in from war come in for traveling come in from everywhere and all types of people would be in this place so it was the safest place for them to be in
[00:40:36] without being seen I just want to give you context to what's happening because some of y'all got stuck that why they at the brothel it's because they were trying to spy out the land and this is
[00:40:49] one of the things, this ain't a part of my sermon, Pastor Charles, but I got to say it. This is why you can't judge where you find believers at, because some believers have integrity to be in
[00:40:57] places that are, okay, because they're sitting there on secret mission. There are people that are supposed to be in places not to be changed by the atmosphere, but to actually change the atmosphere, and there are too many of us that if we see a believer in something, you think something
[00:41:14] is wrong, but maybe they were assigned by God. That ain't even my message. I just need y'all to know we got to stop judging people. When God calls them to be in places, Rahab never gets the
[00:41:29] opportunity to be saved if these men do not have the integrity to be in the brothel for one night without committing sin. I won't even touch that. I won't even touch that. Go to Joshua chapter two,
[00:41:42] verse eight. It says before the spies went to sleep that night, Rahab went on the roof to talk to them. Oh my God, this ain't even my sermon. They didn't stay inside the brothel. They were
[00:41:55] supposed to be in the atmosphere, but they went to the roof. They went to the place where it could be thought they were in there for one reason, but their integrity took them higher and they were
[00:42:04] sitting on the roof. Charles, this is coming from God. I need somebody to say, when you are in it, you're not supposed to be of it.
[00:42:16] I'm in the club to minister, but you don't have 15 shots.
[00:42:19] That's being, hold on, wait, wait, wait, wait.
[00:42:29] Ah, gritty.
[00:42:32] Man looks on the outward.
[00:42:35] God looks at the heart.
[00:42:38] When believers start walking in integrity, it can look bad and still be good, okay?
[00:42:44] He said she went to talk to them on the roof, and she noticed that they was walking different than everybody else.
[00:42:50] look what Rahab says um hello fellas I just wanted to let y'all know I see who y'all are I discern it and I know the Lord has given y'all the land we are all afraid of you just yeah we
[00:43:09] we are scared and honestly everyone in the land is living here in terror verse 10 for we have heard how the Lord made a dry path for you through the Red Sea when you left Egypt and we know what you
[00:43:24] did to Sihon and the OG it's all but I like the OG the two Amorite kings east of the Jordan River whose people you completely destroyed we heard about y'all and we heard about your God it says
[00:43:39] so no wonder our hearts have melted in fear no one has the courage to fight y'all after hearing such things for the Lord your God listen to how she talking for the Lord your God is the supreme
[00:43:52] God of the heavens above and the earth below. Verse 12. Now, swear to me by the Lord that you serve that you'll be kind to me because I could have put y'all on blast and told everybody,
[00:44:10] here are the spies, but I ain't going to do y'all like that. I'm going to hide you here.
[00:44:16] I need you to give me a guarantee that when Jericho is conquered, you will let me live along with my father. Let me give you my list. My mother, my brothers, my sisters, and all their families. She was like, not just me. I need, uh, do y'all see this?
[00:44:41] No, no, no. I'm going somewhere. I want you to follow me in the Bible. Go down to verse 17.
[00:44:46] It said before the men left, the men told her, we going to do what you ask. Cause we ain't seen crazy faith like this in a minute you a woman and in that culture that was looked at as
[00:44:57] lower you're a prostitute ill that that's what that's what they would have said in that moment look watch this you're a gentile you don't even believe like us but because of your crazy faith y'all don't hear me when you have faith to believe something even if you don't have any
[00:45:13] other qualifications I'm getting happy God begins to respond to faith watch this no matter who it comes from. That makes me feel good. No matter if your family believe, no matter if you don't have
[00:45:27] all of the language, no matter if you can speak in tongues, no matter if you don't understand how to do it right, my God responds to faith. And this prostitute, watch this, while at work.
[00:45:44] This wasn't a day of worshiping the Lord. She was at work. She was like, y'all, I'll be right back.
[00:45:49] I'm going to go. I'm going to go take a smoke break on the roof real quick. Put yourself in the Bible. She said, I know who y'all are and we know your God about to take over this whole thing.
[00:46:01] I got faith to believe that if I, if I hide y'all here, y'all will be kind to me. Verse 17. Look at this. I love the Bible. Before they left, the men told her we will be bound by the oath we have
[00:46:13] taken. Watch this. Only if you follow these instructions, I just want to let you know that when God comes to tell you something that he's going to shift, that it always comes with instructions.
[00:46:30] And he, listen to what they said.
[00:46:32] Verse 18, this is what I want to preach.
[00:46:34] When we come into the land and bust everybody up, it didn't say that, but that's what I saw.
[00:46:41] When we come into the land and bust everybody up, you must leave, watch this, the scarlet rope hanging from the window through which you let us down with, And all of your family members, your father, your mother, your brother, your babies, kids, cousins, everybody, all your relatives, watch this, must be here inside.
[00:47:10] Today, I want to preach in my last 15 minutes.
[00:47:14] It's time to get in the house.
[00:47:17] I said, it's time to get in the house.
[00:47:26] God is not protecting you in the streets no more.
[00:47:29] He said, I need you in the house.
[00:47:32] I need you in the house I've called you to.
[00:47:34] I need you in the house that may not be the place you want to be.
[00:47:38] But it's time to get in the house.
[00:47:47] He said, Michael, my protection comes with a perimeter.
[00:47:50] he said I can minister and touch and heal and save and my grace extends to people outside of that all the time he said but when I give an instruction of a location to be in you bets be
[00:48:05] there I'm sorry that was country you better be there why are you saying that because in the house in the house of God some of you have been flirting with church with God house you grew up in church
[00:48:21] you didn't know. You let the weather dictate whether you're going to be in the house.
[00:48:25] You let other things… I'm coming as your pastor today to set this straight real quick.
[00:48:29] You let how you're feeling and a little headache… You don't make those decisions when you have to go to work. You only have four PTO days. You say, I'm about to get this money no matter what. You
[00:48:40] need to get this provision in the house. You need to get this word in the house. That job ain't seeing you through every situation, but the God, the Prince of Peace has been… Somebody say,
[00:48:52] get in the house. I know it's rough to get your teenage kids to get up on Sundays. I know it's rough, but they go to school, and you get them kids to that public school system and them friends
[00:49:08] and all the other stuff for eight hours a day, and you won't give them to the house of God for three hours a week, 14 with a full agenda on Sunday. Okay. It's time to get in. You better
[00:49:28] hear this prophetic declaration. I'm saying to y'all being a part of the Ecclesia or the body of Christ is no longer an option. It is a matter of safety. Y'all didn't hear what I just said.
[00:49:41] I'm coming to prophetically tell you being a part, a known part of the body is a matter of safety. Everything around you is about to come down, but the only place you're safe in the house.
[00:50:00] Okay. It's in the house. It's in the house. Like when I need peace, it's in the house. Like I couldn't find the words to pray this week. I almost went back into the depression, but somehow
[00:50:14] I got in the house and they started singing a song and you'll forever be holy and somehow that spirit of heaviness got up off of me because I was in today I'm giving transformation church
[00:50:33] um um um actual and anybody that's listening I'm giving you a prophetic command get in the house and Rahab wasn't the only one that got in the house because she could have been selfish and said as long as I'm good like I mean everybody else but her exact instructions was
[00:50:55] could you make space for me my mama my daddy my brothers my sisters they kids and some of you have stopped sharing your faith you've stopped caring about anybody outside of your specific okay and God's calling you to be the one to actually be the clarion call for your
[00:51:27] whole family to get in the house this is not just for you it's for the protection of watch this your bloodline if Rahab does not take this moment of faith everybody in her family gets wiped out
[00:51:41] addiction takes the whole family out divorce takes the whole family out the generational patterns, but Rahab to say, I know I'm not the cleanest, but I got something all these other people don't have. Guess what it is? Common sense. You thought I was about to say faith.
[00:52:07] Watch this. Watch this. Rahab had enough common sense to say what I've been loyal to ain't working no more. Need to switch allegiances. See how she started talking. Your God is mighty.
[00:52:32] He's the supreme God. She ain't never prayed, ain't never sang a worship song, ain't never done anything, but she said, I got enough common sense to say something is shifting here. We not safe in these streets no more. Pastor Mike, why are you saying this? Because
[00:52:53] the subtitle to my message is a common-sense shift. Y'all are over-spiritualizing the shift that needs to happen in your life. Some of the things you need to do is just look around.
[00:53:09] See, I'm telling y'all I want to be spiritual and practical. Rahab did not get a prophecy.
[00:53:14] Two men are coming to your brothel, and they will be glowing. As you see them pass, the wind of his glory will hit you. That's how you'll know they are the man.
[00:53:24] And she was looking like, two men just came into the brothel and they asked for no ladies.
[00:53:34] They went straight to the roof.
[00:53:37] Hmm, y'all hold on one second.
[00:53:40] They don't look like everybody else.
[00:53:41] Their language, their dialect, something's different about them.
[00:53:44] She wasn't using a spiritual gift.
[00:53:47] She was using common.
[00:53:55] And the shift that many of you need, it's a common sense shift.
[00:54:02] Shift.
[00:54:08] But you don't read your Bible.
[00:54:10] If you need a word from God, it's called the word.
[00:54:15] God. You want a word or own time or rhema? Open it. This is a common sense shift.
[00:54:33] Let me define a common sense shift because this is what you needed today. Some of y'all have been like, eat. I know we're going into fasting next week, but some of y'all have been fasting for the wrong thing. I know you ain't never heard no pastor say this. You don't need
[00:54:50] to fast for more finances. You need a job and a budget. You don't want to work. Hold on. No job is good enough for you right now. Common sense. You don't have Louis Vuitton money. How you pulling
[00:55:18] up in the Tesla at the apartment complex with no Tesla charger? You stealing charge. You are stealing charge from somewhere. I'm not saying one day you can't have a Tesla. I'm just saying right now you need a bike. You need an electric bike. You need to start pedaling and then coast
[00:55:56] for about two miles. You said you wanted to get in shape too. I just want you to know this is also the woman that in Hebrews is called a woman of great faith, because great faith many times
[00:56:20] starts with common sense. That is nasty. Let me give you the definition. A common sense shift is when you stop being loyal to something that clearly isn't working anymore. I'm going to say it one more time for the people in the back. A common sense shift is when you stop being loyal
[00:56:44] to something that is clearly not working anymore. That relationship don't work no more.
[00:56:53] him calling you at 1am to see what you watching nothing big head stop no i'm trying to this is clearly not working but you're still loyal to it the shift you need is common you have to stop
[00:57:27] responding when you are emotional this don't you don't need a word you need common you're about to get fired again. Cause you want to let them know how you feel. You need to write that email and
[00:57:44] then push delete. Cause you know, this is leading to nowhere. It's common. You know, if you have great faith, you don't need to ask that friend what they think about it. Cause that friend ain't
[00:58:04] believe God ever. So why would you go to the person who don't trust God to find out if you should take a step in trusting God? Y'all don't need to have friends who have bad marriages
[00:58:24] when you trying to have a good marriage. Cause asking them, what would you do, bro?
[00:58:31] His stuff is jacked up. You don't ask him. It's you're loving something that don't love you back.
[00:58:54] you're committed to something and someone who's not committed to you back and Rahab realizes me being loyal to this city and where I came from is no longer working God has chosen Jericho's coming down and if you study the actual geography her brothel is on the wall her brothel listen if you
[00:59:20] study is built into the wall so literally the wall of Jericho is coming down and her house is built into the wall so the first thing to go is gonna be my house unless you're covered
[00:59:43] oh my god it doesn't tell us that she was supposed to get out of the house it says get everybody in the house so the rest of the wall's gonna fall but guess what there was a little sliver
[01:00:02] there was a little piece of that wall still standing where it said don't touch it because there was a red started rope that reminds me of what happened in the passover to get a lamb and
[01:00:17] put the blood on the door and it was a type and a shadow of what jesus christ would do the perfect lamb that was slain. So, when you see the blood, you got to pass off.
[01:00:36] Oh, my goodness. What are you saying, Pastor Mike? It probably wouldn't have made sense for her to get in the house if she knew the wall was coming down, because God still wanted to do
[01:00:52] a miracle that she wouldn't be able to take credit for. She could have left right then and be like, y'all, family, we got to go. It's going down. She could have done that. That would have
[01:01:03] been a way she made, but the instructions God gave was get everybody you know and you love, get them in the house. So it took faith to trust God. It took vulnerability to call, Hey, Jamarcus, Deleon, Chad. I don't know what these kids' names were. Richard, Rico,
[01:01:33] Rahobius. Everybody, tell your cousins. Tell them. Come on. Come on. Tell them all. Why?
[01:01:44] It don't even matter. It's time to get in the house. Come on. Somebody do like this.
[01:01:49] I believe you're calling your family into the house of God. I believe this is going to be the sign. Hey, I know you don't like church, but come on. I'm going to buy you lunch every weekend.
[01:02:00] Come on. I know this don't make sense to you right now. You're a Muslim, but come on. Y'all don't hear me. Come get in. Mom, dad, I want you to go to church with me. You want to spend time with me?
[01:02:11] You want to build a relationship? God's saying it's time to get them in the house by any means necessary because listen a common sense shift can produce family salvation and change your bloodline Rahab is the key to people who didn't even know about Israel's God
[01:02:46] they didn't even know yet they were living in a whole different religion but they got saved because of one woman's common and her common sense turned into great faith and when her great faith then becomes fully blossomed she now shows up in the bible over four times with spiritual giants
[01:03:13] y'all don't hear me i'm talking abraham i'm talking she this woman rahab is in the hall of faith in hebrews rahab name and they leave prostitute there they don't ever take the prostitute away, because I need you to know you cannot go into your next shift and not carry your
[01:03:32] testimony. Don't roll up your testimony. Yeah, I used to be that. That was me. That's crazy, ain't it? But look what the Lord has done. If you know God has brought you a mighty long way, give him a
[01:03:47] shout of praise in this place. Standing all over this place, I need somebody to hear me say this who has been ashamed of the last seasons of your life. Watch this. Rahab proves to us
[01:04:03] and literally gives us credible evidence that you can be saved even if you are not yet sanctified.
[01:04:12] I know the religious, they want to clean fish that have not been caught yet.
[01:04:18] But Rahab proves to us that her faith while at work as a prostitute on whatever night this was, she saved her entire family because she had faith to believe she didn't have to have it
[01:04:34] all together yet everybody listen to me you're gonna miss the best part of this sermon god is calling you now now well i gotta get some things together now well i was just smoking with
[01:04:50] them last week now god is not as concerned about where you are today as he is concerned about where you are going. And this moment for the body of Christ is time for you to get in the
[01:05:05] house because it is divine protection. Because watch this, your current patterns don't change God's sovereign pattern. All throughout the word, God uses people that people think you shouldn't use. All throughout the word, he takes the lowly. He takes the one who has an issue, the one who has
[01:05:27] an addiction, the one who is a tax collector, the one who's a prostitute, the one he specializes sovereignly in choosing the one that everybody else would throw away. And he's saying, what about you? Why can't we do this great work together today? I want you to understand that she saves
[01:05:47] her whole family because she did three things. She looked, she listened, and then she took a leap.
[01:05:55] common sense everybody say common sense her shift came because she looked they're different she listened they talking different something's happening i heard about their god and she took a leap hey i want to make a commitment to you i'll save you now but i'm asking you
[01:06:17] remember me and save me and my family up here pastor mike why is this important because god told me when you're in the right house three things happen and I don't want you to forget
[01:06:31] this and I need everybody to watch this message again I need you to send it to your whole family because this is a bloodline changing message when you get in the right house the right house of God
[01:06:43] the right place that he calls you to be in three things happen you get covering you get connection and your calling gets to come alive watch this Rahab's family listen do not get saved if they're
[01:06:59] at the neighbor's house. What are you trying to say, Pastor Mike? Being around the house of God is not being in the house of God. And a lot of y'all are around the house of God. A lot of people
[01:07:12] are, oh yeah, I watched them. And oh, I love Pastor Stephen Furtick. And oh yeah, I went to the concert. And oh yeah. And don't nobody know your name in the house. You're not serving in the
[01:07:22] house. You're not putting your hands to the plow in the house. In a big old church like this, you'd be like, yeah, man, I love Transformation Church. You've been here five years and you never
[01:07:32] clean the house. You never ate at the table in the house. You sit in and slip out. God's saying, I want you to be in the house because I'm trying to cover you. Covering, the word in the Hebrew
[01:07:49] that's here in the scripture is hyssop, and it actually means to be under something. It's kind of like the concept of an umbrella. You can't stop it from raining, but you can stop the rain
[01:07:59] from getting on you. And God says, when you're in the right house, when you're actually committed, I can't stop the crazy from happening in the world, but I can cover you while the crazy is happening.
[01:08:11] And you need connection to be able to be all that you can be.
[01:08:14] And you need to answer the calling.
[01:08:16] What are you saying, Pastor Mike?
[01:08:18] The streetlight is on.
[01:08:19] It's time to come home.
[01:08:25] See, some of y'all are too young to remember this.
[01:08:28] But back in the day, in the 70s, in the 60s, in the 80s, even a little bit in the 90s, We didn't have iPads, and we didn't have the internet in our pockets.
[01:08:39] Okay, can anybody remember with me when outside was the best place to be?
[01:08:45] And what would happen is you would play on the streets.
[01:08:49] You might be playing basketball on the street corner.
[01:08:52] You may be at your friend's house jumping on the trampoline, or you might be playing stickball in the street.
[01:08:59] But there was an international sign that it was time to get in the house.
[01:09:07] I feel my help coming on does anybody remember what that international sign was it's when it got dark all around and then the street light came on and when you saw the street light come
[01:09:21] on it didn't matter where you was at in the game it didn't matter y'all know what I'm saying like hey y'all I got to go because I ain't getting whooped tonight for y'all the bible says your
[01:09:39] word will be a light unto my feet, a lamp unto my feet and a light to my path. Today, I came to tell you that the light is on and the world is getting darker and darker. There's wars literally happening
[01:10:03] right now and rumors of wars and gas prices and all of these different things. And you're getting worried and scared, and God said, but my light has not dimmed. It's time to get in. Today, I need you
[01:10:23] to know that the Rahab revelation was not deep. It was common sense. Some of the shifts that God is calling you to make are not going to come with some big prophetic utterance. He's going to tell
[01:10:38] you to look around, learn what's happening, and take a leap of faith. Why? Because when you get in the right house, you're covered. Last night at about one o'clock in the morning, if you're in
[01:10:52] Tulsa, there was a storm that happened, knocked out power, woke up kids, did all kinds of stuff.
[01:11:00] We didn't even know it was coming. Channel six, you didn't tell us. It was crazy. But the truth of the matter is we couldn't stop the storm from coming. But the only thing that has me here today
[01:11:15] is I wasn't outside where the lightning was hitting. I was protected in, in today church.
[01:11:27] I'm sitting here because it's time for you to stop negotiating with what's next.
[01:11:35] God said, I'm telling you the shift is for you to get yourself and your whole family in the house. Pastor Mike, that make, that makes sense. But you know, churches are so different and y'all go a little longer than I'm used to
[01:11:54] or oh, y'all play a lot of the, hey, guess what?
[01:11:59] Back then that was the only house they could be in.
[01:12:03] But today the Bible calls us the body of Christ.
[01:12:09] And I'm so committed to this that we have from the beginning of our church made a decision that we would not just promote our church.
[01:12:19] We would not just say, you get in this house.
[01:12:22] we literally make cars that say not your cup of tea and today i'm going to give everybody the opportunity if this is not the church or the house that you feel called to it's fine we we want you
[01:12:35] to be refreshed helped inspired literally i want you to be set on fire but i need you to find the house that you are called to because i don't want you and listen to me when i say this these streets
[01:12:51] ain't safe no more it's not it's not okay for you to just be searching online for spirituality you will find yourself in a cult quicker being y'all don't hear me i know people who knew the
[01:13:06] word now they taking no i'm not playing because everybody you're built with a god hole looking for the truth but your faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God so this little card right
[01:13:28] here it says not your cup of tea and we made these up we've had them for almost a decade and I told our team that we are going to be a kingdom place that if this is not your house
[01:13:39] We good. Find your house and get in the house. This is not a matter of sensationalism. This is a matter of safety. And on the back, you'll find a list of other churches, literally a block away
[01:13:59] from us and churches all over the country. Why are you saying this, Pastor Mike? Because it's your time to get in the house. Because there's two type of people that are hearing this message today.
[01:14:13] the first one are people who've been in the house and the enemy's been trying to lure you into the streets. And I came to tell you, stay in the house. This is not a negotiation. Well,
[01:14:26] I just think, I mean, Sunday's my only day off and I'm talking very practical and I just need to recharge and rest. And I just need to, no, no, no, no, no, no. You need to stop watching
[01:14:34] Netflix all night and you need to listen to me. Stay in the house. And there's another group of people who've been flirting with God and you've been coming on special Sundays and you came last
[01:14:46] week and you came back this week and you was like, I'm good till Christmas. Hear me. You need to get in the house. Maybe some of you need to join us for the next seven days of prayer and
[01:14:57] fasting. You can catch up on some of the days you've been out of the house. We're going to be in this house every night. And if you're online, I want you to watch. We're just trying to get in
[01:15:07] the place where we're like, God, we just want to be under your hand of protection because the greatest thing, listen, that we want to see is our calling come to life. The last thing I'm going to
[01:15:17] tell you about Rahab. I'm literally passing all kinds of stuff, but one of the coolest things is found in Matthew chapter one, verse one through six. Can I read y'all one more piece of Bible?
[01:15:28] Okay. This is the record of the ancestors of Jesus, a descendant of David and Abraham.
[01:15:36] Abraham was the father of Isaac and Isaac was the father of Jacob and Jacob was the father of Judah and his brothers Judah was the father of Perez and Zerah whose mother was Tamar Perez was the
[01:15:48] father of Hezron and Hezron was the father of Ram this sounds like a bloodline and Ram was the father of Abinadab and Abinadab was the father of Nashum and Nashum was the father of Salmon
[01:16:01] and Salmon was the father of Boaz whose mother was Rahab hold on it's the line of Jesus Boaz was the father of Obed, whose mother was Ruth. Obed was the father of Jesse. Jesse was the father
[01:16:21] of King David. King David is the direct line to Jesus. If Rahab does not make a common sense shift, her family is not saved. Ladies, we don't get Boaz. Okay. First off, thank God. And we,
[01:16:43] and the bloodline of Jesus is now interrupted. But one prostitute's faith changed the bloodline of our savior. What could you do? This is why I'm going to say this one last time. I feel, I feel impressed. This is why some of you coming to conference is no longer a negotiation.
[01:17:13] You may be watching right now. And I told the team right before I walked out here, there's some people that finances have been the reason they lowered the price for the next seven days through prayer and prayer and fasting so if you want to come to conference there's all less
[01:17:27] than 300 tickets less to pack this arena out and i just feel that it's not everybody but there is somebody that's saying for those three days it will be the shift for my bloodline and if you're
[01:17:38] in this room or you're there i want you to text v5 to 828282 and literally put in the code shift and it's going to knock the price down. It's going to get you in here. I'm saying this because
[01:17:48] the time is now, or I could say it like this. It's time right after this service. We're about to go out of here and on the lawn, we about to baptize 57 people. Oh, y'all can, y'all can do
[01:18:05] better than that. But I feel, I feel very impressed that it's not only 57 people. Some of y'all right now, you need to draw a line in the sand and say, it's time. It's time for me to get baptized again.
[01:18:24] It's time for me to get baptized in front of my kids. It's time for me to get baptized in front of my family. I know I yelled at them yesterday and I still need to apologize, but right now
[01:18:31] I'm going to make a spiritual sign. It's time. Me and my girlfriend had sex last night, but today it's time to walk into purity. I'm saying real stuff, y'all. Somebody say it's time.
[01:18:43] And if you want to get baptized, right when we dismiss right out the back doors, I want you to go they got all your stuff undergarment shirts everything and I want you to join us out there
[01:18:54] And all y'all don't need to go home We need to be a community for connection and some of y'all need to spend 15 to 30 minutes out there cheering for people You don't know because they got in the house
[01:19:05] Hear what i'm saying to transformation nation transformation church Is a supplemental house for so many people We will always represent we will always stream we will always be some of your churches the people who are in jail watching from pando app all this stuff we are your
[01:19:26] home this is the thing if you cannot get here move here be here i need you to pray about the house you're supposed to be in where you're at why are you saying this pastor mike because there's
[01:19:39] somewhere that you can be covered where there's connection and you fully walk into your calling we want to always be your church we want to be always cheering for you but we don't see you all
[01:19:50] the time. We can't touch you all the time. We can't see you walking past and be like something's wrong with them right now. And the enemy likes to pick us off in isolation. All I'm saying is get in
[01:20:01] the house. Today, the thing about Rahab's family is that they were all connected by blood. This is what salvation is. It's everybody believing in the blood of Jesus. And today, if you're in this room
[01:20:18] and you need to be a part of the family of God.
[01:20:23] Today, I'm gonna give you the opportunity by accepting Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior.
[01:20:29] Some of y'all already know, thank you, God.
[01:20:31] I'm making a common sense shift.
[01:20:33] I'm staying in the house.
[01:20:34] I'm gonna obey you.
[01:20:35] I'm gonna do this.
[01:20:35] Some of you are saying, today I need to give up control of my will.
[01:20:40] And today I'm giving it to you.
[01:20:41] I don't care how young or how old.
[01:20:43] I don't care if you're watching in the room or online, watching on rebroadcast 10 months from now.
[01:20:48] today is the day of salvation I need the church to begin to pray right now according to Romans 10 9 the Bible says if you believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and confess it with your heart he said
[01:21:00] you will be saved you get to experience what Rahab got to experience salvation and I know the world will tell you clean up don't come in smelling like that they don't know what you really did but God
[01:21:13] does and he still accepts you. And today we serve the only God that will literally help you clean up all your bad habits. Today, if you're under the sound of my voice and you want Jesus as your
[01:21:29] personal Lord and savior today, I'm coming to tell you it's time. It's time for you to make him your Lord. And on the count of three, we're everybody looking and eyes open because the thing
[01:21:41] is i will not be ashamed of the gospel of jesus christ it is the power of god to salvation if you want to make jesus christ your personal lord and savior or you want to rededicate your life and
[01:21:52] come back to him on the count of three i want you to lift your hands bold and proud we gonna shout with you and all of heaven is gonna rejoice one you're making the greatest decision of your life
[01:22:01] there's hands already going up two your name is gonna be written in the lamb's book of life come on y'all free you want to give Jesus your whole life I see you up there in the balcony I see you
[01:22:12] sir I see you ma'am family free to God glory to God hey listen a transformation church nobody prays alone we're a family here imagine this is just Rahab's house because we all gonna be saved
[01:22:34] off in here would you lift your hands and pray this with me for the benefit of those who are coming to Christ, say, Jesus, thank you for coming to this earth to save me. Today, I admit I've
[01:22:51] sinned, but today I repent and I turn to you. I believe you lived, you died, and you rose again with all power to save my life. Here I am, Lord. You can use me in any way you want to.
[01:23:11] change me renew me transform me i'm yours in jesus name amen hey can we celebrate with all of those oh come on tc heaven is turning up if you made that decision i want you to take save to 828282
[01:23:33] and guess what you can get a two-for-one special today you can go right outside them doors and you just got saved, go ahead and get baptized. Let's celebrate all that God is doing. Amen.
[01:23:48] Next week, I can't even explain to you where we're going next week. Somebody say it's time to shift.
[01:23:57] And next week is going to change our lives. Bring your families, bring your kids, bring your cousins, sit them down on the couch, have breakfast, bring them because it's time to get in the house. Amen.
[01:24:11] Father bless these people is my prayer As we go out to celebrate baptisms I thank you that you meet every need I declare this week will be the best week ever That there is a shift coming to our minds
[01:24:23] Our hearts and our families You be glorified, lifted and praised As we serve you for the rest of our lives In Jesus name We agree We expect Amen Go out and live a transformed life
[01:24:38] I love you church it's time to get in the house y'all the street light is on the light of the word of God is on I hope you felt it and heard it in this message if you are not a part of a church we want you
[01:24:53] to get in the house for safety we want you to be covered connected and answer your calling this message has been deeply impactful to our church and our community and I believe that it would be impactful to somebody that you know, your family members. I want you to share this
[01:25:10] with at least seven people, like share it with people that you know that the streets are not safe no more for anybody. The world is getting darker and darker, but there is safety in the
[01:25:21] house. And this, this is God, y'all. The shift is here. And I believe that we will not be the same as we obey the instructions of God. Hey, listen, if this message has been impactful, I did tell
[01:25:35] you to share. But the second thing I want you to do is pray about partnering with us. If this is blessing you in any way, we help people all over the world, not just meet their needs. We help them
[01:25:45] find hope through Jesus Christ. And if you want to be a part of that, whatever God tells you to do, do that. And I promise you that our seeds together are going to transform the world until next week.
[01:25:57] And I'm telling you week three of this series, I cannot wait to see you there. Go out and live a transformed life.
